Couldn’t have been better. The apartment is very nice, comfortable and equipped with everything i needed for a few days stay. The location is very convenient, near shops and restaurants. Brenda was very helpful and friendly, she’s a super host.

Emmanuel will go above and beyond to make your life easier. He arranged transport for check in and for check out, and made sure I had everything I needed. His staff are amazingly welcoming and kind people too. If you stay at one of his properties you're not going to have just a holiday, you're gonna make a great friend.

Maria's place was the first Airbnb I have ever stayed in in Dar es salaam. And I will not be looking for any other for my next visits. The apartment is spacious and tastefully decorated. It is clean and airy. The ACs and fans work beautifully. The caretaker is on site and standby incase of any eventualities. Whatever Maria says her apartment is, it is! It is located in a quiet and easily accessible area of Mikocheni. The area is safe to access even at night and the guard is always available to open the gate. When I arrived, the guard welcomed me with a smile knowing I was coming. Maria is a great communicator and proactive host. She was willing to leave her job to come solve a small issue at the apartment. Her flexibility and understanding is admirable. I felt at home at Maria's apartment and apart from going back there I will be highly recommending it to my friends and family.

Very nice apartment with enough space inside to feel confortable just like a sweet home. You can reach Mlimani City in 5 minutes with a boda and it's gonna cost you just 1 k tsh or you can use a shared bajaji for a cost of 500 tsh.The neighbors are very kind and always ready to help. You can find many little stores around. It's a very safe area with polite people. Stone is very helpful and was providing all kind of informations and pieces of advice during the stay. He is defenitly one of the best host i have ever met. Thank you Stone for welcoming me. i m glad to recommend this place.

I had a wonderful three-week stay at this cozy private apartment in Kijitonyama. Grace was incredibly responsive, flexible, and accommodating, ensuring every need was met with care. The apartment itself is a gem—safe, spacious, and nestled in a serene environment that offers a peaceful retreat from the city's hustle. Truly great value for money; I highly recommend!

Das apartment von Stephen ist der Hammer. Super sauber, super dekoriert, auch die Aufteilung der Wohnung ist perfekt. Die Kommunikation mit Stephen war vorbildlich und der check-in reibungslos. Das apartment ist in der Nähe vom capetown fish market restaurant oder den vielen Restaurants im Slipway. Ein Parkplatz ist auch vorhanden.

Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit in der Unterkuft von Nancy. Die Ausstattung wahr sehr hochwertig. Inerhalb von einer Autostunde rundherum gibt es vieles zu unternehmen z.B Bagamoyo verschiedene Strände etc. Nancy und ihr Mann wahren stets erreichbar und sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Ai and her staff are very kind people,we checked in around 2am still we found the caretaker and watchman waiting for us .The space in the house is what we were looking forward and privacy ,we got it all .Ai is very calm and quicker to respond any question .I will choose Ai apartment over and over again .Thank you once again Ai

I had a wonderful stay at Karim’s place! The home was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The beds were super cozy, the kitchen was well equipped and the location was perfect—close to supermarket, beach and transportation was not a problem. Karim was very responsive and helpful. He made check-in and check-out a breeze. I would definitely stay here again and Highly recommend!

A beautiful and great place! Namangi Cottage is a great place. It’s a big and clean house with a beautiful garden and it’s like you sitting in designed place. Rooms are also nice, and the kitchen is so nice. Lot of space with very good household utensils such as pots, plates, frying pans and more. Impressing! Maybe you can fix the oven, its hard to know hove it works. You have friendly and good people working around the house, just to keep the garden fresh and clean. It can be a little bit hard to find for taxi drivers, but Nashi will help you to get a good driver who knows the ways. Maybe you can but in some maps to show where to go to the beaches and so. Me and my wife was married in Namangi Cottage. Nashi and other people were so helpful, so our wedding become a memory for ever. Thanks for all help! We recommend this place for everyone. With love. During my stay, I found the accommodation to be excellent value for money. The host was responsive and ensured my safety. Benon, in particular, was very helpful in setting up transportation using Uber and bolt and also provided advice on where to tour while in the city. The privacy was great cause Ben was always at work. The plunge pool was a convenient amenity for relaxing in the evenings, especially given the hot weather in Dar es Salaam. However, I did notice that the kitchen cabinets could use some renovation. Additionally, theres a generator but loud when in use. Overall, I enjoyed my stay.” 😊

It was really wonderful. Ramla and Luay are definitely one of the best hosts I ever encountered. It's a bit difficult to find this place but they have been guiding us and ready to help anytime. You need to pay your own electricity but it wasn't a problem for me. Will come again for the friendly people

Wir hatten super Tage in Neemas Haus. Das Haus ist sehr sauber und die Küche ist mit allen Kochutensilien ausgestattet was man braucht. Neema ist eine perfekte Gastgeberin. Sie ist jederzeit um das Wohl ihrer Gäste bemüht, immer erreichbar und super hilfsbereit. Einziger Nachteil für Leute ohne Auto ist, dass das Haus sehr weit abseits der Hauptstrasse und so auch der Einkaufsmöglichkeiten steht. Für Leute mit einem Auto wie wir, die es ruhig mögen, ist es einfach perfekt!

wow!!! what a beautiful apartment. Dennis's place was absolutely amazing. We were there for our wedding anniversary for 2 weeks and Dennis met me and gave us a gift of a bottle of champagne. Anytime I had a question Dennis was extremely responsive in helping make this a very peaceful and lovely vacation. my husband and I had an amazing time and I will highly recommend Dennis place. It was very clean, looked like the pictures, and the art work and decorations were gorgeous. the only downside was that the apartment is on the 4th floor so...get ready for some exercise. Thanks for everything Dennis!

This was my 2nd stay in Travie's place. Its a nice place, perfect for a solo traveller or 2 people. Travie always responded quickly to whatever I was asking. He also warned me a day before that there was not going to be any water, which is the first time ever I have been warned about water in Tanzania. I recommend this place!

The space was impeccably clean, beautifully decorated and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay.The location was perfect, allowing me to explore the vibrant city with ease. I am very thankful for the time I could spend at the embassy appartment. It was a very nice environment, the land lady was very helpful in everything and I am just looking forward to my next stay with the embassy appartment. The location is also nice and developping around, you can have nice local food next to you. The appartment was nice, it had also solar, what made it easy to work remote & the wireless was also enough strong. All in All very very happy and a little bit sad to leave. See you next time!
