Faa Yen was really accommodating, allowing us both early check-in and late check-out for a small fee, which we didn't mind at all. It made our arrival and departure much more convenient. The house was spotless and exactly as depicted in the photos. Well equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The surroundings were picturesque,and the swimming pool complete with a kid slide making it much more enjoyable for the kids rather than just a standard pool. The main downside was the internet connection. Unfortunately, it was the worst we've experienced in our Airbnb travels. The host explained that the limestone geology in the area made it difficult to get a reliable internet signal. We had to frequently restart the router, and even with mobile data, we encountered similar issues. It was frustrating, but it was clear that this was beyond the host's control. Despite the internet issues, we will still give 5 stars for the wonderful experience :)

Never seen an airbnb house as clean as this house. Spotless! An ideal option for a big family gathering or balik kg stay.

This is the third year in a row my family and I have stayed in Kathleen’s Little Haven during the raya season. As usual, the place is homey, clean and comfortable with ample amount of beds for the 10 of us. My little nieces and nephew also love the place. Kathleen is very responsive and attentive to our enquiries and needs. Will definitely return to Little Haven. Thank you Kathleen!

Good for family stay at this spacious house, relaxing and good holiday home stay. Away from busy traffic and shops.

Owner is really nice and friendly! The house is big and clean, very comfortable to stay in. Just a bit far from Ipoh attractions, but other than that everything is good. Worth staying!

Design of the house is nicely done up and feels right at home when we step in. Amenities in the house are also well equiped. Highly recommended for future trips for big group of people up to 10pax.
