Stayed here last weekend with my extended family and probably this was one of the best Homestays. Right from the beginning Johnston was so accommodating and friendly, made all of us so comfortable. The place looked better than the pictures, sparkling clean and well equipped, they even have a corner for the kids with toys. I’ve always been quite hesitant when it comes with Homestays due to the cleanliness but this was beyond perfect. Very peaceful neighbour and was nearby to shops and marts. Around 6 to 8 mins to lost world of tambun. Highly recommend this place and would be our go to place to stay for our Ipoh vacations.

Had a great staycation, only issue for elderly ppl was to take a long walk to swimming area frm room. It was concern of safety wise. Quiet place and big house

If you have car, this place is perfect place. Nice decoration. Full functionality of home. All my friends like very much. Kitchen and dining table is the place where all of us sit and chatting at morning and at night. All are happy.

I recently stayed at this beautiful villa and couldn’t have asked for a better experience! The villa was very clean and spacious, providing plenty of room for our big group of family and friends. Everyone had their own space, and the layout was perfect for socializing. The pool was immaculate—well-maintained and refreshing, making it a highlight of our stay. The quiet neighborhood and high level of privacy made us feel completely relaxed, as if we had our own secluded retreat. The host was extremely responsive, answering all our questions quickly and ensuring we had everything we needed. Their hospitality truly made a difference. The homestay was amazing and very beautiful. Among the best homestay you will get in Ipoh.Had a great stay there. The price was reasonable. The host was very welcoming and responsive. It’s a semi D lot with lots of plants in the compound to welcome you. The house and rooms are spacious each equipped with 2 queen size beds. The house is spotlessly clean especially the floor! Toilets are really clean too. Owners gave detailed instructions so we had no issues finding our way to the place. Overall we are very satisfied with the amenities provided!

Fantastic host. Very responsive to questions. A wonderful place, spacious, good for bigger groups. Our party was 9 pax, and after dinner the spacious lounge was a great place for family time, sitting around, catching-up with one another.

Corrine is super responsive. We requested for an early check in and we are able to do so as the housekeeper able to cleaned the house earlier. The house is spacious and very clean. The surrounding is very nice. Its walkable to the Night market. Corrine also helped me to get a contact of rented motorcycles. I would really coming back here.

A cozy, clean, spacious and economic home stay that is worth to rent and stay for a trip with family and friends. The host Ice is a very nice, patient and friendly. she shared to us a lot of ipoh nice foods and responded fast in what we need.

George sent check in instructions very early and it was very clear. He is also okay when we needed to check in half an hour earlier, as the house as ready prior. In fact I think he is ok for us to check in even earlier. ☺️. He is very responsive to all my queries. The house made us feel like home. Can tell that the bathrooms are quite recently renovated and are clean. The bed are comfortable too. This is a conducive place for a big family to stay in if you are driving. The rooms are big, a lot of living space for us to move about. We had a comfortable stay.

I would say, adib’s house was so clean, neat and tidy. Eventhough the house was old school style, but me and parents feel so homey! I love everyrhing about the house. Not gonna lie bit seriously this house is so special. The host even allowed me to check in early since I was travelling from KL and brought my parents. So convenient.

Excellent place to stay with comfortable rooms. The place is maintained neatly, great for group of small families. Ample place to hang out and great for short term stay. Lovely home decor, we feel at home.

I had a wonderful stay! The homestay was clean, fully furnished, and had everything we needed for a comfortable visit. The space was not only beautiful but also very cozy and well-maintained. Would definitely recommend and come back again!

1. The House The house exceeded my expectations—it's spacious, impeccably clean, and absolutely spotless. I was particularly impressed by the security measures in place. They were modern and sophisticated—unlike anything I've encountered in an Airbnb before. Usually, this level of security is reserved for private companies, not homestays. It’s truly top-notch. If I may suggest, adding a bit more awning at the front would be beneficial, as sometimes guests arrive with more than one car. 2. The Host Chin was incredibly helpful and genuinely kind-hearted. We requested a late checkout of 30-45 minutes due to someone feeling unwell, and he graciously allowed us a few extra hours to get everything sorted. Even after our stay, when we realized we had left some belongings behind, he promptly responded to our messages. Chin is truly an outstanding host. I will definitely be coming back here again!

We stayed here a year ago and we liked it so much that we returned this year. We come back to Ipoh every year to visit family and will happily stay here again again next year. I stayed with my family with 2 kids and the kids really enjoyed the space. Everything is clean and tidy. Donald is responsive and helpful when issues arise.

The perfect place for my family and me (8 adults and 1 toddler). The host, Chew Lim, was very helpful and friendly, always making sure we felt comfortable and attending to all our questions and needs. My whole family loved this place, and we’re definitely planning to come back again! 🫶🏻
