Kintamani : locations de vacances au bord de l'eau

Spędziliśmy w Villi 4 noce (początkowo rezerwację zrobiliśmy na 3 ale po przyjeździe i obejrzeniu Villi przedłużyliśmy o kolejną) i bardzo podobał nam się pobyt. Villa jest bardzo przestronna, wygodna i ładnie urządzona, zapewnia prywatność i spokój. Korzystaliśmy z pomocy Kadek i Bayu (brat Bayu zorganizował nam rejs na Nusa Penida) a posiłki zamawialiśmy w pobliskim warungu. Szczególnie urzekło nas położenie Villi praktycznie na samej plaży.

Our family ( 2 adults & 2 kids) had a fabulous stay for 4 nights in January. The apartment was spacious, clean and extremely comfortable with beautiful views ( amazing sunrises) and a gorgeous infinity pool. Julia was a top host who was very responsive and helpful and we felt very much at home. The driver Ketut was so helpful in taking us for day trips and organising laundry etc, nothing was too much trouble. The daily complimentary breakfast was super yummy which was a true bonus. Although a 20 min walk from the heart of Nusa Dua, we actually enjoyed this as it wasn’t so hectic and we still had all the amenities and groceries available. Having two kids I was concerned about lack of restaurants close by within walking distance but need not have been as we found two amazing restaurants within a 5 minute walk ( Sai Japanese restaurant and Surya seafood cafe) offering the yummiest and safest food ( rate both 100%) which was a real treat! I had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb! The open space is beautifully designed, with stunning views of the ocean that made it feel like a true getaway. The location is a bit secluded, so be prepared for a little walk down some stairs, but the views definitely make it worth it. The staff was incredibly helpful, assisting with our luggage both on arrival and departure, which was much appreciated. One thing to note is that you’ll need a scooter to get into town, but it’s a great way to explore the area. I also really appreciated that they provided fresh towels during our stay—it’s those little touches that made a difference. Overall, I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a peaceful retreat with beautiful views and great service.

Die Unterkunft The Tiing Villas war super. Stilistisch super schön und toll am Meer gelegen. Preisleistung stimmt auf jeden Fall. Die Umgebung ist leider sehr dreckig - speziell im Eingangsbereich vor dem Hotel. Es wäre schön wenn sich Hotels grundsätzlich auch um ihre Umgebung kümmern und Plastik einsammeln. Das Essen war wie bereits durch andere Kommentare beschrieben, nicht sonderlich gut. Wir sind gern ins benachbarte warung (Segara lestari) mit tollen frischen Produkten gegangen. Alles in allem ein schöner kurz Aufenthalt.

Villa Darma Santana es un lugar encantador, limpio, tranquilo… perfecto para nuestras vacaciones! La habitación es moderna, limpia, fresca, la piscina es perfecta, el baño es luminoso y la cocina tiene de todo lo que puedas necesitar. Esto es exactamente lo que debería ser un Airbnb ❤️ Se encuentra en la naturaleza, tras una pequeña caminata en por los campos de arroz, pero cerca de todo, con buenos restaurantes… Penestanan es una zona increíble. Ketut es un amor de persona, siempre pendiente de ayudar y de que nos sintiéramos como en casa. Muchas gracias y volveremos!

This place is absolutely stunning and magical! Nestled peacefully by the river, it offers a serene and relaxing atmosphere. The staff is incredibly kind and communicative, always ready to assist with a smile. Ellie, in particular, is exceptionally thoughtful and kind. Highly recommended!

We had a great time at the villa. surf spot is right in front of the house. not recommended if you want to swim in the ocean, at lowtide you can do walks on the reef even to the next beaches. at hightide the waves are too strong to swimm. at least if the swell gets a little bigger. the walk to the house goes down some steep stairs, bring light suitcases. they provide help to carry your suitcase up and down the stairs. we enjoyed the restaurant right next door, amazing meals and drinks. the monkeys are no big deal, just don't leave anything outside, not even clothes. thanks for the good times!

Our family of 6 adults had the best stay at the Villa - the beachfront aspect with swimming directly out front and in the pool was great. It is very remote - no nearby restaurants to walk to - the location is completely different to what it shows you if you click on show location in the airbnb map - it places the Villa to the north of Lovina dolphin tours behind Pepito supermarket, where we thought we could walk next door to a hotel for cocktails. A driver to take us there was $20-30, so bear that in mind. Once we rearranged our mindset, we had an exceptional experience - great for family bonding with meals and games around the long outside table. Komang the housekeeper was brilliant and cooked meals for us every night from a menu - something I didn’t know was available beforehand but was extremely grateful for when I discovered we weren’t next door to the above mentioned supermarket or hotel restaurants. She also arranged for 2 massage ladies to come daily - brilliant!

Beautiful view, unique location with a few warungs and bars around. Place was clean, tidy and as described. Would stay again. Mega was a very responsive host and Aris made the check in process so convenient, even offering to help with our luggage down the stairs. Overall fantastic view and loved our stay - just be prepared for the stairs!

The place is amazing. It is spacious with great ocean view. There’s an access to the private beach. The host is friendly and responsive. Definitely enjoy our time spent in the villa.

geweldig, ruim huis, ontzettend behulpzame en vriendelijke mensen, heerlijk eten, prachtig uitzicht. voor kleine kinderen minder geschikt vanwege de trappen binnen maar vooral vanwege de tuin zonder afscheiding en een betonnen strand 10 meter lager! Zwembad fijn maar erg groot verschil tussen diep en ondiep. we hebben genoten van het heerlijke eten van Comang en alle hulp, vriendelijke Arik. prachtige omgeving met veel bezienswaardigheden. aanrader voor iedereen zonder kleine kinderen!

An amazing villa in a family home surrounded by rice terraces. We had everything we needed and Eni and family couldn’t have been more helpful with scooter hire and anything else we needed in the villa! The photos don’t do it justice, would 100% recommend to get out of the hustle and bustle of Ubud.
