Airbnb need to come up with another level of host for Yasuhiro! Yasu went above and beyond Superhost status with his consideration, care, and thoughtfulness throughout our stay. The apartment is clean and comfortable and has all the services and appliances you might need. The neighbourhood is nicely removed from the frenetic centre of Tokyo and it was a blessing at the end of a day’s tourism to come back to Nogata’s quiet and bustling community. Such a pleasure to have experienced Tokyo this way.

Everything’s perfect in this house. Rooms are tidy and clean, can barely see dust or dirt. Very good view of the Fuji mount when the weather is good. The living room is very spacious for 6 ppl and special facilities such as drink machine, karaoke and sauna are surprisingly included. The bed and sofa are cozy and make us feel like home. We’ve spent a great time here.

Wonderful place to stay that is very close to a couple good restaurants and convience stores. A couple minutes additional walk to a Don Quijote. The train station is close but with luggage it is around a 15 minute walk unless you are walking at a brisk pace. Stairs in the house are fairly steep. No major complaints, though. Clean place and feels safe. Great host, very responsive and helpful even at early hours. Booked this place for our first and last leg in Japan and would do it again.

I had such a great experience! The house was so clean and well-equipped with all the essentials. The living room is very bright and when you get onto the rooftop you can see the Sky Tree! It’s also located in an awesome area, you can walk to sky tree within 10 minutes and there’re soooo many good food and cute shops there! The only thing to note is that the steps are quite steep and narrow, so if you have big suitcases it might be a bit difficult to. Also might be difficult for older people who have problems climbing stairs. But overall it is truly a 12 out of 10 experience!

It was pretty unbelievable when we saw the initial listing’s photos but it was not a lie. Mount Fuji really is that close. The accommodation was very clean and it was very easy to settle into (:

This property feels clean & brand new with hi tech design. The living room was spacious, the design is modern and beautiful, it is even better than the photos. It is very cozy to spend time here. We love the living room area,bathroom,and washing machine as well as the location - quite close w/ station.

位置非常好，步行五分钟左右有两个地铁站，交通非常方便，床铺很舒服，有洗衣机和露天阳台，可以晾晒衣服，房东很礼貌，沟通良好。周围美食很多，同时有两家生鲜超市。唯一缺点是周末晚上可能会有点吵，附近有酒吧，不过房东提供了耳塞，不是什么大问题，没有完美的房子，综合来说此房源很优秀。

This home is squeaky clean. Spotless! Very comfortable beds and pillows. Everything was organized. This will h eny go to place in Tokyo.Highly recommended. It was a great experience. Thank you for having us.

Such a great little gem to stay at in Shinjuku. There were an endless amount of things to do around the area and the train/bus stations were only minutes from the place. We had a few rainy days so we appreciated the umbrellas downstairs that could be used for guests.

Quiet location close to train station , easy to get to the center. Clean and comfortable accommodations, has all necessities and more (blow dryer, flat iron even!). We enjoyed our stay

Lovely little apartment with a balcony in a fantastic neighbourhood for little hidden bars, restaurants, karaoke, vintage cloths and coffee. Definitely recommend highly. Also bed was really comfortable and 2 minute walk from station!

This was a fantastic place to stay, very close to the train station in location that made moving around tokyo very easy. The area is extremely charming with laneways with stores cafes restaurants of all kinds. Quite a hip and trendy neighbourhood that is very inclusive and friendly. Ryo made us feel very welcome assisting with local knowledge and helping with our arrival with most thoughtful and detailed info I have ever recieved when ising airbnb. I will stay here again next time I visit tokyo as it ticks all boxes from price to location to room size and so on. Anyone staying here will be very happy with thier choice and enjoy their stay.

Great place for 4 adults and 2 young children. Although one bathroom, but two separate toilet definitely make it easier to share with two families. There is a play room upstairs, my two round kids love it so much! The host is exceptional, helped us organise the private airport picking up services with a competitive rates. The location of the house is great. Walking distance to attractions, food, convenience shops and train stations. There’s also a lift for easy transport. The place provides all the stuff you needed. We had some wet days and used their umbrellas. Overall, we had really good time staying there. Thank you again.

We stayed here for 3D2N and we were blessed with the view of Mt. Fuji for all 3 days. The Airbnb was super clean and tidy, and the amenities were all there. The beds were comfy and the washing facilities were also modern and new. The rooftop was also super cosy which was a plus. Now the main highlight: this is the PERFECT location for looking at Mt. Fuji, and I’m not even exaggerating. We took a look around the area and we couldn’t see any other open -air rooftops around. Sunrise at Mt. Fuji is magical, and this place makes it extremely easy to do it; just walk out to the rooftop and Mt. Fuji is right there. The nearest train station is Shimoyoshida, and it’s just a straight 8min walk down the same road. We liked the peace and quiet compared to Kawaguchiko station. Don’t be mistaken; this location is literally right next to the famous Honcho street marker on Google Maps and it will be slightly noisy from the crowds of tourists, but once it’s past 5pm there isn’t anyone left.

This is one of the best Airbnb experience I’ve ever had, great apartment and fantastic surroundings. I would highly recommend it.

Nice area and view from the roof, it’s quite a bit of stairs to get up and it’s narrow so keep that in mind if you’re traveling with luggage. The beds were just a bit uncomfortable but nonetheless it does the job, other than that it’s a nice clean space and i recommend staying here.

Premium was the best host! Incredibly welcoming, communication was fantastic and very kind. The apartment was centrally located in a wonderful location. Surprisingly very quiet home. Would absolutely love to stay here again when I return to Tokyo

Very close to both Shibuya and Ebisu which makes it easy to transit anywhere in Tokyo, including the airport (Haneda). The space was very clean and had more room than hotels which was nice. The neighbourhood was quiet and had a few higher end bars/restaurants/coffee shops in the area. If you are visiting Tokyo this is a great option especially if you don’t mind walking a few minutes to get to the subway. Highly recommend!

It's a beautiful place. I wish the host was a little bit more flexible with the early check ins and late check outs, but I understand it's something that cannot always be available. Other than that, amazing place.

Hitomi took amazing care of me and my daughter while we were her guests! She sent us a detailed list of recommendations for the neighborhood including kid-friendly highlights. When my daughter needed to go to the doctor, she sent a list of clinics. She also helped me ship some luggage to make my train trip easier. She was an incredible host, always going above and beyond. Great location next to Okubo Koreatown, lots of great food options, and conveniently located off the main Yamanote line train. Also, walkable to Shinjuku, so if you're into late nights you don't need to rush home. The space was super comfy, and despite being off the main street, was very quiet and peaceful!

A beautiful spot, beautiful apartment in a peaceful area that’s a walk or quick train away from all the major destinations. Great selection of convenience stores nearby and multiple train stations in the vicinity.
