Jesteśmy bardzo zadowoleni z pobytu, miejsce było bardzo czyste, zadbane i świetnie wyposażone. Wszystko czego można było potrzebować było na miejscu. 15min piechotą do centrum starego miasta i 10 min do przystanku autobusowego. Kontakt z właścicielami bardzo dobry. Bardzo szybko odpisują na wiadomości. Zdecydowanie polecamy to mieszkanie :)

Kostas proactively contacted us before we arrived and welcomed us with a self-check-in video on arrival. He had organized water, a few beers and some fruit for us in the fridge. We were "very" grateful to him for this as we arrived late. He had also organized different types of coffee for us. The apartment was very clean and everything was exactly as in the photos. You immediately felt at home. The location of the apartment is really good, as you can walk to the beach in about 15-20 minutes, as well as to the old town. Just around the corner there is a supermarket, pharmacy, coiffeur salon (lui e lei / ladies) and Danis Hair Salon (men). There is also a nail salon for manicures and pedicures (nails & shine, approx. 8 min). There is also a coffee shop and an Adidas store. Really great! Just perfect! We love Kostas & Greece :) Ps. The beautiful apartment we stayed in was clean, quiet, spacious and as described. The hosts couldn’t do enough for us and the homemade moussaka was the best meal we had all holiday! The pool area was clean and peaceful and was a great addition to the stay. We would come back again.

Ubytování bylo naprosto úžasné! Čisté, krásné, prostorné. Vybavená kuchyň s lednicí je velké plus! Nachází se v klidné části, ale zároveň kousek od hlavní ulice plné restaurací a pláže. Příští rok bych se chtěla vrátit. Malý dárek na uvítanou moc potěšil 🩷

One of the best Airbnb's I've stayed. the place is amazing and cozy and the host is the best ever. I was allowed very early check in and check out, the apartment was spotless, with everything you need, coffee and some necessities, and even some candy and 2 large bottles of water. the place is very private. it's perfectly located as it's close walkable distance to everything in Rhodes town and it's not easy to get taxi there. the near beach is nice and clean and you have a beach towel and umbrella provided by the host. I really enjoyed my stay at this apartment.

The place was absolutely lovely, self check-in went super easy, and our host was really friendly and helpful. The apartment is at a great location, the neighborhood wasn’t busy at all, it was well suitable for a good night’s sleep despite being 2 minutes of walking away from the bar street. We would definitely go back in a heartbeat if we were to travel to Rhodes again.

Ideal location between Old Town and New Town, walkable to nearly everything. Our flight was delayed by several hours and there was no problem checking in late. Everything was spotlessly clean. As we stayed for 11 nights, bedding and towels were changed, and a clean done midway through the stay, which was appreciated. Just to mention, the front balcony overlooks a very busy road at all times of day and night, as a result it's very noisy when sitting out having a coffee or drink. Earplugs recommended at night. The back balcony is a sun trap so gets extremely hot (depending on the time of year). As we had a late flight home, we were able to leave our bags for free in a hotel in the New Town, which was very convenient.

It's a great place to stay - home away from home. I remote worked and it was just perfect for that. All appliances one could need - washing machine, dishwashing, blender, oven with grill, etc. Excellent supermarket, fresh fruit market, pharmacy and coffee place literally just accros the street. It's a great place if you want a city place to stay among the Greek. It is definitely not touristy. However, my favorite beach with pristine water and fine sand was a 10 min walk away, a few minutes by e-bike. It is my favorite as mostly locals there, hardly any infrastructure yet the best sand beach around Rhodos town. Nothing compared to the 'nice' tourist beaches with lots of amenities around Ellies beach, which look nice, are expensive (min €20 for loungers and parasol) and you need shoes to enter the water because of the shingles or rocks. It's a quarter of an hour walk to the Old Town, again few minutes by e-bike. I loved the place and location, for me it was perfect.

Nous avons passé 2 magnifiques semaines de vacances en famille. Un immense merci à Antonis, ainsi qu'à la très aimable propriétaire de la maison, Koula, pour leur réactivité, leur gentillesse et leur simple sens relationnel et humain, si apprécié de nos jours. La maison, le jardin avec ses pommiers, la cour avec son balançoire, les drôles de chats et les volailles... tout a été comme un retour à l'enfance. ❤ En plus, avec la mer à 3 minutes à pieds et avec des voisins hyper sympas. Merci encore et à bientôt!

Wir waren ein Paar mit Freundin bei Marietta und haben sofort nach Anfrage einen zweiten Schlüssel bekommen. Es ist mitten in der Stadt, alles ist gut zu erreichen und trotzdem ist man mit dem kleinen Garten sehr privat. Wir haben nach der ersten Woche frische Bettwäsche und Handtücher bekommen und wenn wir es gewollt hätten, wäre nochmal alles ausgewechselt worden. Da es eine Waschmaschine gibt, haben wir zwischendurch selbst gewaschen. Das Apartment war sehr sauber und geräumig, wir haben uns von Anfang an sehr wohl gefühlt! Es gibt eine hübsche Terrasse zum draußen sitzen mit einem kleinen Garten. Es eignet sich gut für zwei Pärchen oder Familie mit Kindern.

Wir sind sehr herzlich von Leonidas‘ Eltern empfangen worden. Unser Häuschen entsprach voll und ganz den Bildern . Wir hatten es uns etwas größer vorgestellt, aber für 2 Personen war es völlig ausreichend. Mit den Bergen im Hintergrund und der sehr gepflegten Anlage , war es jeden Tag ein Genuss aufzustehen . Wir sind oft mit den zur Verfügung gestellten Fahrrädern in den Ort zum Frühstück gefahren. Insgesamt liegt das Grundstück sehr zentral für Unternehmungen , was wir sehr schön fanden. Es sind für die Gäste im Grundstück unterschiedliche Oasen geschaffen worden, die für gesellige Abende, wie auch zu entspannenden Tagen am Pool einladen. Alles in allem war es für uns ein wunderschöner Urlaub mit sehr lieben Gastgebern. Wir kommen gerne wieder …

The house is really beautiful, clean and looks new. We loved our stay.

Ich kenne die Unterkunft wie sie vorher ausgesehen hat. Kiki und Vassoula haben aus dem Apartment ein Schmuckstück gemacht. Viel Liebe in allen Details gesteckt und auch dem alten Traditionellen Styl treu geblieben. Ich möchte mich nochmals bei euch dafür bedanken. Es war wieder für uns wie nach Hause kommen. Jetzt habe ich auch wieder Lust immer wieder nach Halki zu kommen.

Wir haben 10 sehr schöne Tage im Casa Bonita verbracht. Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet und liegt nah am Stand von Afantou, wo wir jeden Tag schwimmen waren im wunderschönen, sauberen Wasser. Die Zeit dort war klasse!

The place was great, we spent most of the time of the nearby beach Stegna that is only 12 minutes by car. Close to a grocery shop. The host welcomed us with wine, a basket of fruits, and cold water. Can’t recommend more!

Verolucy is the best host! She was very helpful and thorough with instructions and she also gives a lot of great local recommendations! Her place is beautiful, comfortable and luxurious! We loved the jacuzzi and the courtyard is a great place to relax. The kitchen has everything you need and the bathroom had all the amenities. There were nice touches all over the place. It was nice having a washer there to do a load of laundry. This place really made our vacation so comfortable - we would love to stay again!

Very good standard and a quiet place a little outside the crowded tourist places. Maybe a little difficult to get to different places, busses was not comfortable and it was almost impossible to get a taxi. All in all ok, the beach was a 20 min walk from the apartment were you also have some restaurants.

I had a wonderful stay! The location was fantastic—very central and convenient, yet just far enough from the hustle and bustle to feel peaceful. Although I never got to meet Bleantia or her parents in person, she was incredibly friendly, responsive, and easy to communicate with throughout my stay. The spacious terrace was a real highlight, perfect for relaxing. The apartment was also well-equipped with modern amenities like a dishwasher, washing machine, vacuum cleaner, oven, kettle, and a Nespresso machine, which made my stay even more comfortable. Highly recommend this place and would happily stay again!

Alloggio perfetto per coppie, posizione strategica e vicino a tutto senza essere nel caos del centro città, consiglio un mezzo per spostarsi vista la strada principale da attraversare e da percorrere a piedi non è bellissima. L’appartamento era pulito e corrispondeva alle immagini, tranne che per le sedie in balcone che sono leggermente rotte e il grill che non è come riportato nelle foto (conoscendo la gentilezza e la cordialità dell’host se avessimo chiesto probabilmente l’avrebbero pulito e reso utilizzabile). I proprietari sono molto cordiali, discreti e disponibili. Consiglio vivamente di alloggiare presso di loro.

Had a great stay at this property. Photos don’t do the property justice!! Property had everything you could ever need. Georgios was very responsive and flexible with check in/out times and a pleasure to deal with. Would recommend to anyone and would definitely stay here again. 5 stars.

Eleftherios was very helpful during our stay. Especially when I asked for advice on what to do in Rhodes, I received quick and excellent recommendations. The apartment was clean, and whenever we needed something, he responded promptly. You can stay here with peace of mind. I stayed for 2 weeks, and I am very happy with my experience!

Absolutely perfect stay. A little difficult to walk up to with suitcases, but once there, it was absolutely stunning. Gorgeous house, safe, large, spacious rooms, beautiful views, spotlessly clean, with all the amenities and more, a comfortable bed, a bathroom which looked like it came out of a magazine, phenomenal shower and bath, fast wifi, giant kitchen, and fresh citrus in the trees right outside. Short walk to the old town. We’d stay here again in a heartbeat.

L'appartamento è bellissimo, spazioso pulito e ottimamente organizzato. Abbiamo gradito la presenza del terrazzo molto grande e della cucina con tutti gli accessori necessari. Anche il bagno era grande e comodo. Tutto molto pulito. L'appartamento fa parte di un complesso con una bellissima piscina comune con ampi spazi e ci sono a disposizione sdraio e ombrelloni. L'accoglienza di Matt è stata davvero amichevole, ci siamo sentiti a nostro agio. Durante tutta la permanenza è stato presente ma discreto. Abbiamo trascorso una vacanza bellissima e consigliamo a tutti questo posto tranquillo.

From start to finish this place was brilliant. The communication by the host was brilliant and was always happy to help when they could. The apartment was lovely and exactly as described and pictures, everything you needed was provided and we didn’t have any issues with anything. They offered a cleaning service mid stay which was brilliant as we were given fresh towels etc for the rest of our stay. The location is superb as everything you need is in walking distance. It was also a very quiet location. I would definately recommend this place to anybody wanting to visit the island I have already thought about my return to this beautiful place as me and my partner felt at home.
