Kipu Kai Beach : locations de vacances

The best place I can imagine staying on this island. Close to everything you need, but far enough to be outside of the most crowded areas. The resort is beautiful and the staff is accommodating. Jonathan’s unit is extremely spacious and well-appointed, and he is a communicative, friendly, and flexible host. Do not hesitate to book this space, it is truly a great value!!

We stayed here for 5 nights with 4 kids and would definitely come back for the next trip. Great place!

This is second time we’ve said at Poipu Kapili and the first time in this specific unit. It’s well furnished and nicely decorated; the kitchen was stocked with essentials. When we first arrived the tvs were on playing Hawaiian music and there was a nice complimentary box of macadamia chocolates which was actually a huge help with tired, hungry teenage boys! Anyways, I truly can’t think of any complaints; the master bedroom is tastefully decorated in what I call “modern Hawaiian vibe,” and the view of the ocean was superb. Hard to think of any improvements! It could used a salad spinner, but that’s all I can come up with! LOL

My husband and I stayed at Larry’s place for a week of our honeymoon and we greatly enjoyed our stay. The beach within walking distance was one of our favorites on the island! There are lots of restaurants just a 5 min walk away! It’s a great spot to stay to get around the island and very close to Costco and shops. We enjoyed watching the cruise ships come into the port everyday. The unit itself is as pictured. There are quite a few steps up to the unit but totally doable for the average person. The apartment was very tidy and it was really nice Larry supplied shampoo/conditioner/body wash/laundry detergent! Thanks for a great stay!

This condo was a lovely spot for our family vacation. We were extremely grateful to have access to the van as well as the many fans available inside the home - those are needed since the garden island is humid! The home had a very well stocked kitchen with pretty much every item you may need including cooking staples such as kitchen tools, condiments, seasonings, etc. Nidhi and Sachin were easily the most communicative hosts I've ever had. Any questions or concerns were addressed immediately. They've got a well oiled machine in place even with what could be complicated logistics with the van, but it was as seamless as can be (including exact coordinates to locate the van with photos, etc). One thing to note is that the golf course doesn't take too kindly to folks walking out on the path behind the home. You cannot walk to the beach from the home, but rather can walk to beach views (which is lovely at sunset). Thank you for sharing your home with us.

We have been staying at kiahuna plantation for 18 years. This unit overlooks the water, completely equipped with amenities, and is beautiful and has air conditioning. Best unit we have stayed in. The family utilized the surf board rentals on property and just loved every minute of it.

The property is fantastic. It is a quiet neighborhood of houses and condos super close to Poipu beach. There was plenty of nearby parking. A/C blows cold when we needed a break from the sun and heat. Amenities as described. The photos were accurate. The balcony is a pleasant place to have morning coffee and listen to the local birds.. We enjoyed the spacious layout of the property for my wife and I, and our three teenagers. Nathan was great as our host. We had a small issue getting the TV to work and Nathan was quick to respond and direct us how to use the cable tv app. (User error on our part). Nathan provided some good local recommendations. We had a great time! Thank you!!

The home was as advertised. Plenty of space and the beds were very comfortable. The lania was great for coffee in the morning. The location was great. The community pool, hot tub, kid's wading pool and gym were right across the street but we didn't hear noise from the pool area. It was about a ten minute walk to a shopping mall with restaurants, bakery, Starbucks and other stores. The ocean was a quick drive or about a 20 minute walk away. We had two small problems that the property manager corrected the same day we notified him.

Dani's place was exactly as described. The home was in a great neighborhood, with little to no noise. There is a lot to do in the area. A special shout out to the host family! We really appreciated being invited to your church. And you were all very hospitable. If you are looking for a great stay while you are in Kauai, stop looking, this is it!
