lovely unique stay to celebrate our anniversary. Brad was great to communicate with, welcoming and helpful. Genuinely a very nice guy. The boat was lovely, cleverly packed with everything you need in a small space. Walked to a local pub, recommended by Brad which was a scenic walk and a very nice, cosy pub. Would definitely recommend a stay on the boat

I had a very peaceful and relaxing stay at Michael's pristine bungalow. It is finished with all modern fittings and had everything that I needed. I found Michael was very helpful when responding to a query I had. As has been said before, the surrounding area is in need of some upkeep however don't let this put you off. The house is modern and comfortable and it's only about 50 metres from the seafront. I would highly recommend it if you are looking for a relaxing break.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND! What a beautiful little place to stay at! Our family had a great time! Spacious cabin with all amenities. Fire pit, and hot tub were great additions! Booked the massages at Zen @ Venn which were so worth it! Do it! We didn't book the games room or pool as we had a dog and baby with us so didn't think we would be able to make full use. Some other reviews mentioned the parking, it does not take away from the atmosphere and it is not in an industrial estate, that's an exaggeration. It is right in front of the cabin and the whole stay was great. Bedrooms were big and enough space for 6 adults, a dog and a baby. Two bathrooms, shower and bath. Hosts were so responsive and the welcome hamper was such a lovely touch. Thank you ❤️ We will be coming again!

We wanted a relaxing weekend on the Suffolk coast and staying at Ralph and Oliver’s cottage delivered and more. From the local information provided by Ralph to the cottage being even better than the description I cannot recommend this enough. Lots of walking, great local food and the log burner to round off each day. Will certainly return.

We know the Naze Marine quite well having stayed numerous times, but the location of this caravan in the park is great as you are tucked away, you have your own parking space and is less than 5 minutes walk from the beach. Caravan itself was spotless and nicely decorated, one of the more comfortable and homely that we have been in. Rachel was a great host, allowing us to check in early and check out later than originally agreed, and all instructions were simple and easy to follow.

The bakehouse was a great, we had wonderful time the house have everything that you need to feel comfortable and everything it’s 5 min less walking distance. Great place and host . Definitely recommendable

The most stunning AirBnB we've ever stayed in. It was so peaceful, private and it had everything we needed to spend the most relaxing weekend without leaving the premises. We're already looking at the next opportunity we have to book again!
