We’ve stayed at Mike’s place several times over the years and never had a bad stay. The loft is a perfect peaceful setting that is close to amenities but also has the setup that you don’t need to leave if you want the night in.

A perfect location in downtown Seattle. We were close to public transportation, restaurants, and a grocery store. The space was clean and open. The host was quick to respond. We will definitely use this place again next time we are in Seattle.

The owners are very kind and genuine. They work hard to improve and maintain their property and it shows! They work together as a team and clean the home themselves versus using services.They didn’t skip a beat! It really is a beautiful and comfortable inside with an absolutely lovely flower garden beautiful landscaping out front. Jeff and Natalie are very attentive and respond promptly to any questions. Everything was neat and orderly and the bed was very comfortable!My son slept on the pull out in the Living room and he was very comfortable also. It’s very kind of them to add all of the very nice touches that they add to their property.They go above and beyond. The location was very helpful and right around the bend from the light rail. We walked right over to it and it took us to wherever we wanted to go in Seattle. I appreciated having the washer and dryer and everything we needed in the kitchen to make a meal. This will definitely be our go to home when we stay in Seattle!

Debbie's basement unit is our go to spot when visiting family in Seattle. It is clean, cozy, convenient, and a great value for the space. The unit has everything you'll need for a short or extended stay and is within walking distance to the light rail which makes it easy to get around town even without a vehicle. Debbie is an excellent host - friendly and always responsive to any questions or concerns we may have. We would definitely recommend her home.

We’ve stayed in a lot of Airbnb’s and this place was fantastic! We have 2 kids ages 5-7 and it was perfect for us. The bedrooms were great, the common area was large enough to spread out and the kitchen was very well equipped. There’s an Amazon Fresh, Walgreens, bus stops, several very nice playgrounds and a gorgeous coffee shop all within a 10 minute walk which made everything so easy, especially with kids. Will definitely be back when we come back to Seattle to visit family! Thank you!!

Comfortable and clean. Good location. Although the hosts lived upstairs, they did not intrude, remaining available but considerate of our privacy.

I really enjoyed my stay at one of Seattle's original Bed and Breakfast locations. I met Diana upon arrival and she welcomed me to the apartment. Comfy bed and cooking on the antique stove was a surprise blast. This place is great value and such a gem.

Heather’s space was perfect for a weekend getaway to Seattle with our dog. We often have to sacrifice comfort and style for the convenience of a pet-friendly place, but Heather’s place had all 3 and more. It was well appointed and well decorated with everything we needed away from home, including a very comfortable couch and bed, and a beautiful bathroom, and a well stocked kitchen. We loved all the books and local recommendations. Most importantly, our pup felt very comfortable and right at home. We are so glad to have stayed here and can’t wait to return!

Great overall, clean great location close to northgate station - but (not the hosts fault) beware that the city’s taxes and fees add a lot to your total stay!

Very easy instructions to follow for check in, the place was clean when I got there, and it was a nice distance between downtown and the airport! Perfect for the few days I was there!

I was here for a work trip and loved this place! It is so spacious, had everything I needed and more. The sauna was an awesome touch and the hosts were friendly! They were responsive and even offered me some fresh espresso and to join their backyard fire. Zero complaints!

I moved to Seattle recently and stayed at Katya and Lee’s home while settling in. I could not have been happier with this decision, and felt right at home during my stay. Katya was highly responsive throughout my booking process and stay, and checked in with me to ensure everything went well. I also had to adjust my booking dates at one point, and she was very understanding and supportive. Her home is exactly as described and offered everything I needed (and more) for a comfortable stay—from her fully equipped kitchen, to the heated bathroom floors, to the memory foam bed. Her thoughtfulness and attention to detail were evident. The residential area was also peaceful, safe, and walkable. For anyone in search of a cozy and well-equipped home to stay in, look no further. I would happily recommend Katya’s to my friends/family, and would be delighted to stay again!

Our communication with Artem was excellent from the beginning. Truly helpful, & I can't say enough about the spacious, cozy, clean & wonderful apartment. It felt like a cozy cabin in the woods surrounded by the most beautiful trees & amazing emerald green moss & grass. At the same time, you can literally walk to a great Diner, Starbucks & a mall area. Could not be happier with our stay & our hosts. Would definitely book again.

Such a beautiful view, great space with everything you could need. The surrounding neighbors were friendly and inviting. The host Jeremy was very easy to contact and responded very quick. We loved our stay!! Thank you so much for the getaway.

The great location made it easy for us to get around without needing to use the car. The secure parking was a plus. Ken was incredibly helpful and informative, making us feel comfortable throughout our stay.

this place was amazing! super easy to find and right down from the light rail. pikes place is just steps away which was amazing to be able to explore the first day we got there. all other sites where walkable with a 20ish minute walk. space was beautiful and exactly what it was pictured. inside was clean and private. there was road noise but to be expected in the city and there were ear plugs offered. honestly I didn't mind it and slept like a rock. didn't hear other tenants while in building. also the front desk guys were great when I forgot my key for and also great help with directions. Will for sure book with Olga when visiting again!

We had a great stay! Hot tub was perfect for winter. Super friendly and accessible host. Beautiful TV and sunrise views. Checked all the boxes you could ask for. Thanks again!

The spa are was incredible! We loved our time relaxing in that beautiful spa tub. Filled it up and spent 4 hours chatting and looking for shooting stars, water temp was perfect the whole time.

We stayed for two nights with our dog! Tom even had a water bowl out for her. Great central location for Mercer Island.
