This is THE place to stay if you’re wanting Seattle’s best attractions close by and within walking distance. The space needle/climate pledge, is just under a mile away north, you’ll pass tons of coffee shops and restaurants in that direction also. The football and baseball stadiums, right about a mile south. For both just walk out to first Avenue and away you go. Want to see pikes place, get on ferries to visit other areas? Right behind you, down the harbor steps which you can see when looking out the window. Need the light rail? Two blocks away on 3rd. Check in was easy-please order food from skillet and theo’s so good-but there’s food ALL around you. Target is close by if you need stuff as well. We didn’t have a rental the whole time until we left but when we used the parking garage I felt like I missed out on another benefit staying here with its secure entrance etc. Views are great if you love water and or city views! One of our favorites!

A perfect stay! Great location, very comfortable and well well maintained! They were so responsive, great hosts. As mentioned in previous comments, there is no natural sunlight since the windows overlook at walkway (so you'll have the blinds closed) but it was a wonderful stay nonetheless!

We’ve stayed at Mike’s place several times over the years and never had a bad stay. The loft is a perfect peaceful setting that is close to amenities but also has the setup that you don’t need to leave if you want the night in.

Great location when visiting Seattle. Owner was very accommodating, great communication. We will stay there again on our next visit.

The great location made it easy for us to get around without needing to use the car. The secure parking was a plus. Ken was incredibly helpful and informative, making us feel comfortable throughout our stay.

this place was amazing! super easy to find and right down from the light rail. pikes place is just steps away which was amazing to be able to explore the first day we got there. all other sites where walkable with a 20ish minute walk. space was beautiful and exactly what it was pictured. inside was clean and private. there was road noise but to be expected in the city and there were ear plugs offered. honestly I didn't mind it and slept like a rock. didn't hear other tenants while in building. also the front desk guys were great when I forgot my key for and also great help with directions. Will for sure book with Olga when visiting again!

This was the perfect AirBnb for our visit to Seattle with our toddler. It was well equipped with a pack-n-play and some kids toys which we really appreciated. Amazing location. Would definitely return.

Jocelyn and Steve are incredibly thoughtful hosts. We loved staying in their relaxing space with the personal touches and little treats throughout. It’s super easy to get downtown with nearby bus lines and the neighborhood had everything we needed!

Lucy was a fantastic host! She’s super friendly and very helpful. Her inclusion of instructions for checking in/out and other supplemental information was much appreciated. This location has a beautiful view of the Space Needle and is in close proximity to anything you could want to see in Seattle, plus more!

My stay was wonderful! The apartment is centrally located and easy to find. My husband and I were able to walk/scoot/bike everywhere we wanted to go as there are tons of Uber rental equipment around the area. The neighbors are quiet. There’s tons of great food spots nearby as well as convenient stores. We were close to Climate Pledge, Pile Market, and the mall. Wonderful stay!

Family of 7. Let's just start there. GREAT location. Within 15 minutes of pretty much everything. We walked to the Seattle Kraken game, walked to the aquarium and walked down to Pikes Market. The place is very clean and had everything we needed. Beds were soft and we all slept great. The walk through was thorough, they got us into the gated area for parking, walked through the rules that location had and explained the key fobs. EASY. Communication was always quick and reliable. We will stay here again.

Loved this place. Would definitely come again if I stop by Seattle another time! The pillows are incredible. Wished my stay had been longer.

We enjoyed this place! Small and cozy! It has everything you need to have a comfy stay. The building felt safe. Parking is tricky, because garage & spaces are tight. We didn’t mind that to be honest because all the activities we wanted to do were within a walking distance. We left the car in the parking lot for most of our stay. I would love to book again here if come back to Seattle. 😊

Beautiful location with easy access to Pike Place, the waterfront walk, walking distance to other sites (e.g. Pioneer Square and Space Needle area) and ready access to Seattle’s great public transport (we did not rent a car and did not miss it, taking buses, light rail and ferries to the various areas we explored in Seattle). The apartment was as advertised and our host did an outstanding job with directions ro the apartment and for check-in. Our host’s accessibility and responsiveness really stood out-we needed help finding some bedding (for the sofa bed) and some supplies and our host responded quickly to our messaging through AirBnB. Would definitely stay there again!

Great location. Super helpful to have someone check you in and explain everything - like Ron did. The amenities are nice. It was great having the pool and the hot tub and the gym. The dance bar across the street was a bit loud but the hosts had thoughtfully provided ear plugs which made all the difference. I would come again.

We stayed at this amazing home for a full week. The home was perfect for our large family and gave us space to relax and have family time. This is a kid friendly home with lots of games and activities that are focused on family time. It was close enough for us to drive into Seattle and to several beautiful hikes. The hosts were very responsive to any issues and also provided thoughtful recommendations. Be sure to check out the Welcome folder when you check in.

We had a group of 8 including children. This home was perfect to come home to after a busy day of activities, very cozy and comfortable beds, fully equipped kitchen, laundry room. HomeRnR thought of all the amenities and everyday needed supplies for the home. There’s a nice touch with the games in garage area. The house was clean with a great dining area for large families. Furniture in living area, I find, accommodates for smaller groups but we were only really there at night. We did take chairs from the dining area to living area and that worked out. Some areas in homes do not have blinds or curtains, but the home was on second floor. A lot of fantastic restaurants and grocery stores within minutes away. I love the convenience of being less than 10 minutes from the airport. That was a huge plus for us! Overall our stay was great. Home RnR was an incredible host and fast to respond. Thank you HomeRnR. I highly recommend for family stays!

This was our second stay here. The house is very cozy and clean, and has a fabulous view. There are lots of good bars and restaurants within walking distance, though the neighborhood itself is very quiet and street parking is wide open. Definitely recommend!

This is one of our top airbnb experiences. The house was very spacious and our kids really enjoyed the yard. There’s a laundry room and kitchen amenities that made it really convenient for our party (5 adults and 4 kids). Usually when we are in Seattle, we eat out, but we ended up eating at home most of our visit. Would highly recommend this place for large groups or families.
