We really enjoyed our stay at Kathryn and Tom's warm, welcoming, reasonably priced and comfortable place. Check in and out were easy, the teas/coffee and snacks provided were delicious, the beds were comfortable and the streaming services worked well. We would certainly recommend their place to anyone staying in Seattle.

Staying at Tricia's location was perfect. It is a quick drive or nice walk into downtown Winslow, but it is also in a nice peaceful neighborhood. I would definitely recommend staying at Tricia's. The space itself is very charming and had exactly what we needed for ourselves and our dog.

Ken and Evie’s Airbnb in Seattle was perfect for our trip. This was my family's 1st airbnb we ever stayed in and they gave clear instructions on how to get to their place, which made everything simple from the start. We stayed on the bottom level of their home, and checking in was easy with a key in the lockbox by the garage...they provided the code ahead of time, so there were no issues. The space had everything we needed. There was a washer and dryer, and the kitchen was well-stocked with pots and pans, and there were extra blankets and towels for the bedrooms and bathroom. One of our favorite nights was when we picked up king crab legs from Pike Place and made a nice seafood dinner. They’re upfront in their description about having two kids and mentioned that you might hear footsteps sometimes. We did hear them occasionally, but it didn’t bother our family at all...we slept just fine. The price was totally fair, and everything was exactly as described.

Hugo’s place was ideally located for our short stay in Seattle. Close to some favorite restaurants and coffee shops in the Fremont neighborhood. It was quiet and very comfortable and away from busy roads.

Great location, peaceful and quiet. Kitchen was well supplied with amenities to cook with. Comfortable linens. Linda was responsive with any questions we had.

The first thing that stood out was the decor and all the color! It was impossible to not feel joy at every moment while being there. I was also impressed that there was coffee/tea, filtered water, oatmeal, granola, and almond milk available in case someone was hungry. It completely embodied true, genuine hospitality and consideration at its finest. Although we didn’t use the washer/dryer, that was also a nice amenity available if needed. There was even shampoo/body wash available to use too! Susanne was very kind and friendly, and this place will definitely be at the top of my list for future Whidbey adventures. Well done all around! Karen is an excellent host! During our stay in Seattle, we experienced some extremely cold weather. Karen reached out to make sure we were comfortable in the unit and offered warm coats, mittens, and boots in case we hadn't packed enough for the weather. The property is very clean and beautifully furnished, featuring several thoughtful touches. I highly recommend this property to anyone visiting the area.

Such a nice, comfortable place to stay! Check in was easy and the place was nice and clean. They provided creamer for us in the fridge for our coffee which was a nice touch:) Luke was very accommodating and helpful with everything we needed--great, cozy space and would stay again!

We had the perfect stay here! We were able to get to all areas of the city easily from this location and it was highly walkable to Volunteer Park and beyond. The space was pristinely clean and we loved loved loved having a jacuzzi to help with our achey old bodies after all the walking!! Dustin was very kind and informative and I know that if we had any issues, he would have been right on top of it- luckily it was issue free! We highly recommend this stay.

Place was great and clean. Provided a lot of necessities which was nice. Only thing is the bathroom door didn’t lock😅 other than that all is great and awesome. Thank you to the host.

A very clean，quite and comfortable place to stay in. Costco, Safeway and some Chinese supermarkets are all within 10 mins drive, restaurants too.

We had an amazing time staying here. The host was very responsive and friendly. The place was very clean when we first got there, and it had everything we needed for cooking, cleaning, etc.The beds were comfy and the shower was nice, overall a great stay! Also, the hot tub was an awesome bonus. We enjoyed that very much and was super relaxing after a nice day.

I had a fantastic stay at Peter and Dah’s Airbnb! The location was perfect- great restaurants nearby, easy access to public transport, and walkable. As a young woman traveling solo, I felt completely safe in the neighborhood, which made my experience even better. The hot tub and sauna were such a treat after long days of exploring, and I loved having them as part of my stay. The space was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. Peter and Dah were incredibly kind and accommodating hosts, always making sure I had everything I needed. I’d absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area :)

Great communication, great location, and a really comfortable and special space to stay. I loved the upstairs bedroom with a view of the sound and the bed was so comfortable.

Great location, beautiful view, very clean! I highly recommend if you need a good place to stay in Kenmore area especially with more than 3 people. All the three rooms are with nice clean beds.

Tiffany’s place was clean, quiet, and in a great location. The view was a nice bonus, making it a great spot to relax after a day of exploring the city. Communication was easy, and everything was as expected. Would definitely stay here again.

My friends and I really enjoyed our stay at Elliott’s place. It was clean, cute, and cozy. The location is walkable to tons of cute restaurants and coffee shops. The parking spot was also a plus. Would definitely stay here again!

Had a great week in this apartment. It has a nice kitchen and the bed is comfy. Neighborhood is great and it's close to the arboretum which is always a great place to explore. Would stay again!

This apartment was perfect for our stay. It was clean, comfortable and had all the amenities we needed. Lots of attention to detail by the hosts. The location is lovely with many great choices of restaurants nearby. The surrounding area is quiet and secure. We appreciate the offer-street parking. One observation, know that this is an upstairs apartment so you must be able to walk upstairs.

Place was perfect. Hugo was very helpful and responsive. Would stay again.

Tom is one of the rare people that put their sincere effort into everything, including everything related to my stay. From the moment I booked I received a thorough e-mail containing everything I might have questions about: detailed navigation instructions, house etiquette, how-to-everything the rental. On the first day, I hard a hard time turning on the heater, and Tom personally came down to help me out, and didn’t leave until we had the heater fixed up and running-I did not expect that kind of attention, and I very much appreciate it! Throughout the stay, Tom was readily available by text, but otherwise out of the way of the property. Throughout my 1+ month stay, I only recall seeing him once in or around the yard. As for the property-it’s a great little open 1-bed, the furniture is in great condition, the linens are spotless, and everything was very clean when I arrived-I could not pick out any dust or dirt. Do be mindful that the bef mattress is **soft**, so plan accordingly.

Sandy’s place was easy to find and was a great spot to crash. We were visiting to take one of our kids to Seattle Children’s Hospital. This place was just 5 minutes away! The bed was very comfortable, and we loved watching movies in the living room. The kitchen was well stocked and the bathroom was spotless! Will add to our favorites.

Basic accommodations in a quiet Seattle neighborhood. Makes a great jumping off point for exploring Seattle and visiting family. This was the second time we booked Dickie’s Airbnb around the holiday season and both trips were very pleasant! We look forward to staying again!

Not far from downtown Edmonds, and a fairly easy walk or drive. There is a view from the living room, and the apartment is cozy. Property was easy to locate, and the instructions from the owners were simply and spot on. They have a nice guest book of things to do in the area, restaurants they recommend, and the owners were incredibly responsive and kind. We had a great visit.
