This was our second time at Phils, first time to celebrate my 70th second time for my husbands 75th. When I asked my family where they wanted to celebrate my husbands 75th birthday it was Phils place. Its perfect for our multi-generational family, amples of space and the pool and hot tub are the icing on the cake. We all had the best time and we made lots of memories. Thank you Phil for the use of your lovely home.

We had a great stay at Edward's place. We were a large family group meeting up for New years. The house has lots of character, and is set in beautiful surroundings. The only things I would say that could do with improving would be using one of the rooms as a social space as the kitchen isn't big enough for cooking. eating and socialising. Also, some of the matresses weren't as comfortable as I would hope for which didn't make for a great night's sleep. But overall, it's a lovely house and the host is very welcoming and reaponsive. I would definitely recommend this place for others to stay in.

The apartment was lovely, clean, well kept and just as described. Sadiya was also amazing, friendly, welcoming and always quick to respond if we needed anything. She really made the stay feel easy and stress free. Would definitely recommend and stay again!

We had a great stay! There was an issue with the plumbing and the hosts were very responsive and had it fixed the same afternoon. There was also a lot of snow during our stay and the hosts were kind enough to be flexible with our check-out time. The house was very cosy (including a Christmas tree for the duration of our stay!) and the hosts were very responsive and friendly, would certainly stay here again!

Emma was a super host and very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. She has literally thought of everything you might need for a stay. The games barn, while still a work in progress, ca. keep you entertained for hours. There are several cute animals on site from 6 rescue cats to goats and sheep. We were lucky enough to see baby ducklings.

Amazing Stay at the Apartment with Jacuzzi! I had an unforgettable stay at this incredible apartment with a Jacuzzi. From the moment I walked in, I was impressed by the modern and spacious design. The highlight, of course, was the luxurious Jacuzzi – perfect for unwinding after a long day. It was impeccably clean, and the water temperature was just right, creating a relaxing oasis. The apartment was well-equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay, and the location was ideal, close to everything I needed. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking to indulge in a relaxing, rejuvenating experience!

We had a lovely stay at Greg’s place for a family celebration. The location was perfect and the scenery lovely! The house was clean and tidy with plenty of space and everything we could need. Would definitely recommend a stay here, thank you Greg!

Fantastic stay! Plenty of space to spread out, everything was provided and the house was immaculate, clean & toasty warm. Lovely welcome basket and great recommendations and advice (great meal at the Crown & Anchor & stunning walk to the secret waterfall!) Kids could have stayed on the trampoline all day, adults in the hot tub :) Highly recommend if looking for a cosy home with easy access to Peak District.

Great accommodation and host

We had a lovely weekend at Swallows Nest, the property is really spacious and set on 3 levels. My eldest son joined us from Manchester and we were able to watch the moon raking festival which was really pretty and great fun. Thanks for a lovely time, would really recommend

Another successful stay so we could visit our newest grandchild nearby. Lovely home and surroundings only drawback was avoiding the recent large potholes in the drive.

Loved our stay here and great for kids. There are some farm animals and plenty of toys which our son played with. We would definitely stay here again if we are in the area!

Beautiful cottage. Nearby to shops and pubs but had a lovely garden and very quiet. Exceeded the photos inside! Kitchen was big and well stocked. All bedrooms were spacious and bathrooms lovely

Had a great visit! Very fortunate for John to be understanding and allow us to film our final student short film. John was always very quick to answer any questions, he was very understanding of filming which is always appreciated. The location was beautiful with some lovely surrounding scenery. Perfect for a peaceful getaway.

Sara rang a week before check in so we could chat about any questions I had for our stay and to give me some information regarding:check in and our stay. We booked for my sister’s hen party and the layout was perfect for the social activities of our stay and she had a great time. The whole party was thrilled will the property. A gorgeous home away from home.

Lovely, comfortable and clean house, very welcoming in a lovely town. Hywel responded quickly and everything very easy; we loved it and will be back!

What a great find. We had family in Ilkley and this cottage was so convenient to travel in to see them in addition to be centrally located for other sites of interest. The cottage was immaculate and had lots of lovely additions included: basic food, a bottle of wine and wood for the fire. Would highly recommend. Thanks for a fantastic stay.

I just stayed 5 nights and had a very comfortable stay. Irene's place really is a home away from home! communication was excellent prior to my arrival, and the house was perfectly located for a few events I had in the city centre and surrounding areas of Bradford. I was able to park outside the house, and with lots of driving around this was really important. The house is very welcoming and warm, comfortably furnished including super comfy beds and pillows! great WiFi, shops and everything you need close by. I really couldn't have asked for a better stay or a better host, and I will look to book again next time I'm in town! thank you for everything Irene ☺️

Second time we have stopped with Hilly. Her place is fab so well kitted out and comfortable. We love it and highly recommend it. Easy access to the Dales and the happy valleys of west Yorkshire. The space is fab for a couple of a small family. Hebden bridge or Halifax are 20 minutes away. I recommend getting a coffee and snack in the Piece Hall in Halifax absolutely stunning. I think we will be back.

Paul's place is great. Spotlessly clean, amazing location and really well equipped. Paul is a great host, he answered any queries really quickly and made some great recommendations for bars/restaurants. The location is excellent, so close to some lovely cafes/bars/restaurants. The 'Hidden Lounge' and The 'Cold Bath Brewing Company' were great bars and we had a lovely lunch at The 'Drum & Monkey' which is a seafood restaurant. Having a parking space is also a really great asset.

Beautiful carriage house with rich history and friendly hosts. Great park nearby and easy access to transit system. We enjoyed our stay and meeting John and Ann.

Excellent apartment just a short walk to the city centre. The thought that has gone into the little extras that are available makes you feel looked after! I highly recommend this apartment.
