What a lovely place to stay! Will plan to stay again sometime if ever in Kirksville in the future.

I have stayed here several times and always been completely satisfied with the accommodations, price, cleanliness and convenience. Kay is an awesome host and has the BnB well supplied. She has been quickly responsive to any questions or requests.

Great spot to stay at if you're in Brookfield or a nearby town. I booked for a hunting trip with my buddies and we had a great stay. Plenty of towels for showering and everything was clean. Will definitely stay here if we hunt up here again.

Nice place to stay when you are in the area.

In town for a conference at TSU and this place was a perfect base for my visit. I could walk to the university or downtown in just a few minutes. It was a very comfortable and relaxing place to come back to each night. My only regret was that I didn’t get to enjoy it for a longer amount of time.

We were there to tour the university for the weekend. The location was exactly what we needed as we walked to and from all the activities. It was nice to have the luxury of space and two bathrooms instead of a hotel stay. Expectations met!

Jennifer was super helpful from check in to check out. We needed an extra day on our stay & also an afternoon check out time. Jennifer was very flexible on both of those options. The house was very well suited for our group, had all the beds & bedding we needed. Will definitely book again if we are in the area. Thanks , Jennifer

This place is great! A cozy and beautiful home that met all our needs. Close to ATSU, Truman State, and the square. Eddie was a great host and gave detailed instructions for every step of our stay. Comfortable beds and pillows. Spotless kitchen. I definitely would stay here again!

We enjoyed our stay at Matt's place. Matt came and met us, talked and got to know us like good friends. The home is secluded just like we had hoped and very easy to find. Plenty of beds for our group to rest. We were able to see wild deer roam and drink from the pond. If we ever need to be back in the area, this would be our choice again.

Cozy, safe, clean house that was easily accessible with plenty of parking. My coworker and I split this house for our recent work trip, both drove full size pickup trucks and found this house to have plenty of parking, as well as a great central location in the middle of town. If I ever find myself back in Kirksville, I will stay here again.

Callie is definitely a super host! We been here twice and no complaints or issues whatsoever. One of our boats got completely swamped overnight during a bad storm, and Callie was super nice to let us have a late check out while we dealt with the boat. I’d give her 6 stars if I could.

Nice little place! Perfect for our trip to Macon.

Had a great weekend hunting with friends with this as the home base. Plenty of space, house was clean and patio and fire pit were a great touch to hang out under the stars in a quiet place. Hope to visit again someday.
