My family had a wonderful stay in Stamford. The place is adorable and so spacious. And its so conveniently located right on the water in Stamford. The check in and check out instructions were extremely clear. We had no issues. We will definitely be back!

Exactly what I required for a quick overnight stay. Not the hosts fault at all but the local pub doesn’t do food so you’ll have to make other arrangements, wasn’t an issue for me though. Will book again if required.

Had a lovely nights stay here with my wife and young son. Lovely location with a really beautiful walk down by the Trent easy to get to from here. Perfect place to unwind and chill out, highly recommended

This place is amazing! Myself my husband and toddler stayed for the weekend visiting family. Everything was perfect, Charlotte had a high chair and made up a travel cot for us ready for when we arrived. It was spotless and felt really homely and cosy. Lovely extra touches which made us feel very welcome. We will most definitely be back as we really loved our stay. Thank you

Lovely house, lots of space. The bedroom was a little bit bright as i’m a night shift worker however nothing else bad to say !! amazing team with amazing responses and always there to help when i needed them, would stay again :)

Dibley Lodge was the perfect little weekend getaway away for me and my partner! As a last minute reservation, we booked 4pm Friday afternoon and by 6pm the room was ready for us to check in. Greeted with the warmest welcome, and super clear information on amenities within the property and things to do in the area. The lodge is beautifully laid out, with everything you could possibly need; a very comfortable free standing bath! The property is only a short drive from Sleaford which has some lovely little restaurants and would recommend a Sunday Roast from The White Hart in Carlton-le-Moorland, another short drive from the property. Christine and her husband couldn’t have been more accommodating the whole the weekend and I will definitely be booking again ✨🌸

Very cosy home even though it was freezing outside we felt very comfortable and the house was lovely and warm. Great location and we will return when it warms up as we have family who live close by. Exactly as it looks in the pictures.

Lovely setting and such a peaceful part of Rutland. Pub 5 mins away is a lovely setting. Would def go back

This home is absolutely charming! I adored the cottage garden, so beautiful and serene. It was spa shifts, uncluttered, comfortable. The touches of having some food available upon checking was very much appreciated. Fiona was very responsive and helpful.

We stayed for 1 night to attend a friend's wedding in the area. As this is my hometown I was very familiar with Hampton so knew this was a big residential area. Despite that, the street was very quiet both day and night. The house was spotlessly clean and very spacious. We were a group of 4 adults and 2 children and had plenty of room (the two twin bedrooms are particularly large). It was also lovely and warm. Sarma is a great host, letting me know the details to enter the property in good time, and providing a couple of extra bits of info for the wifi and the temp controls. We were able to fit 2 cars on the drive (single file) which was handy! We didn't use the yard - it looked in need of a little TLC perhaps, but great to have the option of some outside space for those staying longer or over the summer months. Thanks to Sarma for a very pleasant stay, we would certainly rebook if we needed a bigger space in the area again :)

We had a fantastic stay at this spacious house in Peterborough. The property was spotlessly clean, well-maintained, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. It’s the perfect alternative to staying at a hotel—offering much more space and a homey atmosphere. The host was incredibly helpful and responsive, ensuring our stay was smooth from start to finish. Highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Peterborough. Would definitely stay here again!

Location: very short walk to large Sainsbury, opposite a large general store & short walk to High St. Parking : in the road opposite. Stairs in property * are as stated in the description very steep, we were fine but just to draw your attention. Well equipped flat and kitchen . At time of our stay no shower only bath, but that is I believe pending. Very clean and very comfortable, we were visiting relatives who go to bed early so we were happy to have a "home from home" to stay in. Hopefully we can stay again on our next visit.

I stayed at this beautiful flat for 4 weeks. It was very comfortable, secure,warm and in an ideal location.The host Kate was lovely and could not have been more helpful and friendly.

Great location right on the main street in Woodhall Spa. It is a busy road ,but didn't affect us, just worth bearing in mind if you are looking for absolute peace. Was perfect for us as we dumped the car at the back and did everything in Woodhall on foot. Beautifully appointed apartment and exceptionally responsive host. Ate at Kitchinetta both breakfast and lunch, had nice Indian across the road. 30 mins into Lincoln. lovely little break and will be back. Thanks Harriet

Great place to stay really clean and modern. 5 minutes walk to restaurants highly recommended.

Jennifer’s place was warm, clean and very cosy. The snacks were a great addition and the annex was nice and private too. Perfect for my work trip.

The photographs don't convey how spacious the apartment is inside. The accommodation was well furnished, well equipped and immaculately clean. There were small jars of sweets & dog treats to greet us as well as lovely toiletries provided, which was a lovely touch, as well as milk, tea & coffee. The bed was very comfortable which is always appreciated after a long drive. The location was perfect for our needs & our hosts directions made the accommodation easy to find and the apartment has its own dedicated parking space at the rear. It is also dog friendly with a small enclosed garden to let our dogs have a run about. It was our first visit to Woodhall Spa and what a lovely place it is with its quirky shops, eateries and an amazing bakery. There is also a cinema in the woods dating back to 1922 which is still going strong! We would happily recommend this accommodation and look forward to coming back soon as we would love to explore the area more on our next visit.

Sue was a great host! She provided staples such as bread, milk and eggs aswell as a few treats. The place was very peaceful, clean and homely. We were able to have a prefect relaxing weekend. Would highly recommend to anyone who wants to relax and listen to the birds 🙂
