we came a family of 6 and enjoyed the place a lot. Adi was very proactive and responsive, she gave us a solution for everything we asked. Also, the place was super clean and equipped with everything required for a stay. The street outside seem to be a bit noisy during the week, but as we stayed over the weekend it didn't bother us at all.

Joe was an incredibly proactive host who reached out with lots of good advice and guidance. The apartment was clean and well maintained. The view was outstanding and we enjoyed spending lots of time out on the balcony. The apartment is very close to the train station at Hot-HaCarmel, about a twenty minute walk or 50 shekel cab ride. Wish there were more shops close by but otherwise location was ideal and we enjoyed the swimming club nearby.

Ideal space for our family New Year's eve gathering: the location is a short walk from the Haifa main train station and the area of the celebrations on Ben Gurion st. Also when indoor we felt the Haifa vibes (and fireworks at midnight) thanks to the gorgeous views on the balcony. We were even notified when earlier check in time was possible, which was lovely. Great memories from this place. Thank you!!!

Все понравилось. Хозяин очень приятный и лёгкий в общении. Все вопросы решал быстро. Рекомендую эту квартиру и обязательно приеду ещё раз.

The apartment is great, relaxing and welcoming. The sea is 5 minutes away, and area itself has nice bars and restaurants. Good shower pressure and a drying machine compliment the stay. View from the balcony is breathtaking. Thank you.

The apartment was clean. The location is great. Shmariah was very kind and welcomed us when we arrived. The apartment has 2 bathrooms and there were plenty of towels. The kitchen was well-stocked and it had a water filter where you can get hot, lukewarm and cold water. Before we arrived, we planned on meeting up with another group of three, 1 week later, and managed to extend our stay to include all five of us in this same apartment. I want to thank Shmariah for working with us through this change. I think this added some confusion initially, but we got everything resolved.

Tamir is a professional. he even helped us afterhours when we needed an extra crib for the babies. Great host.

Sehr großzügige, bestens ausgestattete Wohnung mit allem Komfort! Wir haben die Wohnung als Gruppe von fünf Kolleg:innen als Unterkunft während einer Konferenz an der Universität Haifa genutzt. Dafür war die Wohnung bestens geeignet. Herzlichen Dank an Nathan und Tali

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit hier. Es gibt wirklich viel Platz in der Wohnung, um sich mit mehreren Personen auch mal aus dem Weg zu gehen. Von der Dachterrasse hat man einen sagenhaften Ausblick! Wir fanden die Lage der Wohnung optimal, um den Norden Israels zu besuchen. Und gleich um die Ecke gibt es eine Bäckerei mit Café und einen kleinen Supermarkt - sehr praktisch!

חוויית אירוח מושלמת בלב חיפה – דירה שמרגישה כמו בית! המיקום מושלם: 10 דקות הליכה לשוק תלפיות התוסס, גישה נוחה לעיר התחתית, קרבה למוזיאונים ומדעטק. הרחוב שקט ונעים ויש מכולת צמודה לדירה. הדירה מנוהלת בצורה מקצועית ומעולה – נקייה, מרוהטת בנוחות ומאובזרת בכל מה שצריך לשהייה נעימה. מיטה נוחה עם כריות מפנקות, מקלחת מופרדת משירותים, אקסטרא שמיכות ומטבח נח לבישול. קיבלנו אפשרות לצ'ק-אין מוקדם וצ'ק-אאוט מאוחר בלי עלות נוספת. השירות נפלא, הנציג היה זמין לכל שאלה, אדיב ושירותי, כך שהרגשנו בידיים טובות מהרגע הראשון. אם מחפשים מקום נעים, ביתי ומזמין בחיפה, זו הדירה המושלמת. בשמחה נחזור לכאן שוב!

איליין היתה נחמדה מאוד, היחידה היתה נעימה וביתית עם הרבה אפשרויות פעילות לילדים- ספרים, משחקים ועוד. היחידה קצת ישנה למי שזה חשוב, לנו זה לא הפריע. הגינה מקסימה והנוף שנשקף מהחלונות נהדר, היתה לנו שהייה נהדרת, תודה איליין

דירה מושקעת בטירוף עם נוף מרחק נגיעה מהים , המארח מאוד אכפתי ומתחשב . בטוח במיליון אחוז שנחזור לנכס של אמיתי , ממליץ בחום !!!!!!

היה נהדר. נוף ממש יפה ודירה גדולה ומרווחת. מאוד נהנו

מדובר באירוח פנומנלי! קבלת הפנים הייתה כל כך נעימה והכל היה פשוט מדויק. מלבד הנכס המהמם, הגקוזי המפנק, והבריכה החמימה, השירות, הזמינות, האכפתיות והמחשבה של לובנה המארחת על הכל כולל הפרטים הקטנים היו ניכרים בהחלט! אין ספק שזה מקום שנחזור אליו שוב ושוב, אירוח מעולה!

הייתה לנו חוויית שהות מדהימה. הדירה יפה, נקיה ומושקעת. המארחים מקסימים, תמיד זמינים בוואטסאפ וקשובים לכל בקשה. היה להם חשוב לוודא שאנחנו מרוצים, ולא חסר דבר. עזרו בכל דבר שהיינו צריכים כשומרי שבת, ואפילו הביאו לנו פלטה ומיחם. הדירה ממוקמת במקום שקט וקרובה מאוד לחוף, עם חניה נוחה בסמוך. בנוסף, יש מכולת ממש ליד. אנחנו ממליצים בחום ומקווים לחזור שוב בעתיד!
