房東夫婦非常友善nice 可以感受到對於房子的維護與用心 到處都有小細節 這次是六人包棟 總共有三間房 其中兩件是日式榻榻米要自己鋪床 我們睡的非常舒服～環境也很安靜 附近就有很多餐廳例如：sushiro 客美多咖啡等等 因為我們是自駕～所以蠻方便的 價格平均下來一人一晚才七百多真的很划算

A mi chemin d'une belle marche dans l'histoire a Magome et d'agreable bain a Gero Onsen, notre halte d'une nuit a Hiyou ete excellente. Une experience en maison japonaise ou notre ami japonais a pu exercer ses talents de cuisinier en nous proposant un kare traditionnel (curry japonais) avec les ingredients acheter au supermarche du coin. Le karaoke derriere la maison nous a permis d'avoir 2 heures de fun. Merci a nos hotes pour leur bienveillance et accueil.

We, my wife and I, rented the place for a month, so plenty of room for just the 2 of us. This reasonably spacious apartment was very clean and comfortable and an easy walk to train station, grocery and convenient stores. Also, well stocked with basic toiletries and kitchen and cleaning supplies. Quiet building and safe neighborhood too.

This is a great place to stay in Takayama, it stood out from the rest as it has a traditional bar which is well decorated and has a lot of Japanese elements. I enjoyed my stay here! The host is also very welcoming! I will definitely recommend this listing to my friends!

Very large house in a quiet neighborhood of Takayama. Unusual in that it has both Japanese- and Western-style beds / bedrooms. Living room area next to kitchen is also a big plus for large groups. Super clean. Kitchen is well set up for light cooking. 10-15 minutes walk to Takayama station as well as to the scenic areas of town. Higly recommended for large groups - we had 10 stay very comfortably.

The Wooden house was really nice to stay in for a couple of days. The kitchen could have some more items in it so you can prepare a meal. The oven was not working at the moment. If you sleep on the deck upstairs be prepared to wake up a bit early because there are no blinds in front of the windows. other room was ok. The gas powered heaters where great and easy to use. Also the fond garden contains out of a thick mud which sticks real easy under your shoes. This is a real mess but only when it rains, otherwise it's fine. Overall a good place to stay!

Incredibly beautiful cabin with a unique character and great atmosphere. Noriko went above and beyond to ensure instructions were clear; from directions, check in, in home instructions, and recommendations nearby. Bathroom was 11/10 and gorgeous. Place was cold when we got there but provided heaters warmed it up very quickly. For those going there, Google maps directions brought you right to the front and was easy to find. If visiting during the winter season, make sure to have at least studless snow tires as roads are very icy.

Mountain Boy was a great host. Responded directly to help us with any questions we had. We have enjoyed the accommodation a lot.
