Nice house with good layout of rooms. It is very convenient to come with children as there is a lot of entertainment on the territory of the complex. I also liked the themed design of the rooms. Overall, this is a good house for a large and friendly company.

This was our second time staying at Trevor and Amanda’s place and it was just as good as the first time. The place is in a great location very close to the Disney parks. The pool area is beautiful especially looking over the lake. Their home is clean, comfortable and has everything that you need. We really enjoyed our stay and are looking forward to visiting again soon.

We came here to celebrate my son's 16th birthday with two of his friends. He was really wanting to swim (in January) so I was on the search for a house with a heated pool that could accommodate all of us. The check in instructions were excellent and we really loved the home. The boys spent alot of time at the pool, hot tub, and in the garage playing pool and other games. I loved the fireplace. It was a beautiful home in a great location close to many restaurants and not far from theme parks and such. The only cons are that there were barely any forks or teaspoons to use, but we really didn't need them since we mostly had fast food. Also, remember to bring your own bars of soap. I guess I'm just used to other places having some for the guests. Not big issues but I figured it was worth mentioning so you can be prepared.

Mariela replied to any questions within 10 minutes or less. A spacious home with 4 bathrooms. What really is telling of a good host is how they respond to an issue you are experiencing with your stay. Mariela responded back to us within minutes and continued to communicate with us until the issue was solved with a positive outcome. That to me is a super host!

this my second year in a row at the Florida classic and I love this air bnb..I'm getting it again next year...it's safe and peaceful.. and the price is amazing..next year will make the 3rd time i stayed there i love it

Overall wonderful stay. Host was very helpful and good on communication. The home was very comfortable and enough space for the whole family. Any questions we had we received an answer in a prompt amount of time. A lot of extra covers provided. Only thing I will say is actual things supplied for cooking could be a larger size for larger families.

This house was absolutely amazing and had everything we needed! Our kids had a blast with the heated pool and all the games—it was nonstop fun. The house was spotless and looked exactly like the pictures. We highly recommend it! all the instructions to enter were a breeze. Martin was very responsive and checked in on us. LOVED LOVED LOVED.

Everything went well with our stay. Ee could not use the pool at the house because water was too cold in March. We did use the pool at the clubhouse and loved the tiki bar there especially Fran.

Kenia's place was everything and more. They literally thought of everything you could possibly need. They put a lot of thought into the details of everything.

This house was perfectly located close to Disney and other attractions. Checking in was easy and communication was great. The pool was excellent. My daughter almost preferred to leave Disney early to go back to the house and get in the pool. The home was very private, quiet, and peaceful. Plenty of room for large families!! We will definitely be returning in the future.

We loved our stay - the house was beautifully decorated and extremely clean. Loved the outdoor lawn space and 30 second walk to the large community pool/gym and tennis courts. Stayed with our 2 teenage sons and 3 grandparents and there was plenty of space for all. There was a storm just before our check in, which tripped a fuse, so there was a part of the house that didn’t have power when we got there. I messaged the owner and she responded immediately and there was someone at the house 5 minutes later to address the issue. I was incredibly impressed and will absolutely book a stay here again when we return next winter! Thank you! :)

I cannot recommended Stani and her house enough! We had a pretty unfortunate set of circumstances which meant we had to book a new air bnb last minute and Stani went above and beyond for us, to ensure got into the house at incredibly short notice. As good as a host as I have come across and the house itself it big, spacious and comfortable! 10/10

House was very nice and clean. Directions were clear and host was nice and responded quickly. There are Roku TVs in the living room and every bedroom. Must note there were no basic cooking products at all like salt, pepper, or cooking oil. Overall the place was great and we enjoyed our stay.

Edney was a fantastic host! He made everything easy with clear and friendly communication, ensuring we had everything we needed for a stress-free stay. The house was amazing – spotless, roomy, and thoughtfully decorated, with every detail carefully considered. It completely surpassed our expectations! Loved this home . The rooms just kept comin !! So many bedrooms you can come with the whole entire family it’s that big . Soo accommodating as well and clean . My favorite thing of all was the playroom . My one year old was so entertained in there it kept her busy . Lots of baby friendly details like the high chair , baby floaty, baby tub for bath time , everything you need for your baby , they had it . All in all it was a very great stay !! 10/10 recommend

We've been taking our boys to Davenport for spring break for over 10 years. We love Watersong. It's a quiet and nice area. Security at the gate wasn't given our names for the day of check in. We had to find a hotel for the night and the management company never answered their phone. The host, Alison, is in a different time zone, but responded the next day and had the situation resolved. The house was very nice and well appointed. Everything we needed to make our stay enjoyable was available. The pool pump wasn't working when we arrived. Within a couple days a new one was installed. Mechanical things that break down are no one's fault and Alison had it resolved quickly. I've seen some negative comments about the BBQ not being hot enough. The burners aren't flamethrowers, but they don't need to be. It has a heavy insulated top and just needs a few minutes to reach excellent BBQ temperature. It worked great! Thanks Alison for an enjoyable stay and responding when issues arised.

My girlfriend and I were in town for Valentine’s Day’s weekend and this place was perfect as were the host!! Highly recommend anyone who’s searching for a place to stay in the area give this beautiful home a chance you will not be disappointed.

Tatyana is a great hostess. She was very accommodating. We enjoyed the Property, especially the heated pool. Very convenient to groceries, restaurants, Disney and many other attractions. The neighborhood is quiet and very safe, with friendly neighbors. We were even able to see several rocket launches from NASA. We felt at home from the first night. The kitchen is well stocked with dishes, silverware, glasses, etc. Anytime you can find a dog friendly vacation rental is great. We are already planning on coming back next year. Thank you Tatyana for providing a great vacation rental. See You next year.
