The Villa was very nice and lovely location. Close to plenty of places to eat and an easy drive to Disney and universal!

Sarah was a great host - responded immediately and was very accommodating! The house was very clean and had all the amenities! Great location to do many different fun activities with your family and short drive from the airport. It was perfect for our family. If I asked my kids their favorite part of our trip (after doing Disney and all other things) they would say just swimming at the house! There is definitely a reason Sarah has a 5 star review! We would come back to the house any day!

We had a wonderful stay at Ginny’s air bnb. Ginny was helpful and very responsive. The home is exactly as pictured. We felt safe and very comfortable. The area is a residential neighbourhood. Neighbours are quiet and the area is well kept and felt very secure. We were traveling with 3 children (7,12,13) so we wanted a space that was safe. The home is approximately 35 mins to Universal and 25ish minutes to Disney. They were easy drives and the home was a reprieve from the busy orlando traffic. There are two doors out to the pool. Both had alarms on them and were secured, which was a nice surprise to us that helped us feel more secure with having kids near a pool indoors. The meshed pool was wonderful. Wish we had that in Canada. Pool was clean and a good size. The beds were very comfortable. The home comes with all needed items. We had enough toilet paper, plates/cutlery, paper towel, etc. We did bring our own laundry detergent, but there was some there. Overall- a fantastic stay!

We had a great stay at Chucks place. It was perfect house for our annual Florida golf trip.

We had the most amazing holiday staying at the villa. We enjoyed all the facilities offered, spending a great amount of time in the swimming pool / hot tub and lots of fun in the games room. The Villa is on a quiet complex with gated security entrance. The neighbours a few villas down were lovely and offered lots helpful advice. We experienced an issue during our stay, however Josh was very quick to respond and assisted with the issue. Josh was very responsive to any enquiry leading up to our stay. We paid for the pool to be heated and was absolutely needed during our December stay. If we were to return to Florida we would 100% book the villa again. Thank you for allowing us to stay in your beautiful villa.

We enjoyed our stay here. The first thing we did was check for gators in the pond next to the house. we did see one which was pretty cool. The bedrooms were nice. Although we couldn't get the hot tub to work correctly. the hottub and pool wasn't super cold to get in. Seeing the horses behind us was pretty cool. my 3 year old and 2 year old loved seeing the horses everyday. Location is pretty good. nice and peaceful. I would still give this house a 9.5/10 rating even tho the hot tub didn't work. We went to Daytona Beach and Clearwater Florida both being about a 2 hour drive from the house. Old Town and Disney Springs were easy to get too. We didn't go to Disney World but it's also close by.

A estadia de nossa família no imóvel de Ej foi perfeita. A casa é completa, muito confortável e tinha tudo que poderíamos precisar. Nas vezes que tivemos alguma dúvida, Ej nos respondeu em minutos e nos auxiliou prontamente com o que precisamos. Tenho certeza que nossa família voltará a se hospedar neste imóvel. This was an awesome house in a place that was within a reasonable drive of pretty much everything! Sophia was so easy to get in touch with, and she did an amazing job responding quickly! She was able to answer any questions we had, and was always available if we needed her! 10/10, I would stay here again and any rental under Sophia!

The House was very nice . We had a few mis haps but when I reached out to Victor he was very helpful and sent help to fixed the issues !!! Overall we had an amazing stay and would definitely book with him again !!! The price is definitely well worth what we paid for !!

This was our second time staying in Cals home. It is exactly as described and perfect for larger families looking to stay in a beautiful home near the parks. The home itself is peaceful and quiet with the woods behind it; we found ourselves sitting on the back patio listening to the birds in the early mornings every day. Cal is also a very responsive host and sincerely cares about your stay. You can’t go wrong with renting this home.

We’ve just returned from a large family holiday! With family flying in from Boston and Las Vegas, Orlando was a central location for us to kick back & enjoy each other’s company. Plenty of space for our 13 person group! The pool and hot tub were perfect, large kitchen where we cooked big meals & fun game space on the 2nd floor! We enjoyed a day at the club house & pool - a quick walk from the home we stayed in. Loved having a lake behind us, making it feel peaceful and private. Communication before, during & after was easy and prompt.

The house is great to host a large group. It has all the amenities to cater for a great experience. The only suggestion we had was that a BBQ is a must have and should be included in the house and not charged extra as well as the pool heating in the winter. We had an issue with pool filter but it was repaired on the same day. Al messages were answered quickly. The Windsor resort has a lot of houses side by side on the complex, expect a lot of people at the Club House and on the streets. Other than that it's a great place o stay.

What a great find for a big group!!! First, communication was fast and easy and hosts were very accommodating and flexible for our needs. Then, instructions were clear and house was gorgeous! We spent Thanksgiving weekend at the house and, to our surprise, the big table was completely set for our whole group of 14; very nice surprise! Rooms were very nice with comfy beds and clean bathrooms/towels. Common areas with plenty of seats; amazing playroom with great karaoke, pool table and more! Even a 6 person movie area on the second floor! It was our first time having two complete refrigerators and 2 dishwashers at the kitchen so that is a big plus for big groups. Not having a house in the back and having a pond, gives privacy and everything feels spacious. Nice for some walking around. House was PERFECT for our group and hosts were very responsive to any detail. Thank you so much for everything!

Beautiful home, matches the pictures, and everything works great! Loved the up-stairs home theater and the private pool and spa. Lovely resort and amenities! The host is very quickly-responsive and accommodating which made the entire experience even better! Highly recommend and would definitely stay here again!

The house was just the way it looked in the pictures! We totally enjoyed the arcade room! Lots of friendly competition happened in there. My granddaughter loved the themed bedrooms. Although we had cooler weather, having the pool heated allowed us to get in a little swimming. We walked up to the clubhouse and had some good cocktails and snacks. Location was perfect for us to visit the Magic Kingdom, Epcot and Disney Springs. I would highly recommend this house, especially if you have a few kids with you. They won’t want to leave!

We had such a lovely stay! The place was just as pictured. Plenty of space for the 9 of us to lounge around the house and hangout by the pool. We will definitely be back!

Our family and I had a very pleasant stay at Melanie's home. Everything in the property was exactly as shown on the listing, and the space was found in pristine condition. The neighborhood lent itself for very peaceful walks in the morning, and we liked that the pool was secluded behind a few trees. Our vacation could not have been the same without the hospitality we received from our stay here!

The home was absolutely beautiful. There were more than enough of everything needed. Honestly, the pictures to me don’t do the house justice, it’s such a beautiful home. Mr. Michael was amazing and always responded expeditiously. We highly recommend this Airbnb and would certainly stay there again!!!
