This house is excellent. It is very peaceful with only the sounds of nature to keep you company. There's loads of space both inside and out and the house is very well equipped with everything needed. Having 2 bathrooms with baths is a luxury as well as 2 very comfortable double bed bedrooms as sometimes there are only twin beds. The open plan living area is very spacious and the high ceilings add to the feeling. There is absolutely everything needed from spare heaters to kitchen appliances and from sunbeds to a barbeque. It is very handy to have a gated driveway and a bonus to have UK TV channels. Ken is a perfect host. Very warm and welcoming with a very thorough check in and out process and house manual. 100% recommend.

We are very happy with our stay at the Deni apartment. It is very well located; close to shops, pubs and the Paphos promenade. In addition, it is very easy to get to from the airport. The apartment was very clean and tidy - there was everything we needed. Deni was very helpful and quicky responded to our questions. We recommend it!

Right from arrival felt at home. Thanks for the essentials and the welcome pack which we greatly appreciated arriving late. Communication with Nico and family was excellent. Everything was spotless and in working order. Beautiful garden and pool with views. Really able to relax and enjoy the tranquility of the location. Only stayed a week but would love to return to stay longer. Thank you Nico and family for making our stay very memorable.

If you are looking for a place to completely disconnect from everything, to find peace, to reconnect with nature, to watch beautiful sunrises and sunsets, then this is the place to be. The house is beautiful, the view from the house is beautiful, as well as the garden! We were just looking forward to have coffee outside every morning and watch the sunrise and birds. The house is also just 30 min away from Paphos and the beach by car, and a couple of minutes drive to the nearest mini market. The host was super nice and very very helpful! We can't wait to go back there, we consider this place, the best escape from the day to day hustle and stress.

Wszytko było w jak najlepszym porządku. Wyposażenie jak w domu. Wszytko co potrzebne jest na miejscu. Czysto , lokalizacja super blisko do plaży i do centrum, i do Lidla Ciepło w okresie zimowym. W ciepłym okresie basen ( nie korzystaliśmy lutym)

Yianni's place is unbelievable. We were blown away by how good it was. Very cheap for bigger groups. We stayed over the weekend of the Paphos Marathon and it was very easy to get taxis and get where we needed to go. The pool made our recovery that little bit better! Excellent location, very clean and well looked after villa, very good local restaurants, a 24hr shop right beside the villa for any necessities. I would 100% recommend this villa for anyone looking to go. Also one on the best sunsets we've ever seen!

We stayed here for 5 weeks, the villa has everything you need for a comfortable home from home stay. Chrysanthos was very responsive, we had an issue with hot water but he got on to it, sorted an electrician to come and fix straight away (even though it was over Christmas) and the issue was sorted in double quick time. The kitchen has EVERYTHING you can think of. The villa is exactly as described. Due to the time of year we did not use the communal pool, however it looked well kept with plenty of sunbeds. The area of Goudi is very quiet but perfect for our requirements, you will need a car to fet around. In all a perfect stay and I would definitely reccommend. Thankyou

This is a peaceful apartment with a lovely view of the pool area. It was clean and generally well-equipped. There was space enough for three of us to relax. We had a car throughout our stay so access was not an issue. We were able to drive to the harbour area in about7-8 minutes. There is not a dedicated car parking space for this apartment, but there was lots of general spaces available when we visited in October. The apartment block felt safe and secure, with locks and keypads throughout the building, as well as a barrier to enter the complex. A slight downside for us was that the pool was only open between 11.40am and 5.40pm, and closed completely on Sundays throughout our two-week stay in October. I don’t know what the opening hours are for the other months. This was when the lifeguard was on duty. It was so tempting to take a dip at other times as the pool is fantastic! We would have liked to use the pool in the mornings before heading out for the day.
