Great stay here

Very clean , nice , spotless , Safe , good for family . Sometime you might get disturb in night time by upstairs people . If you staying 3-4 night .. there should at least tea-Coffee making amenities , mean tea / coffee , sugar and milk sachet should be there . Rest is good . Thanks for hosting 🙏 🇦🇺

Ubytování bylo dobře umístěné asi 3 minuty od zastávky. Jsou zde obchody i restaurace. Vše bylo čisté, byla k dispozici soukromá terasa s výhledem, vlastní koupelna a kuchyň. Ubytování je vedle nádraží, takže je občas slyšet vlak, ale během pár hodin jsem to přestala vnímat a ničím mě to neobtěžovalo. Určitě bych všem doporučila!

最高のお泊まりでした。 特に旅人への心遣いが溢れている場所でした。 難波駅から近くて移動もすごく便利でしたし、割りと静かなところでしたのでゆっくり休むこともできました。 次回また泊まりたいと思います。^^

Hosts were very communicative. We loved the place! It was so spacious and comfortable. The location was perfect right across 7-11 and very close to train stations. Would definitely come again.

Ich hatte einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt in Osaka! Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber, bestens ausgestattet und in einer super Lage – ideal, um die Stadt zu erkunden. Hiroyasu war ein sehr freundlicher und hilfsbereiter Gastgeber, der immer schnell auf Nachrichten geantwortet hat. Ich habe mich rundum wohlgefühlt und würde jederzeit wiederkommen. Klare Empfehlung!

Nice place to stay when travelling to Osaka, very convenient location, cute accommodation and worth the price.

Es war mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht, sogar mit einem Willkommensgeschenk. Dank der Klimaanlage liess sich der Raum schnell auf die gewünschte Temperatur bringen. Die Wände sind Schalldicht, ich hörte nie meine Nachbaren. Das Bett war super bequem.

It was a first time to Japan for me and my family. Seven of us in the house were just nice. Host was extremely responsive and available throughout our stay. We got lost locating the house on the first day but we got the hang of it after. Beds and pillows were awesome, we had a good sleep after walking the whole day. A few convenience shops nearby were really helpful as well. Osaka is the best. Just as small feedback: hope the cleaning people will sweep the floor thoroughly as we found dust under the beds. Hope to stay there again when we visit next time. Thank you for hosting us in your beautiful house!

The room was cozy and spacious enough for our group of six. The owner was friendly and spoke English well. We were able to drop off our luggage before the check-in time and explore the city. Anya kindly stored our luggage in the house. The instructions for using the electrical appliances and entering the house were straightfoward and written in English. The kitchen utensils were basic but sufficient for simple cooking. There was ample space and enough hangers to dry our washed clothes. What we loved most was the bedroom arrangement and the strong water pressure in the shower. The house is a short walk from the train exit (with an elevator), a 1 KM walk from AEON for grocery shopping, 500m walks from supermarket and just 2-3 minutes from a nearby convenience store. I would definitely recommend booking this house again for any future trips to Osaka.

Fantastic listing we highly recommend : private house well located near Tengachaya (15min by train from Namba), comfortable bedding, great and new equipment in the whole house (kitchen with all you need, big TV with Netflix, even the bathtub has TV ;-), reactive and helpful host. Sunny Inn was a wonderful place to call home for the whole family while we stayed in Osaka. Close to supermarkets, train stations and different food options, it was a great way to experience living in Osaka

Nice place on a cute small back street. It was a comfortable stay for a whole family. K provided us with an extra baby equipment, which we appriciete a lot! Metro station is close enough. Plenty of convinis around.

Wir waren von der Unterkunft rundum begeistert und hatten eine wundervolle Zeit in Osaka. Die Wohnung hatte einen unglaublich tollen Charme im japanischen Stil und war zudem super sauber und top modern ausgestattet. Die Lage war perfekt. Direkt vor der Haustüre liegt ein 7/11 Markt und maximal 10 Minuten entfernt liegt eine U-Bahn Station, mit der man überall einfach hingelangt. Und zu guter Letzt war der Gastgeber äußerst freundlich und zuvorkommend und hat auf alle Anfragen innerhalb weniger Minuten geantwortet. Ich kann diese Unterkunft jedem, der nach Osaka kommt, wärmstens empfehlen.

Liren reply all my message within 10 to 30 minutes. She is very helpful and friendly. She give us very clear check in/out instructions and allow us to locate our luggage in early 11am. The Homestay location is very convenient and surrounding by many restaurants and hot spots area. Value for money👍

Highly recommend. Few minutes on feet to train station and also have supermarket nearby, Most surprise is Laundry room just at downstairs,It is very convenient for people to live in here, But Because the wood made walls ,this kind material It isn't very noise proof. And the vibra at feet step could Pass through from next room, So me and my wife was waked by very early by People who live in next door. But I'm not blame on them, People got work to do to get a living, So that's all right. So if you are not very sensitive of vibrate， Here is the best choice you could ever get.

一楼入住很便捷不用上下楼，房间设施新，比较舒适，三俩好友空间也很很够～周边很热闹但晚上还是比较安静可以休息的较好！房东很好沟通！

Comfortable place. Everything was clean and tidy. We were also given a welcoming treat by the host. Easy instruction given and the place were very close to the station.
