這間民宿來了第二次，我想還會有第三次第四次，即便最小間的房間也很舒服，離雪場五分鍾車程，很棒！

Cloud 9 was a perfect Ski house for our group of eight. Plenty of room and well stocked amenities. An easy 5 min walk over Rusutsu resort for lift access and an amazing onsen. Young has to be one of the top hosts I’ve ever worked with. He is very responsive and provides information and access to local restaurants and activities. He offered to pick us up and drop us off at the airport, but we already had shuttle arrangements. Will definitely use him next time we stay at Cloud9.

I cannot say enough good things about Aki’s fabulous house! If you want to feel like a local and have all the comforts of home, this is the place for you! It’s beautiful, clean, great location, full kitchen, fantastic bathroom, stunning views, everything you could want from a vacation house in Hokkaido. The booklet provided with local recommendations was the icing on the cake. Definitely check out the yakitori restaurant mentioned. We felt close to great ski areas and loved waking up to watch the waves crashing over the snow covered beach. She was a kind host and even brought us snowshoes to borrow for a fantastic adventure through a local park. The kitchen is fully stocked with all the amenities needed to make a great meal. The house is toasty warm (we visited in January and most days it didn’t get above 2C), the living room is cozy (great for reliving tales of the jpow after a cold day skiing). The beds are very comfortable and warm. We truly had a great few days, thank you!

The place is fantastic! It was everything described as advertised.Yumi is very detailed in everything and a great hosts. The room is sparkling clean and equipped with what is needed. My kids enjoy the park across, worth the price we paid for. During the stay, it was fun and we felt 5 days was very short! Until our next visit, definitely going back to this apartment😍🥰!

這次我們是一個 15 人的滑雪團入住這間獨棟民宿，整體體驗非常愉快。房東雖然剛開始經營，但非常熱心且積極回應我們的問題，讓人感受到溫暖的款待。民宿的空間寬敞舒適，即使是我們這樣的大團體也能住得非常舒適，完全沒有擁擠的感覺。除此之外，民宿還擁有充足的停車空間，即使我們開了四台車前來，也能輕鬆停放，完全不用擔心車位問題。周邊環境安靜且便利，無論是短期滑雪度假或是長住都非常合適。整體來說，是一次很棒的住宿體驗，期待下次再訪！ --- Our group of 15 skiers had a fantastic stay at this private vacation home. Although the host is new to running the accommodation, they were incredibly enthusiastic and responsive to all our inquiries, making us feel very welcomed. The house itself is spacious and comfortable, perfectly accommodating our large group without feeling crowded. Additionally, the parking space was more than sufficient—we arrived with four cars, and there was still plenty of room for parking, which made our stay even more convenient. The location is quiet yet accessible, making it an excellent choice for both short ski trips and longer stays. Great place, great location. Everything inside is well thought. And the view is amazing

Yoko was a fantastic host! She's very friendly and easy to talk to. It was snowing these past few days and she even cleared the snow for our car! The place was spacious, cozy and comfortable. We felt right at home. She had lots of places to recommend nearby with a map included which was super helpful. It was a blessing to meet her and stay here! We highly recommend this place!

We had an incredible stay at Yuki House! Great for big groups, close to the resort but still in a quiet / peaceful area. Hosts Erica and Denton were fantastic, helped us navigate getting to Rusutsu and around town and gave lots of amazing local recommendations. Would definitely stay again!

Pretty good. Convenient, close to the JR station. Clean.
