We enjoyed our stay. The rental was as described. The host was very helpful and easy to communicate with.

Very homely environment, I like how clean the house was, and the location is quiet and peaceful. I would recommend anyone to stay here if they visiting the Kitchener-Waterloo area.

This home was very clean and tidy. It had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. There are many restaurants and stores at Boardwalk very close by (walkable) but the area is suburban so it wasn't busy or loud. The only small issue we had was that we were unable to lock the outside door properly when we left the home. They returned the pet cleaning fee when some of our guests were not able to make it, which we were very thankful for. I would stay here or at one of their other properties again in the future.

We loved this stay it’s in a perfect quiet location and close to daily necessities. Our toddler loved to play outside in-front of the property and going to the park nearby. We stayed for a month and the house was stocked with basic items, everything was clean and just what we needed.. the only downside it is a basement and not many windows could open so it did get abit clammy after a while and every night around 10/11pm (when my daughter was sleeping) the people upstairs would walk around so loud and wake her up (no fault of the owner)

The place was just as described. The location is very convenient. It's close to a supermarket and many other stores. I stayed there when I was visiting the Perimeter Institute, and the way between the two places had an enchanting view to the Waterloo Park.

It gave me what I needed, bed to sleep. Clean and matches description.

Even though this is a basement unit there is very little noise transfer from above. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom had an excellent shower. Loved my stay.

Marina's home was beautifully decorated and had all amenities required to make our stay easy and comfortable. Marina was very responsive and accommodating when we needed to book her place last minute and extend dates. Great personal touches and details throughout the home. Close to everything. We enjoyed our stay very much!
