Absolutely loved our stay in Franks home, hosted by Kevin who was absolutely brilliant. This is an incredible location, all the owners and renters are kind and friendly. There is security who are very kind and friendly. We would absolutely love to come back.

Great place with a pool, a concierge during the day, and cleaning during the stay. Clean. Not very far from the bars and cafes, about 10 minutes of walk.

Very clean and attentive service by the rental staff. Efficient restaurant reservations. I have stayed in Cabarate over the past decade and Seawinds is up there with the best accommodations. Adding a more consistent pool bar would be my only suggestion, but Tuva bartenders, when they are there, are amazing.

Our daughters loved Jenni’s place. Beautifully decorated yet casual and comfortable. The views from the balconies were outstanding! Everything was in good working order. And Jenni always responded quickly to any questions we had. The Seawinds property is incredibly beautiful with an outstanding staff that keeps it pristine including the large pool overlooking the ocean. Definitely a 5-Star experience!

Nothing Fancy but everything you need great location but peaceful , Lots of restaurants around great pool nice garden and very responsive host

This a beautiful home with a beautiful view. It's spacious clean and exactly how it is described. I've stayed here a few times and I always check its availability first. The host is very proactive and flexible. You would definitely enjoy staying here.

wir sind schon zum 2ten mal in Nikolay's Wohnung und werden wueder kommen. Als Windsurfer/Kiter die perfekte Lage mit der Möglichkeit, seine Sachen auf der Terasse zu lagern. Nikolay ist super, wenn es ein Problem gsb, hat er auf die Nachrichten innert küze geantwortet und unkompliziert behoben.

This was our second time staying at one of Paolas properties. Paola and her team made sure that my husband and I had everything we needed to make our stay the 5 star stay it was. Anything we needed from linens, to local recommendations, even airport pick up was just a message away. We look forward to coming back soon! Thank you Paola, Gemma, and Bobo, we miss our little slice of heaven already.

This is our second time staying at Marta’s place, we loved it so much. It’s comfortable for a big family and also for couples. The pool was great and the views were breathtaking…the beach being at a walkable distance made it even better. I’m sure we will return.

It was a wonderful stay, if I come back by myself ill definitely use this location again, as well as they where great people there!

Easy going guy and made sure I was good from the day I checked in til my checkout date. I definitely will book again with Gregory my next stay in Sosúa.

Brandon fue quien nos recibió, muy amable siempre atento a todo, el lugar es más hermoso que en las fotos. Los lugares de comida son excelentes!! La playa muy cómoda y limpia Justo al frente. Sales y ya estás en ella. El lugar muy tranquilo y todo a su alrededor muy bien ubicado y hermoso. Dan ganas de vivir ahí. Me encanto, lo recomiendo y de seguro regresamos !!

I highly recommend this place if it’s available! Great location that is secure and private. It’s within walking distance of the beaches and a taxi service if you need to go further without your own provisions. Security on site was friendly and helpful. Check in was a breeze. Evelyn was proactive and available if anything was needed. My only gripe was that sometimes the place next door got a bit boisterous along with some of the party boats passing by. I would be remiss if I too didn’t join the already large chorus of “ The view, the view, the view!” One of the best views on the whole island! If you need a place to stay in the Dominican Republic, you’ll be hard pressed to find one better than this.

Me encantó el apartamento, pero lo que más me gustó es el ambiente familiar y seguro que tiene el complejo. Es un lugar fantástico para para descansar.
