Erg leuk appartement met balkon in een rustige wijk van Cabarete. Alles wat je nodig hebt is er. Prima slaapkamer en bed. je kunt makkelijk naar het strand en het centrum van Cabarete lopen. Tegenover het gebouw is een hek, en dan kun je doorsteken naar de hoofdweg. Heel handig! Leuke restaurants in de buurt. Ook aan het strand. Op dinsdag en donderdag zijn er leuke salsafeesten in Ojo Club, en op woensdag in Bahia Bazaar. :) De hosts reageren heel snel en zijn bijzonder behulpzaam. Vanuit Cabarete kun je ook met de bus naar bv. Río San Juan. Aanrader, deze AIRBNB!

The place is very nice ,quiet and clean and feel like home. Amber is amazing help me out with all my questions and concerns about restaurant ,rivers and supermarkets since it was my first time renting Airbnb and I love it and will be back next year. Thank you amber for everything! Nancy collado's

Excelente lugar. Una paisaje excelente y muy tranquilo y a gusto. Todo es como en las fotos. Solo que el Netflix nunca entró, ni colocando mi usuario, compartiebdk pantalla. Al parecer la TV está desactualizada y el anfitrión nunca respondió a esta queja. Pero después todo estuvo excelente. No tuve quejas Volvería a ir.

My husband and I just got back from 3 weeks at Francois' condo. The condo is very clean and well equipped. The beds are very comfortable. There were lots of towels, the kitchen had everything we needed and the roof top deck was a great spot for suppers with a great view. I loved having a washer and dryer in the unit. We loved the location of the condo. Very walkable to town for groceries or a nice meal at the restaurants in town and we felt safe walking home along the beach after supper in town. The grounds and pool at this complex are pristine. There is staff there taking care of the pool and landscaping all the time. We really enjoyed getting to sit around the pool in the afternoons and watch the kite surfing right in front of the condo. The staff at the condo were friendly and helpful and Francois was very responsive, usually answering our questions within an hour or 2. We have been to Cabarete before and love it here. Next time we come back we will definitely stay here!

This was a lovely unit. It had fantastic amenities and everything was very clean and wonderfully decorated. The hosts were extremely good at communicating and checking in to make sure our stay was wonderful. The amenities were fantastic. There were even games to play, which was awesome for our family. We would love to stay at this unit again or any unit managed by L'Agence for that matter. They went above and beyond with all of the added touches, from the welcome book that provided lots of information and tips about the area, to the welcome package of fruit, coffee, and cold beer in the fridge. It was a very nice touch and very appreciated.

Our daughters loved Jenni’s place. Beautifully decorated yet casual and comfortable. The views from the balconies were outstanding! Everything was in good working order. And Jenni always responded quickly to any questions we had. The Seawinds property is incredibly beautiful with an outstanding staff that keeps it pristine including the large pool overlooking the ocean. Definitely a 5-Star experience!

I loved the place, everything was very clean and beautiful, the accommodations were in good condition, the pool was very nice, and the beach was a bit rough for swimming, but it’s a wonderful place to relax and spend time with family.

Thank you to my Airbnb Host review! First, I want to share my positive and enlighten experience during my stay at the “best” Airbnb “Villa” located in the lovely town of Sosua, Dominican Republic. My initial contact with the Host was very helpful, because from the initial telephone conversation I felt at home. Ms. Parizad professionalism, and attention to my every need during the entire time stood out to me. She would enable me to have the most amazing vacation experience for a first-time visitor to this “paradise” location. The “Villa” is a garden paradise setting with so much natural beauty surrounding the home. I recall just sitting near the pool absorbing the sunshine on a lovely 85-degree afternoon which was priceless, and mentally therapeutic each day. Each room in the house was well decorated and spacious. My experience during this visit only confirms I will return during Summer, 2025 to recharge, and relax for another week. Thank you again.

My late search for a hotel landed us at the Royal residences. TBH I wasn’t expecting much as it was last min and fronted on the main st rather than the beach, but I was pleasantly surprised. We were looking for a quiet place where we could cook healthy meals, have reliable wifi, swim lengths in warm shade and be close enough to the beach without paying premium prices. All checked. While visible from the pool, access to the beach just reqd a 5 min walk out front, around the neighbouring bldg and down some steps. Quiet friendly snowbirds stayed at Royal Res which suited me perfectly as quiet was key for me. The passcode main entry and front desk security made me feel safe. The shower and AC worked perfectly. Charlotte was a great host; solutions oriented and had quick response times. When my sister needed crutches, Charlotte was genuinely concerned and quite helpful.

Teresia is an excellent host. Always responding and carying for our well being. The gate community is very secure. There are no beach on site and the 2 restaurants with pool where you can go for the day have a fee (1750 to 2500 pesos per person per day) but they are beautiful. Sosua is easy to walk around. People are nice. The villa was perfect. The only thing is the very low water pressure. We would come back anytime.

This home was exactly as described and a perfect stay for our trip! The location was great—close enough to travel for the day but also in a nice, relaxing area. The outdoor space was absolutely amazing, and we spent most of our time enjoying it. Inside, the home was clean and comfortable, and having a kitchen to cook some meals made our stay even better. Highly recommend!

The house was everything that we hoped for. Mark and his team were excellent hosts. They made travel and activities arrangements for us. I would highly recommend this house to anyone visiting Cabarete. We truly enjoyed our stay and will be back again. 5 Stars all the way around….

Aidin is a great property manager. This is the 2nd time that I am at one of his properties. Aidin is friendly, accessible and follows up. I would definitely use this or another of his properties.
