After visiting Jodi’s other cabin (the trappers cabin) two years ago and having a great time at the location, we knew this cabin would be just as beautiful if not more! The space is beautifully designed with a cozy feeling and so much outdoor space and activities to enjoy! Whenever we’re passing by the area we make an effort to stop in at 16 mile cabins because they are truly our favourite cabins to date!

We had a great stay at Annelise’s lakeside cabin! Beautiful location and such a relaxing atmosphere. We enjoyed looking at the mountains from the hot tub and found the beds to be super comfortable with very cozy linens! Annelise is a very responsive host and helped us figure out the pellet stove after we had some user errors. Thanks for a great stay Annelise!

Absolutely gorgeous property !! Amazing views from the cabins and amazing views of the northern lights on our last night from the hot tub was a special treat! Andrea had everything set up perfectly upon our arrival and even put blankets outside to watch the sunset. Thanks so much

Warm and cozy pet friendly refuge from a wind and rain storm. Exactly what we needed for a couple nights. Short walk to the beach, has cell coverage if you need to check in on the world. Lots of firewood to keep the stove going. A great basecamp

…..the perfect, quiet getaway on a private lake. Surrounded by large trees, the cabin and grounds are the perfect place to relax. Complete with kayaks and paddle boards to fish or float the lake. Star gazing evenings with Loon calls in the distance, it just doesn’t get any better. Nina and Wayne are fantastic hosts!

Kevin was friendly and helpful. The cabin was exactly as described- rustic, but cozy and just steps from a spectacular beach. I fell asleep to the sounds of waves crashing on the shore and the fire in the wood stove crackling. A very relaxing place to unplug. Thank you Kevin.

The restaurant has an amazing ambiance. 10/10 would recommend. The cabins have such a cozy vibe and is very accommodating. To say the least I loved it!!!

My family and I stayed in the Eagle Cabin for three nights in late December and we had an absolutely wonderful time. The property is spectacular and the cabin is extremely comfortable, clean, warm and inviting. Carole and Ulie are excellent hosts; they were 100% available and responsive, friendly and easy to approach whenever we had questions or requests. Our favorite moments were using their beautiful sauna, and when Carole dropped over a plate of home made Christmas cookies. We hope to come back. thank you Carole and Ulie for making our family holiday extra special!

I absolutely loved my stay at 16 mile cabins. there's nothing better than a log cabin and wood burning fireplace and the stillness and peace with being off grid. Jodi and Jon were great and started a fire right before I arrived and we chatted, it was great talking to Jodi who has the same career as me but different experiences between the us and Canada. I highly recommend driving to telegraph Creek, it's stunning and I'm so happy I snuck that fun side quest in. It's also so great seeing more in land Tlingit culture and villages compared to the coastal one I live in in Alaska. I hope to stay here again in the future and explore the area more!

It's so nice to show up to a lovely little cabin in the woods, and immediately feel at home! What a bright, cozy & comfortable place to quickly settle in after a long drive. Wish we were there a couple of more days to discover the area and take some walks by the river nearby - oh well, maybe next year. Sarah was our host, and she would reply faster than I could check my messages. Keep in mind they have a mini fridge with freezer, not FULL size, so prepare accordingly. It was perfect for us. Besides, you're close enough to town to pick up more things as you need them - but far away enough to have peace of mind & heart. The cabin is very clean & is setup beautifully! You won't be disappointed staying here.

Alexandra and her husband were very friendly and accommodating. The beach house is absolutely beautiful and we had such a peaceful stay! Would definitely recommend and choose to stay again in the future
