Very nice for a girls weekend get away. The neighborhood was quiet, and conveniently located to the things we wanted to do.

Easy Breeze is a wonderful place to stay. Alex has made sure that even the smallest detail has been taken to make your stay exactly what you are looking for. This is our 2nd visit and while we were there, we booked our next vacation for a week in October! It's perfect if you want peace, quiet, fishing, kayaking, and many other water sports. This was a great, cozy airbnb super close to the beach! We loved the open kitchen, dining, living room layout and hot tub. Alicia was very helpful and responsive!

I don’t usually write reviews but this place is amazing. We came in late March and it ended up being colder (highs in 50s-60s) but the heated pool was totally swimmable. Kids had so much fun exploring all the toys and fun things in the house. Perfect size for two small families or one very large one. Everything was absolutely pristine and high quality. Mark and Cara had everything ready to go and kept us updated with reminders exactly when we needed it. We never needed to contact them during the stay because everything was seamless.

Our family of 4 enjoyed a quiet and peaceful 5 nights here. It was well located with nearby shops and restaurants. We enjoyed both the hot tub and the fire pit. It was well and reasonably priced and I enjoyed the rainfall shower. Thank you! 🩷

Pictures don't really do it justice. It is much brighter and lighter inside than shown on Airbnb. Very cute house, would consider it again for future bookings. Back yard is an oasis and the hot tub is a perk!

Perfect weekend getaway for my boyfriend and I! The house was in great condition, had a full functioning kitchen, and can’t beat the Hot tub :). All of the tv’s were smart tv’s so of course we watched Outer Banks on Netflix☺️. This house was right off the main road and very close to food, the beach, activities, and shopping. Also a good middle location to get to other towns in OBX. The host’s guidebook was also a great resource and we had some fresh amazing food. Our top recommendation is NC Coast Grill and Bar. 🦪 Check in and check out was a quick and easy process and the host is very responsive to our messages. We’d highly recommend it here to anyone coming to visit! 🥰

Perfect weekend getaway for Valentines in beautiful OBX. We were greeted to an amazing smelling & clean home, loved the decor and home away from home feel 🤍 (the reggae playing as we walked in was a nice touch) My bf and I were ready to relax and enjoy the hot tub after our 5 hour ride. We truly had an amazing weekend, enjoyed great food, and we were close to everything. We hope to come back in the future and would absolutely choose Allison and Ritchie’s charming place again and again.

Had a great stay at Maria and Steve's! Place was clean and as listed. Only tricky part was the house is across the highway from the beach access which meant having to drive and find parking or cross a very busy road.

If you are looking for a pet friendly stay in the OBX that has all of the accommodations and is conveniently located, I would highly recommend staying at the Flat Top on 1st. The house was more spacious and comfortable than we expected. My son and dog loved the huge yard and proximity to the beach. The house had everything you could ever need and more. Dustin was a great host. He was extremely accommodating and offered us early/late check-in. He checked on us to make sure we had everything we needed and responded quickly when we locked ourselves out of the house. Our trip was mixed with both adventure and relaxation and was the perfect getaway from the big city. My only regret is that we couldn't stay a few more days. Thank you, Dustin!

This place was amazing! The location was everything and more. Chad’s place literally had everything we could think of even beach chairs and boards. He was responsive and friendly. Whatever you do, listen to him and go crabbing!!!! This was the perfect place for us (we brought our 3 year old toddler and dog) Thanks again!

We had a great stay. Home was very clean and in a great location just a short walk from the beach. Also included plenty if towels, beach chairs, an umbrella, and other beach activities which was super nice. Highly recommend.

It was exactly what we were looking for. The house was clean and had a welcome feel to it. It was truly pet friendly and safe which made this trip possible for us. The host was very responsive and friendly. The neighborhood was peaceful and safe. We found lots to do in the OBX during our short stay. We hope to come again and will cherish the memories from this visit!

Great location, only a five minute walk to the beach and you can hear the waves while sitting on the top deck. The house had everything we needed. It was perfectly decorated and very comfortable for lounging after the day's adventures. The fenced in back yard was perfect for our family with dogs, and included a picnic table next to the grill which was perfect for seafood eating. Bikes were great and many other beach necessities for the summer months. Brian provided very detailed instructions and suggestions for restaurants and more. Great place!

Wonderfully relaxing and all the amenities of home. Love the Scandinavian aesthetic. We so enjoy being here in the off season, walking the beach, seeing the bird migrations, dolphin, and enjoying the views from the house and deck....sunset and sunrise:)

Amazing Airbnb vacation home, quiet, peaceful neighborhood, short walk to the beach or to the sound. Good central location close to restaurants and activities within walking distance. Lots of amenities newly updated well taken care of,beautiful pool. The cutest house to stay in! It was so nice and up to date, also very open with high ceilings which I loved! It was perfect for my husband, 2 kids and mother and father in law to stay in. Obviously it’s not on the beach(which it states), but it is not far! We loved it and would stay again! It is right off the main strip so it’s near a bunch of restaurants, grocery stores etc. we would stay again! Thanks for hosting us!

We had an amazing stay at Katie's cottage! The cottage was cozy, clean, and in a fantastic location. It's tucked slightly away from the main drag, offering a private feel and is a quick drive to the beach. It's also conveniently located down the street from Nags Head Woods Preserve, where we enjoyed a long hike. Katie's on-site guidebook led us to several local restaurants, coffee shops and Jennette's Pier where we saw about a dozen manta rays! Finally, Katie was incredibly accommodating when we decided to extend our trip by a day. Overall she is such a sweet and a fantastic host. We would absolutely stay at Katie's again, and can't recommend her cottage enough!

This stay was a repeat for us. Tanya and Lowell have thought of everything in this space. Clean, comfortable and cozy. Our first stay was a few years back during Thanksgiving and I was able to prepare a wonderful meal for my family. This time was a quick escape to reset our minds and body following Hurricane Helene. The hot tub, kitchen, beds, entertainment, and location make this place very, very special.

We visit the Outer Banks yearly and this is a very convenient location. My family thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

We had a fantastic week at Jennifer’s lovely cottage over Christmas. It was relaxing and everything went very smooth. The cottage was in a great location, close to the beach and within a good distance of all the local towns. We loved our stay and would definitely look to stay again if we are in the area.

We had a great stay at Ginger’s cabin! So cozy and charming! It was very clean, located in a quiet area, and a short drive to many OBX attractions. We felt immediately at home & it was a great way to kick off the holiday season! Our dogs had a great time as well.
