Lekker ruim apartement en goede locatie van centrum en skilift. Alles aanwezig in het huis.

Everything was great and the chalet is perfect. Best location and so cozy.

Heel fijn huis met 4 slaapkamers (waarvan 1 met losse bedden). Alles nieuw en brandschoon. Vriendelijke host! Centrum Kirchberg maar toch rustig en vlakbij de piste.

Отдыхали с семьей. Хороший и уютный дом, со всей необходимой техникой.Тихое место, прекрасно для спокойного отдыха.Очень дружелюбные хозяева. Нам очень понравилось, с удовольствием приехали ещё раз.

We really enjoyed our stay at Silvi's place. The house is in a prime location really close to the centre of Kitzbühel (3 minute walk) while also being in a quiet cul-de-sac away from the bustle of the town centre. Silvi couldn't do enough to help us feel settled in and welcome in her home. She made some great suggestions for local attractions to visit without which our holiday probably wouldn't have been so good. The house itself is over 3 floors and you have access to the whole of the ground floor. It's worth noting that Silvi and her partner live above with access to their dwellings through the hallway on the ground floor so it's not strictly true that you have the whole place to yourself and owing to the age of the building you can hear them walking around. This was in no way a problem for us but it's worth pointing out to future guests in case it is for them. The character of the home is so authentic and along with Silvi's kindness, I would highly recommend a stay!

Der Kontakt zu Isabel war gleich freundlich und gut. Wir haben uns im Chalet gleich sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Wohnzimmer ist super gemütlich und mit den Öfen kuschelig. Schön mit dem Schnee aussen herum. Küche ist gut ausgestattet und sonst fehlt es auch an nichts. Lediglich die zwei Zimmer mit den Einzelbetten sind schon etwas klein und könnten eine Auffrischung vertragen. Laut Isabel steht das demnächst auch an :)

Die Wohnung war mit Hund perfekt für uns und genauso wie beschrieben und super ausgestattet. Die Betten sind bequem, Parkplatz direkt neben der Wohnung, der Weg in den Skikeller kurz, alles ist sehr sauber und einladend. Der Blick aus der Wohnung in die Berge ist ein Traum und die Möglichkeiten für Freizeitaktivitäten sind endlos. Piste zum Ski fahren vor der Tür, genauso wie eine traumhafte Loipe, Möglichkeiten zum wandern bei toll bestellten Wegen, rodeln…. Wir kommen gerne wieder 😊

Wir hatten einen tollen Familienurlaub! Die Aufteilung der Zimmer ist ideal & der gemütliche Wohn-Ess-Bereich toll für gemütliche Abende zusammen. Bestimmt kommen wir wieder 😊

Die Unterkunft ist sehr schön eingerichtet, mit viel Liebe zum Detail. Man fühlt sich rundum wohl und auch die Ausstattung lässt keine Wünsche offen. An und Abreise haben ohne Probleme funktioniert und auch der Kontakt mit Cord war sehr freundlich. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder.

Super emplacement pour l’hiver comme pour l’été. Au pied d’une des nombreuses télécabines du domaine de Kitzbuhel. Le logement est suffisamment grand pour les quelques jours d’un séjour à 4. Super calme, avec un accès en voiture très facile. Les explications de Jo tant pour arriver que sur place sont très bonnes. Seul petit bémol concernant l’électroménager, cela manque des quelques instructions en anglais au minimum. Sinon bon séjour dans très bel environnement !

This was a fantastic place for my family of 5 to stay- plenty of space, and despite the spring skiing conditions there was still the ability to ski to the gondola base and ski home at the end of the day. We also really enjoyed the opportunity to sit outside and would have loved to have known to bring a hammock for the perfect spot to enjoy the beautiful surroundings! Very comfortable beds too! Thank you!

The apartment is great. Fantastic location, minutes walking to Hahnenkammbahn, restaurants and shopping. Free parking, a lot of space, nice kitchen.

Haben ein super schönes Geburtstagswochenende mit Freunden auf der Hütte verbracht. Es ist super gemütlich, geschmackvoll eingerichtet und ein einzigartiger Mix aus alt und modern 😊 Kommunikation mit den Gastgebern war auch sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Große Empfehlung!

Great place for 4 of us ski in ski out which is limited in the area . Place was clean and with everything required for a stay at an affordable price

I stayed here w my family (3 young kids) and it was perfect for us. The location was super convenient, with trains and buses to get to nearby mountains (and w one within walking distance). It was also quiet and comfortable. I loved having the bakery below and sending the kids down to get cinnamon rolls and my morning cappuccino. Would definitely go back to the alps to ski and stay in the same spot!

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt in der Wohnung von Dita und Roberto. Die Kommunikation war einwandfrei, auf jede Frage gab es eine schnelle Rückmeldung. Das Skigebiet ist für Anfänger völlig ausreichend und schnell zu erreichen. Wir haben nichts zu meckern, haben uns rundum sehr wohl gefühlt und würden immer gerne wiederkommen.

I stayed 4 nights at Karin's with my 18yr old son. The apartment was perfect for us - a large bedroom with double bed for me and a large comfy sofa bed in the sitting room for my son (6foot tall). Views from both rooms and the kitchen are over the beautiful mountains and we could watch the night skiing. The kitchen had everything we needed to self-cater, the Spar supermarket is a 10min walk. It's a 5 min walk down the lane and over the road to the lift ticket office and Karin's ski school and ski hire shop is across from there - where we could leave our kit overnight - which was great. We highly recommend Karin's place to stay for a ski trip to Saalbach-Hinterglemm and I'm sure it would be perfect for a summer holiday as well for mountain biking and hiking.

Wir hatten einen wundervollen Aufenthalt in Kitzbühel! Die Unterkunft war perfekt – sehr sauber, stilvoll eingerichtet und mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Besonders gefallen hat uns der atemberaubende Blick auf die Berge direkt vom Balkon aus – einfach traumhaft! Die Lage war ideal: ruhig, aber dennoch nur wenige Minuten vom Stadtzentrum entfernt. Der Gastgeber war sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und immer erreichbar. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen und können diese Unterkunft nur wärmstens empfehlen!

Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt, das Apartment ist sehr modern, es ist genügend Platz und es gibt alles was man braucht :) Die Gastgeber sind super lieb und gut zu erreichen. Der Skibus hält direkt vor dem Hof und die Gondelstation ist nicht weit weg, also perfekte Lage zum Ski fahren. Außerdem gibt es einen Bäcker, einen Dorfladen und frische Eier, Joghurt und Milch direkt vom Hof. Wir können diese Unterkunft nur empfehlen und kommen gerne wieder :)

Modern, clean flat in a fantastic location with everything we needed for a fantastic ski break. So convenient to the gondola, restaurants, kids' ski school, etc. Christian met us on arrival to show us around, and they provided restaurant recommendations as well. We had a terrific stay! Thank you.

We had a lovely time staying in the apartment. It has underground parking, which was really useful. We went to Sankt Johann, Seineplatte and Kitzbuhel ski resorts during our stay which are all very easy to get to from the apartment. Jennifer was also very responsive during our stay, which we really appreciated. Highly recommend staying here!
