Kitzbühel District : locations de vacances

Toni was very responsive throughout our communications. This is a lovely place to congregate our family for a very special ski vacation. The fresh eggs from the farm, local food specialties, the wood stove in the kitchen allowed us to just be together in a warm setting. we loved seeing the glow on the mountains in the morning and evening The beds had wonderfully warm comforters. The kitchen was very well stocked with utensils, coffee, condiments etc. We cooked most of our meals there. Awesome skiing is accessible in Saalbach and at Kitzbuhel. Toni pointed us to very convenient places to access Saalbach There are lots of things to do. We went to the Christmas market, a horse sled race, a cheese factory, down hill skiing, Nordic skiing, for a biathlon lesson, played drinking games in a crazy fun ski hut in Kitzbuhel, had shots of schnapps at Sport Patrick ski rental as we headed out to ski. Great family memories in a fantastic 'home base'. Thanks Toni!

Hébergement propre, très beau, moderne. Paisible en pleine nature. Vue imprenable sur la vallée. De notre côté nous étions là pour l’hiver, faire du ski. J’ai retenu l’adresse et pourquoi pas y revenir pour une autre saison, ou en été. Merci pour ce magnifique séjour je recommande à 100%

We hebben een fantastische tijd gehad in dit mooie huis in Oostenrijk! De ligging is echt ideaal, dicht bij de snelweg, wat het super makkelijk maakte om er snel naartoe te rijden. Het huis was bij aankomst echt in topstaat: schoon, netjes en verzorgd, iets wat duidelijk te danken is aan het feit dat de eigenaren zelf alles doen. De bedden waren van uitstekende kwaliteit, waardoor we elke nacht heerlijk hebben geslapen. Het huis heeft alles wat je nodig hebt voor een comfortabele vakantie. Wat onze ervaring echt bijzonder maakte, was de eigenaar. Hij was aanwezig bij onze aankomst en zeer vriendelijk, hij gaf ons veel handige tips over waar we lokaal terecht konden voor eten, activiteiten en andere bezienswaardigheden(gastekaart). Dit zorgde ervoor dat we echt het meeste uit ons verblijf konden halen. Al met al een topervaring! We kunnen dit huisje van harte aanbevelen voor wie op zoek is naar een comfortabele en goed gelegen plek in Oostenrijk.

Wir waren für einen Kurzurlaub zum Ski fahren in der Wohnung von Stefanie. Die Wohnung ist wunderbar zu erreichen und die Lage wirklich perfekt. Man kann mit den Ski direkt zur Piste und von der Piste über einen Geheimweg wieder zurück zur Unterkunft. Die Unterkunft ist wirklich herzlich und wunderschön eingerichtet und enthält alles was man benötigt. Stefanie ist eine total sympathische und herzliche Gastgeberin! Wir kommen gerne wieder :)

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt in der schönen und sehr gemütlichen Wohnung. Sie ist gut ausgestattet. Insbesondere in dem gemütlichen Bett lässt es sich hervorragend schlafen. Auch die Kommunikation hat einwandfrei funktioniert. Die Wohnung bietet die ideale Ausgangslage für viele Aktivitäten in der Umgebung. Auch der Ort Hopfgarten lohnt sich. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Tolle Ferienwohnung bzw. sogar Ferienhaus, in dem wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt haben. Im Erdgeschoss ist ein WC, im Obergeschoss ein Badezimmer und ein WC. Skibushaltestelle ist ca. 10 min zu Fuß, Supermarkt und Bäckerei ca. 5 min mit dem Auto entfernt. Sehr modern ausgestattet, sauber, super gemütliche Betten.

Amazing place - I can definitely recommend it. Beautiful apartment, super clean and great views. The kitchen had a lot of utensils so we cooked almost every day. The terrace is also nice, and having so many entertaining things downstairs for kids (and adults!) was also a plus. The surrounding area is amazing, we could go for walks every day. It is also a pet-friendly place, which is always a plus! The owners are also great, super friendly and responsive. We would love to be back again!
