Definitely felt like we won the "Last-Minute Booking Lottery" with this property!!! Place was better than advertised, and I never had an Airbnb host as accommodating as Khalid. 15 minute drive got you to all of the fun and exciting things to do on the island of Zanzibar, and my man Khalid had everything line up for us to maximize our 3 days/2 nights there. Would recommend this to anyone as their first option if they want to get away from being in the noisy downtown area. Oh, can't forget, that pool was amazing...could've stayed in there all day.

Absolutely incredible stay! The villa was stunning, offering a clean, relaxing atmosphere that made it the perfect getaway. The staff were exceptionally friendly and cooperative, ensuring every need was met with warmth & professionalism. Daily housekeeping and laundry services kept everything pristine throughout our stay. The pool was fantastic—large, well-maintained, cleaned daily, and boasting a stunning ocean view. Swimming there was an absolute delight! The villa also has stairs leading directly down to the ocean For activities nearby: - *Scuba diving:* One Ocean Dive Centre in Matemwe offers cool diving experiences. (10min driving) - *Horse riding on the beach:Zanzibar Horse Safari at Neptune Pwani Beach Resort & Spa with other water activities (15min driving) - *Dolphin & Snorkeling Tour near Mnemba Island We are genuinely grateful to Susan, Ali, and Doris for making our stay in Zanzibar memorable, and we highly recommend this villa to anyone looking for an amazing escape!

Our family of five had a beautiful time at Kacho House in Jambiani. The house was neat and clean and accommodated our family quite well. Habibu was a wonderful host and the beautiful Dada (sister) came every morning to cook breakfast for us, complete with fresh fruit, eggs, chapati, and freshly squeezed juice~it was delicious! My son had eaten something at a restaurant and had a bad case of food poisoning. We asked the Dada to go to the pharmacy and get something and she came back with a handful of fresh green herbs she picked from the garden. She made tea with the herbs and he was much better after drinking it. There is nothing like nature's pharmacy! Thank you again Dada for helping us! The beach was lovely, serene, and pristine, and the villagers were so nice and welcoming. The Maasai men and other locals were there selling their gorgeous beadwork, wood, leather, and other crafts, and we also found a few arts and crafts shops as we walked around the village. It was a wonderful trip!

Liza and Raphael are great hosts. The house is simply fantastic and you immediately feel at home. The location was perfect for us. It's not so touristy and crowded there. Really pleasant to enjoy the island. Hatibu and his team take great care of you and you feel very well looked after. The food was fresh and delicious every day. The manager Hatibu is always available and fulfills your every wish. For me there is really nothing to complain about. We stayed here for a week with the whole family (6 people) and at the end we really didn't want to leave at all. It is one of those places that you would prefer to keep to yourself. An insider tip. Die Villa ist mit sie sehr viel Stil und Liebe eingerichtet. Die Besitzerin Patrizia sehr hilfsbereit und wirklich stilvoll. Die Gemälde an der Wand, die Bettwäsche aus Italien, die Details in der Villa und dann der Koch, der denn noch das Frühstück vorbereitet – es ist einfach nur zum Wohl fühlen und super!

I did a booking on behalf of my wife and her friends for a few nights at the villa and boy where they blown away with everything when they arrived. They went as far as missing some of the activities just so they could soak in the ambience of the place. Its a very well put together villa with a perfect aesthetic. Habib on the other hand is a problem. He is too good at what he does and the makes him a very good problem to have in a foreign country. He was ontop of every from the day of reservation to the day of checkout. He helped me plan the whole trip and even advised on ways i didn't know about that helped me save money. He arranged to pick them up from the airport and had a driver take them around the kendwa area throughout thier stay for no extra charge. I went in looking for a host and ended up finding a friend. The staff was very polite and attentive to every need. I highly recommended the place because they will make you feel like you are a part of them. Thank you Habib.

Zanzilywood is good place for those looking peaceful surroundings in an isolated location. The grounds include a pool and store with all the items you need. The apartments are very spacious. If anything is missing, the hosts are quick correct the situation. Moreover, the host can arrange for your transportation both near and into Stonestown. I was satisfied with my stay.

The apartment is perfect for walking to restaurants and enjoying the beautiful beach. Different to most airbnbs we’ve stayed at - Not totally private as it is more of a family hospitality feeling rather than hotel style airbnb. We appreciated the local recommendations and daily clean, comfortable bed, breakfast, meals on request, and the onsite general manager. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was delicious and flexible for timings. It is Zanzibar so expect some small hiccups such as short power/wifi/water cuts - a small price to pay for paradise.

We staid in here with a family for a month. We took apartment in the first floor with beautifull view, terrace is really big and windy so we almost didn’t have to use air con, which was good for the kids. Stuff was very friendly and Prisca is amazing! Tell her what you need and she will arrange anything :) Amazing! Apartment was clean, maybe needs some repairs but in general we recommend this place to stay, especially with children as it is a little bit private but you can easily reach all the bars in the area :)

Really great stay at this apartment, boutique feel and just like the photos. The complex where the property is situated is big but the host is easy to reach via message , phone call and inbox. Cleaner service every couple of days was a bonus. I stayed here with my family and was very happy and safe.

Emmanuel's place is just the best to catch an early flight or to find a bed after a long and late flight from / into Zanzibar. The Hotel is just a short walk from the Airport (domestic / international). Emmanuel is very helpful, communication couldnt be better. I can warmly recommend the accomodatinon

Very comfortable place, nice clean bathrooms, and right near the beach. Great place to stay in Nungwi.

Eine wirklich süße Unterkunft. Die Besitzer sind super freundlich und hilfsbereit, die Lage ist sehr ruhig und friedlich. Wir waren insgesamt 8 Tage hier zu Gast und haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt. Das Frühstück war jeden Tag anders, immer mit einem Teller frischem Obst und gutem Kaffee. Das Wasser in der Dusche ist etwas salzig aber nichts worüber man sich beschweren sollte. Die Zimmer sind schön eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Alles in allem waren wir sehr zufrieden und kommen gern wieder.

My husband and I had previously stayed in Saidi and Sarah's other available room, but moved to this accommodation when we extended our stay with this lovely couple. Having experienced both options, I wish we rented this room for longer! This room was fabulous. It is quiet and cosy and gets a great breeze through the space. The mattress is extremely comfortable. It was a comforting and restorative place to go back to at the end of the day. The breakfast provided was delicious. The location is easily accessible to the bus, tuk-tuks, and multiple markets. It’s a quick walk to the beach and to good restaurants. Sarah and Saidi are amazing hosts who made my husband and I feel extremely welcome, supported, and comfortable in Jambiani. Truly, we would have been lost without them and their welcoming and kind nature. We hope to return to Jambiani again, and when we do we will certainly return to this room!

Beautiful beach bungalows. Great atmosphere, great breakfast, great location, so great that we extended our stay by 2 nights. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful and assisted us in hiring a moped to explore the island. Vanessa is a great host, very easy and flexible. Would recommend and definitely come back.

Erkan place is located in the most beautiful part of Nungwi with many amazing restaurants and beaches. It is a super peaceful place to stay, surrounded by palm tree and very clean and secure - feels like best vacations memories. Erkan itself is a very friendly person, super collaborative and easygoing. He recommended us couple of best worth spending places around Nungwi and I must admit all of the were spot on.

We spent almost a month in this house. The room is great, the place is quiet and everything is green. There were very tasty and varied breakfasts. The room was always clean, bed linen and towels were changed regularly. Special thanks to Mudi for this! When the electricity was out on the island, this house always had electricity and Wi-Fi, which made remote work comfortable at any time. I would like to separately mention the owners Simona, Musa and their wonderful daughter Jamilla :) Wonderful people with whom it is interesting to communicate, from the first minutes it became clear that these people treat their guests very warmly and love to host people. We will definitely come to Simona and her family to visit again!
