James had thought of everything in the apartment. Very well equipped and clean. He was a very attentive host and had lots of suggestions on where to eat and what to do. Location was fabulous - direct access to a beach which was ostensibly private. 2minutes walk to the sea food restaurants one way and a 5 minute drive to a great beach bar the other way (could easily be walked during the day but involved up then down which we didn’t want to do in the dark.) Would definitely return to this apartment and recommend to friends.

Innan vår vistelse gav de oss en detaljerad beskrivning av villans läge, faciliteter och rekommendationer för närliggande sevärdheter, vilket gjorde vår resa ännu smidigare. Villan ligger i ett lugnt område, är mycket rymlig och ren. Det tar bara 2 minuter att promenera till den vackra stranden, och det finns en 7-11, café och restauranger i närheten, vilket är mycket bekvämt. Detta är ett perfekt val för familjesemestrar, och vi är mycket nöjda med vår vistelse här.

Very nice place to stay, right on the beach for some nice beach walks. Nice pool and nice but small workout room. Good bread at the bakery below.

We had an incredible stay at this place! The host and her husband were exceptionally welcoming and made us feel right at home. Their hospitality was beyond expectation, thoughtful, kind, and always ready to help. The property was spotless, well-maintained, and surrounded by a peaceful, beautiful environment. Everything was exactly as described. we'd love to come back again.

We had wonderful time there!! Walk from the house about 3 minutes and you can enjoy the beach. They have everything there. Recommended ❤️

We had a 1 week stay with family with 8 of us the property was ideal. Jeanette was a great host and gave lots of information about the surrounding. We travelled quite a distance from near Khon Kaen and Jeanette was very flexible on our check in. The property has a beautiful pool and is well presented in an ideal location. Sunbeds, seating and lounger on the patio meant lazy afternoon by the pool were a delight. I’m from the uk and my wife and family are Thai, there’s plenty here for Thais and foreigners if you want non Thai food. Plenty within walking distance including restaurants, shops, massage and motorbike rental. Seabreeze residence is a quiet and private area with beautiful communal swimming pool. A wonderful holiday in a wonderful location, we will be back Im sure if it.

We stayed over the weekend and this place was fantastic! Really great, short drive to the pier for Koh Samet, friendly and quick responding host. She was very helpful and even though we booked the same morning as stayed she had everything set up ready to go. Thank you so much for a lovely weekend we will come and stay again! 😊

Perfect location for a couple of days getaway. When I say the pool is a stones throw from the sea I'm really not lying. Great communication from Philippe and his contact on site to help with any questions. Thanks.

Great stay with a comfortable studio apartment with a beautiful private beach access and swimming pool. Walkable from tons of seafood restaurants but still extremely peaceful & quiet. There’s lots of island day trips you could potentially go to. Drive up to the Rayong night market (an hour away) Perfect weekend getaway for us away from the city & perfect end to a holiday.
