Uriges altes Bauernhaus, mit viel Platz (4 Schlafzimmer), sehr sauber, extrem gut ausgestattete Küche, Johannisbeeren im kleinen Garten. Nette Gastgeberin. Wir sind immer dankbar wenn wir zu fünft gut unterkommen:) die Lage hatte ich mir nur aufgrund der Beschreibung etwas ruhiger /höher gelegenen vorgestellt, da der Blick zwar auch auf Wiesen und Wälder aber eben auch auf eine rechte viel befahrene Straße führt, und auch recht tief im Tal und daher morgens und abends früh dunkel. Die Wanderung oben am Berg (Urlesteig) war fantastisch für Kinder und Erwachsene. der Wald neben dem Haus ist auch sehr schön..

Soggiorno ottimo, zona incantevole e perfetta per chi ha voglia di una vacanza a contatto con la natura. Funivie Lagorai a 20 Min di macchina. Casa molto accogliente e host estremamente gentili e flessibili.

Wij hebben genoten van een week vakantie in deze ruime en rustig gelegen woning. De grote omheinde tuin was een echt paradijs voor onze hond. Paolo heeft ons persoonlijk ontvangen ook al waren we wat later ter plaatse omwille van verkeer. Hij spreekt geen Engels maar maakt gebruik van google translate waardoor de communicatie toch vlot verliep. Het sanitair en de keuken in de woning zijn een beetje gedateerd maar voor ons was dat geen bezwaar. De omgeving is prachtig met onder meer het Molvenomeer op korte afstand. Het dorp San Lorenzo staat op de lijst van de mooiste dorpen van Italië en dat is helemaal terecht. Voor ons was dit een fijne plek om te verblijven die we zeker kunnen aanraden.

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt. Es war alles wie beschrieben und auf den Fotos zu sehen. Man hat einen herrlichen Ausblick und kann im Sommer die Kuhglocken hören. Richtig Urlaub halt. Wanderungen kann man entweder zu Fuß von der Unterkunft aus unternehmen. Es gibt aber auch zahlreiche Unternehmungen in der Nähe. Es war eine tolle Woche.

Ezio e Giulia sono persone super disponibili e gentilissime, la casa era stupenda e ordinata, ottima per chi vuole un weekend di meritato riposo.

Schönes geräumiges Vintagehaus, ruhige Lage innerhalb von Obstplantagen. Tolle Aussicht auf den See. Andrea hat uns herzlich willkommen geheißen und alles ausführlich erläutert. Ausreichend Adapter für die Steckdosen vorhanden Man hat viele Ausflugsmöglichkeiten oder kann am Haus entspannen. Sehr gerne wieder. Vielen Dank Andrea

Le logement était très propre, le plus propre que nous avons loué ! Le lieu est de toute beauté, le ski de fond magnifique. Il manquait d’instructions par rapport à certaines choses, salle de lavage, gestion des déchets, etc. Nous avons dû poser plusieurs questions. Nous recommandons vivement ce logement et nous aimerions beaucoup y revenir !

Wir fanden ein schnuckeliges, kleines, sehr modern eingerichtetes Appartement vor, welches genau der Beschreibung entsprach. Alles, was man für einen Kurzurlaub benötigt, war vorhanden. Besonders hervorzuheben sind hierbei die vielen inkludierten Streamingdienste. Alles wurde sehr professionell abgewickelt und erläutert. Eine ruhige Lage mit einem tollen Blick auf die Berge war mit inbegriffen. Björn stand für Fragen zur Verfügung und ein netter Plausch war auch mit dabei. In Summe ein gelungener Aufenthalt. Jamila è stata fantastica! Alloggio curato e delizioso.. dotato di tutti i comfort. Lei è straordinaria sempre presente e disponibile per risolvere dubbi o consigli su come muoversi in città. Ci siamo sentiti veramente a casa quando ci ha preparato un delizioso the marocchino e dei dolcetti tipici. Ci sentiamo sicuramente di consigliare questa struttura. Grazie Jamila !

Nydelig sted! Å våkne om morgenen, sette seg på terrassen med utsikt til rådyr og andre dyr var helt fantastisk. Ca 5 minutter fra SPAR supermarked og ATM, 30 minutter til Bolzano.

Siamo stati 4 giorni in questo appartamento splendido, molto luminoso e veramente curato con ampi spazi per la famiglia. La zona è piena di attività da fare e ben servita dai mazzi pubblici. Ci siamo rilassati tantissimo e non vediamo l’ora di tornare.

Siamo stati molto bene, Laura è stata davvero gentile e disponibile! Ci ha dato dei consigli molto utili. Direi che la posizione dell’appartamento vale il suo costo, anche solo per la vicinanza al lago di Braies, ma non solo. Lo consigliamo 😊

Die Unterkunft ist einfach toll. Sie ist genau wie beschrieben. Wir haben uns sofort wohl gefühlt. Für meinen kleinen Sohn war alles da was benötigt wurde. Das überdachte Wohnzimmer ist ein absoluter Traum. Restaurant und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind ein paar Minuten mit dem Auto entfernt. Der Bach direkt daneben ist einfach entspannend. Wir können das Apartment wärmstens empfehlen.

The place was great and looked just like the pictures. Filippo always responded quickly when we had questions. I would definitely stay there again the next une I’m in the Dolomiti.

Il cottage di Kevin e’ un luogo di una bellezza incommensurabile per chi cerca un posto incantato immerso nella natura e nel silenzio della privacy di un’ area protetta nel bello della natura. Tutto questo perfetto e ottima comunicazione per qualsiasi esigenza. Torneremo presto !

The location of Cima 12 is superb! The house is surrounded by many hectares of nature, which offer a lot of quietness and privacy. The 360 view of the Dolomites is magnificent. Our host Thomas was friendly and responded quickly when we needed him. Changing the gas cylinder for example we could do easily ourselves with his clear explanation in English. Apart from the washing machine that we were told on the day we arrived temporarily couldn't be used (washing shop was a 15 minute drive by car so not a problem for us), the house comes equipped with everything you need for a nice vacation. We especially enjoyed the view from all the large windows and the balcony that faces directly Cima Dodici! All in all, as Thomas calls it, a shabby-chique styled spacious Italian Alps house in the middle of nature with lots of sunlight (and shade if you preferer) and all modern utilities suitable for two people or (large) families/groups. We enjoyed our stay Thomas!

More than a wonderful place and a cozy home, we found a very kind and loving hostess. The house is perfect even for long stays, well equipped kitchen, comfortable bedrooms and impeccably clean. The cottage is inside a national park, with incredible scenic views. The cabin is less than an hour away from the Folarida ski resort. We faced some challenges to arrive by car, the chains we rented were not enough. For those who go in the winter, I recommend winter tires. Mr. Franco was always very helpful in picking us up at the parking lot where we left our car. The breakfast is wonderful and Mrs. Maria is always very kind in welcoming us every day. Furthermore, I have no words to thank you Franco’s family for all the help they gave us with a problem we had with our car. I really hope to come back again.

I cannot describe enough how relexifying the area and the house is! The view is breathtaking, our daughter played with the horses and the chickens, she had enough place to run in the premise, the air was super clean, this is the relaxation we were looking for. The hosts were very kind, the house has anything you need for the kitchen and shower. 10/10 :)

MERAVIGLIOSO. La stufa di ceramica con la legna, in esperienza da vivere almeno una volta nella vita. Letto comodissimo, vista bellissima . Tutto strepitoso.

Purtroppo una settimana passa in fretta, sono contenta di aver trovato questo Maso! Era quello che cercavamo, Isolato ma non troppo e al centro di tutte le valli, ampio in ordine e pulito ! La cucina è davvero molto attrezzata e trovate tutto il necessario anche per pulire. Se proprio vogliamo trovare una pecca è solo un po’ umido, ma insomma è un Maso !!! Ed è un maso felice! In ogni caso i proprietari mettono in dotazione anche il deumidificatore. La stradina è stretta ma si percorre bene bene. La polo ci è salita con attenzione ovviamente, ma senza alcun problema

Posto incantevole, in mezzo alla natura, ma non troppo isolato. Situato all’inizio di percorsi CAI segnalati e per ogni gusto. Le foto non rendono giustizia alla bellezza della baita, incredibile ma vero e’ meglio di quanto ci aspettavamo, e le aspettative erano alte. Unico consiglio, le pentole antiaderenti andrebbero cambiate. L’ host ha risposto subito ad alcuni quesiti e le sue indicazioni sono state chiarissime. A pochi minuti a piedi si trova una pasticceria TOP sia per il dolce che il salato. Speriamo di poterci tornare anche il prossimo anno.

Зупинялися великою сім’єю з 9 осіб — усе було дуже комфортно. Будинок просторий, затишний і має все необхідне. Локація чудова, тихе місце та водночас дуже зручно дістатися до основних локацій Доломітових альп
