good location, many good hole in the wall restaurants nearby, walking distance from the beach and mall. great place to sleep, would not recommend trying to cook.

We loved our stay in Ayubs apartment . The size was absolutely grandiose. It was beautiful to be up amongst the trees- so peaceful . Ayub was good at responding to a couple of issues we had. The couches and beds were all very comfortable and homely . We were concerned about the open air plan and insects but it wasn’t an issue at all. Located in a walkable spot to good eating restaurants and the local Warung next door was a favourite . We could hear the street noise at night but once we retreated to the bedrooms we weren’t bothered by the noise . Check in was easy. Would highly recommend a stay here.

Our family ( 2 adults & 2 kids) had a fabulous stay for 4 nights in January. The apartment was spacious, clean and extremely comfortable with beautiful views ( amazing sunrises) and a gorgeous infinity pool. Julia was a top host who was very responsive and helpful and we felt very much at home. The driver Ketut was so helpful in taking us for day trips and organising laundry etc, nothing was too much trouble. The daily complimentary breakfast was super yummy which was a true bonus. Although a 20 min walk from the heart of Nusa Dua, we actually enjoyed this as it wasn’t so hectic and we still had all the amenities and groceries available. Having two kids I was concerned about lack of restaurants close by within walking distance but need not have been as we found two amazing restaurants within a 5 minute walk ( Sai Japanese restaurant and Surya seafood cafe) offering the yummiest and safest food ( rate both 100%) which was a real treat! This was a hidden gem for sure. I absolutely loved staying at Bagus’ place. The gym and the cafe were such great amenities and its proximity to downtown Ubud was a plus.

Great stay, great host. You are just at the main road but without being on the main road itself. The house is tucked away on a lane way. The staff were super cool and they responded to messages really quick. They even came out late the night before national day to fix a problem. Thank you very much. The two cats, Fluffy and Mimi are nice to come back to after a day of traveling. One issue I had were the dogs. As it’s on a lane, there are other homes with locals. I guess to prevent crime they all seem to have dogs out in the open in the lane. Don’t get me wrong, I love dogs but after some sketchy interactions, two of which had the dog jump on me while barking had me to mention it to the staff. I suggested to meet the neighbor to give the dog some treats and have the dog sniff us and realize that we were not a threat. This fixed the issue and also the neighbor kept the dog in that garden. Also to note the lane is not on the maps so food delivery is quite difficult. I Would recommend.

Amazing owner, friendly and responsive. Very spacious place. I felt right at home. Location is totally fine. Easy to call grab, just beware sometimes they enter inside the opposite villa, Budhi Ayu... So better cacth them before they arrive. Pool was small but its ok. Enough for 1-2 persons. Never used kitchen, always ate outside but it looked decent. There are lizards and frogs, entering inside the villa, but thats part of the tropical life. I had no problem in my stay. It feels price is reasonable given the quality and spaciousness of the house. Dont hesitate too much. Good place to stay for 1+ months.

Great place VERY clean! Close to many things to see and do in Ubud. Safe and secure. Washer dryer a big bonus. Had breakfast prepped for us 3 days was fantastic. Michelle was very easy to communicate with and BEYOND helpful she helped me get an item that was left in a taxi to my next place that was located hours away. Help coordinate a driver for pickup from airport as well. FIRST CLASS all the way highly recommend this place!

Vi trivdes jättebra i "vår" villa, ett mysigt och hemtrevligt boende. Ligger i ett lugnt område men är ändå nära till både strand och restauranger. Väldigt trevlig och hjälpsam personal som gjorde allt med ett leende!! Vi kommer gärna tillbaka!!

Лучший дом, в котором нам приходилось жить на Бали! Все укомплектовано для длительного проживания! Кухня оборудована на 100%! Двухкамерный холодильник, микроволновка, даже духовка, капсульная кофемашина, миллион сковородок и посуды! Стиральная машина выше всех похвал! Белье сохнет быстро! Уютная гостиная и две спальни, одна из них с ванной. Комфортное проживание для двух пар. Очень тихий тупиковый квартал. Расположение супер, 5 минут до Muscle beach club, до рынка и 10 минут до пляжа Melasti. Большое спасибо хозяйке, всегда помогает и быстро отзывается

Nous avons passé une superbe semaine en famille dans la maison de Gede et vous recommandons d’y aller si vous êtes en recherche de calme et d’authenticité. La maison de Gede est confortable et se trouve à 15 mn en scooter du centre d’Ubud; ce qui est très bien car l’endroit est vraiment beaucoup plus calme que l’hyper centre qui lui est très bruyant. Au bout de la rue, nous y avons trouvé un restaurant qui sert de très bons petits-déjeuner à des tarifs très abordables. Gede dispose de plusieurs scooters à la location qui vous permettront de découvrir les environs sans être trop bloqués dans les embouteillages. Gede et sa famille sont des personnes extrêmement gentilles et bienveillantes et toujours prêtes à rendre service. Ils sont très disponibles et partagent avec leurs hôtes toutes leurs bonnes adresses. Merci Gede pour ton accueil et cette belle expérience humaine. You’ve got a good karma. Nous reviendrons, c’est certain 🙏❤️

The place is amazing. It is spacious with great ocean view. There’s an access to the private beach. The host is friendly and responsive. Definitely enjoy our time spent in the villa.
