A great location , responsive host and in an area close and within walking distance of good restaurants and cafes, clean and as described, also included gated private parking which was easy to get in and out of. I would recommend.

Apartments was lovely, clean and comfortable. Mark & Donna gave us great instructions on how to find it and everything we needed to know. It was a great location with loads of restaurants, bars and shops close by and only a short walk into the centre. Really enjoyed our stay.

Excellent location near York railway station and an easy walk into town. There’s a Sainsbury’s Local on the corner for provisions. It’s a beautiful apartment in immaculate condition and beds configured into 4 singles as we requested.

We had a very nice stay in Carole’s place. The apartment is spacious and well appointed and in a great location just a few minutes walk from the train station and city walls. Highly recommended!

Natasha was helpful and responsive- replied within a couple of minutes of my messages. We arrived after midnight and the man at the front desk was so kind and helpful, he even went down to the garage to make sure we got in safely and carried our bags up to the flat for us. My mum was feeling he cold a little (change in season and tired) and Natasha arranged a thick duvet for her, it arrived within an hour of me asking. The flat is spotlessly clean, beds and pillows very comfortable. I think the only thing missing was a bedside lamp so I could sit up and read in bed but that's no biggie. The flat is right in the middle of Bradford so very easy to get around- we ate at the Karachi (a place my mum used to go to in the 70s!) which was very good and only a short walk away. I was warned about walking alone in Bradford at night but I felt very safe. People were friendly, there was a community police presence on Friday and Saturday night.

We had a great stay at the apartment.The apartment is clean and it has everyting you need.The place is close to train station and city center.

Andrew and Philippa were amazing hosts, nothing was ever too much trouble. The place is absolutely stunning, in our minds we’d already bought the place & moved in! Gorgeous get away with all the family and we would love to be back.

We had a wedding in York and booked Dawn’s house on all the reviews and recommendations. We were not at all disappointed! Very spacious house with all we needed. Getting into town was easy and being near to the station was good for my son and his girlfriend who also stayed with us. I would throughly recommend staying here Dawn kept us informed on all aspects of our stay. Thank you for an amazing time!

The place was very clean and tidy. Bed was exceptionally comfortable and lovely shower with an option for a bath. Owner was very friendly and helpful. Three of us stayed in the house and my partially sighted friend found the steep and narrow stairway to the kitchen too difficult to manage. The fact that the door opened towards the stairs meant it covered the wider part of the steps. We understand this is a mill house and steps are inevitable and most people will manage, as did my other friend and I. This isnt a complaint at all as the stay was very enjoyable and I would love to visit again.

Excellent accommodation. Stylish apartments, beautifully furnished , well equipped and spotlessly clean. Situated in the heart of Clitheroe , within walking distance to the castle and all amenities. Fabulous restaurants and beautiful countryside nearby. Responsive hosts. Would highly recommend .

Lovely place with great amenities and good quality furniture and furnishings. As it’s over 3 floors it’s well laid out. Bathroom s are heat and beds very comfortable. Parking is a bonus too.

Stayed for my mums 50th birthday, the views are amazing & the house is stunning! Beds are really comfy the place had everything we needed for our short trip away, would love to stay again!

Accommodation was exactly what we were after for a city break in York, and Ashley did a great job communicating when the flat was ready for check-in, and there was a great information folder with lots of good tips.

Thankyou claudia for a wonderful stay, check in instructions was so easy , and a great place to stay right in the middle of town, the apartment is absolutely lovely, home from home , with lovely little added touches , like milk , tea, coffee tray was brilliant, orange juice and biscuits, bottled water and chocolates by the side of our beds , and even small deodorants, and shower gels on our fresh towels, toothpaste in bathroom. All these little touches added to our stay , we all loved it and will definitely be booking this little gem of a place again. Once again thankyou.

Comfortable place with good parking and surrounded by green spaces. Host friendly and helpful. Flat is well kitted out with extra touches of cereal, tea, coffee, milk and butter which were much appreciated. We wouldn't hesitate to book again if needed to be in the area. Thank you

We had a lovely return visit to Diane's apartment and certainly hope to go again. We couldn't fault anything; everything so clean, the apartment well appointed, bed very comfortable with beautiful bedding and towels and everything you could possibly need or want. This is an extremely nice first floor flat. it is spacious and comfortable and well stocked with everything you need. it is about 25-30 minutes easy walk into town, via a nice park if you choose. The area is peaceful with coffee shops, a corner store, pubs and a supermarket all very near. The large open racecourse is also a short walk away. Tamas was very friendly and helpful, responding to a request to explain something speedily. I'd definitely recommend this very nice flat.

We loved Amanda's apartment. It was clean, spacious, well-decorated, and had everything we needed for a very comfortable stay. It's located very close to the station which suited us perfectly and within walking distance to all the sites as well as cafés, a supermarket, restaurants etc. Because it's quite near a road you do hear a little traffic noise which didn't bother us but may be an issue if you're a particularly light sleeper. We would definitely recommend this Airbnb and would book again.
