Location was fantastic right by pubs and restaurants. We went away as a group for a 40th birthday and went to the Italian next door as recommended by the hosts and it was fabulous. The house is simply stunning, beautifully maintained with subtle nods to the listed building era. I Would highly recommend as long as you don’t need a dinning room/living room to gather as a group. For us staying the one night and heading out for food a drinks it was ideal but if you like a living area this may not be ideal for you. The listing clearly states there is no living area due to listed building regulations and so for us we were aware and this was not an issue. The hosts were friendly and informative whilst giving space. They responded to queries very quickly and offered advice and support with the local area. Parking is plentiful outside the property however you may need to do a few loops to grab a space. We managed after a few minutes. Highly recommend. Thank you for a wonderful stay :)

A great house with character, everything we needed, and surely the best garden in Bristol. Richard and Jessica were lovely, welcoming and accommodating hosts. Thanks for letting us take over your home for a couple of days!

Another lovely stay as always! Our whole family loves this place so we just keep coming back! Great for kids that need the right surroundings to feel calm and at home. This time we experimented with getting busses into town which was a hit! Thanks Tamsin and David for another excellent stay.

We had a really lovely stay this weekend for 2 nights as a little getaway. We had 2 toddler boys who loved having lots of toys to play with, the garden looked amazing too however the weather said otherwise! Frances was really great communicating with us & made us feel really comfortable.

Danny was a fantastic host. He was very attentive to our needs and communicated very quickly. The house is lovely, very nicely decorated, and the area is very nice and interesting too. We really enjoyed our stay thank you, and hope to visit again!

Lovely place to stay. Modern and loved the interior. A perfect place to base ourselves to visit Bath and Bristol. A few niggles and miscommunication between the owner and Pippa meant the house was not ready for us when we arrived but quick to resolve and the owner was fantastic to sort it out. Also Beds were fantastic and comfortable, not something you always get with a Airbnb. Lovely place to stay and would definitely recommend and stay again if were out that way again.

This place is absolutely perfect, there's not much more to say. A beautiful and peaceful escape from everything and yet twenty minutes from the seaside or the centre of Bristol. Ten minutes to a supermarket. The house is stunning and immaculate throughout and the pool area is amazing. We didn't want to leave. The hosts are welcoming and generous and you truly feel at home. A credit to AirBnb.

We had a fantastic stay! The apartment was spotless, well-equipped, and in a perfect location—just a short walk to the city center. It had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing visit. We’ll definitely be returning the next time we’re in Bath!

Our stay was fantastic! The apartment could not have been in a better location to everything that Bath has to offer! Everything was exactly as described and we felt right at home.

This is a great place to explore Bath. We came by train and it is a 5 minute walk from the station and very close to all the sights. The flat was lovely and the beds comfy. We would stay here again.

We had a fantastic stay at no. 72! The apartment is beautiful and the location is perfect, we were able to reach everything within a ten min walk! I have already discussed coming back for another stay in this apartment!

We loved our stay at Katrina’s place. Firstly, it was easy to find, with secure parking, in a great location, with beautiful views. Bath centre was only a short scenic walk away. The property was clean and comfortable, we really appreciated the added extras provided, like the milk and crumpets. Katrina is very friendly, we really enjoyed meeting you and staying at this beautiful place. Thank you.

The perfect place for us to spend a few days near Bath for our honeymoon. Beverley was so lovely and responsive, and the terrace is gorgeous. We spent some time in the hot tub one evening which was lovely too! It is very close to central Bath and easily accessible by bus or taxi. We would definitely recommend staying here and would visit again in future.

George is a first class, friendly and thoughtful host who was quick to respond to our messages. Her accommodation is presented to a very high standard and is well equipped with everything you need for a short or extended stay. We had an excellent three night stay visiting family and hope to return soon.

I stayed at Michelle's place for easy access to the Wave in Bristol (about 10 minutes by car through scenic farmland and village). the check in process was super easy and quick, keys in the door, and it was an absolutely beautiful place to stay in the middle of English countryside with a scenic small village minutes down the road. highly recommend if you're surfing the Wave pool, or exploring the area in general.

What a perfect place to stay for our group of four girls. It was really close to town and a stones throw away from some decent coffee places and pubs. The street was quiet and beautiful and the parking permit( an extra but minimal cost) made it easy to park right outside. One of us arrived later and we managed to find a free parking space easily a ten minute walk away past the white hart pub. Helen was an excellent host who met us on arrival and left us milk and some lovely essentials. The house was so clean and had everything you might need (nespresso machine, hot water bottles etc) Thoroughly recommend staying here for a weekend away.

We have stayed at Joanna's flat on numerous occasions. The location is perfect, you have everything you want and need on your doorstep. I can particularly recommend the Portcullis Pub and the Bristol Fringe as well as any of the Deli's and bakeries. The number 8 bus from next to Nero's will take you into the centre of Bristol in about 10 mins or its about a 20 to 30 min walk down some steep hills. The Clifton Suspension Bridge is about 5 mins walk away. For a short break I cannot recommend this place or location enough.

Stunning Place in a Perfect Location! We had the most wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The place is absolutely stunning—everything was just as described, if not better. The location couldn’t have been more ideal, with easy access to everything we wanted to explore. The property was spotlessly clean, which made us feel incredibly comfortable throughout our stay. We truly had a fantastic time and would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a great getaway. Can't wait to return!

This flat is “gurt lush”! Exactly what we hoped it would be. A quiet clean little sanctuary for my colleague and I, who were working at nearby Cabot Circus shopping centre for two days. And so funky! Loved the decor and the huge outdoor patio. And the beds were super comfy!

Wonderful place to stay! Beautiful house nestled in a lovely corner of Bristol. The city is an easy walk away, but the flat is nice and quiet. The flat is a lovely rustic little place, with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Norman was very responsive to all my questions, and very helpful with working out things like parking. Would highly recommended to anyone looking for a place to stay.

Lovely place to stay in an awesome location. Check-in was easy and the flat was exactly as described/photographed. Flat is also beautifully decorated. This isn’t the fault of the host, but we did have an issue getting into and out of the parking area for the flat - people are constantly parking across the entrance to the driveway, which left us boxed in or out for 20+ mins on several occasions.
