We had such an amazing time! The place was super cute and modern, very clean and spacious, and perfect for a few-day stay in Columbus. Having a separate exit outside for the upstairs unit was very convenient and easy to use. We were able to make a lovely dinner in for one of the nights as well as make the short drive to High Bank Distillery for dinner and drinks for another. Parking was amazing - while we didn’t use the garage space, having the option was nice. Street parking was no hassle at all. Katie and David were super responsive to any questions we had and made the check in and check out experience super easy. We definitely recommend this space for anyone wanting a stay close enough to downtown but far enough away that parking and noise isn’t an issue. Will be staying again in the future!

My stay was great. Host was very responsive and check in was super easy. No problems with parking. Place was as described and looked like the pictures. Would definitely stay here again.

Great accommodations in a fun location for 1-2 people - and if you happen to have a third the sofa bed is very comfortable. Noise was not an issue despite street side windows and we slept very well! Parking in front or on nearby lot is very easy. Scott and Lindsey were always responsive and accommodating.

We were in town for a family party & stayed at Melanie’s place. It was perfect! We could walk downtown, there was ample parking, the neighborhood seemed friendly and safe, and the house was stunning. There were 5 of us (4 adults & a kid), and we fit comfortably in the home. We will definitely come back if we’re called to Delaware again! Thank you!!

The Carriage House is charming, convenient, comfortable and (incredibly) clean! I really enjoyed the lovely, unique decor and all of the guest-friendly amenities. The bed is very comfy and everything is *extremely* clean especially the bathroom. The parking is close by and the area is quiet and peaceful. Mac is a very responsive and kind host - from his timely, helpful messages to the easy check-in and out procedures, it is clear that he wants your stay to be a special one. Mine certainly was and I am very grateful!

My sister-in-law described her stay as “top notch!” As a western North Carolina resident she particularly enjoyed the ravine setting. But she also loved the beautiful space provided by Nancy. We would both highly recommend this place and would use again.

great location if you're looking to walk to and from rumba cafe for any events there, but would definitely recommend walking with a group at night as the area can feel unsafe walking alone. note that this is unit was built as a single home, but has been split up into 2 or 3 separate units, so the walls and floors are thin so quiet hours after 10pm and before 8am are important to abide by. if you're looking to have dinner with friends at this location, I would recommend going out for dinner as regular dinner conversations are too loud due to the thin walls. outside of that, if you're looking for a reasonably priced Airbnb in the area and don't mind some potential noise from fellow units, would definitely recommend! overall enjoyed our stay, thank you Matt & Lori!

The perfect location for visiting our son at Kenyon College! The home was spotless and beautifully decorated. The kitchen had all the amenities to make my son and his buddys a home cooked meal. The furnishings (living room & bedroom) were warm and inviting. Would absolutely stay here again.

This place was just what we needed. We rented this place following a death in the family locally and we needed somewhere for family to gather and be together. This house and the property was everything we could ask for. Quiet. Peaceful. Spacious enough to allow for individual space when needed. The property is beautiful. The house has character and comfort. The hosts have stocked EVERYTHING a person could need. And it has an amazing vibe and history. It felt to all of us that there has been much love and laughter in this historic home which is just what we needed. Thank you for hosting us.

My boys stayed at The Burrow for a weekend and it was amazing! John was an exceptional host and the airbnb was very cozy and clean! It met all expectations and we will be staying here next time we are in town! 100% recommend if you are in the area!

The Cottage on Wiggins is the perfect location for visiting our son at Kenyon College. The property is beautifully decorated, well stocked and spotless. We were able to make a home cooked meal for our son and his buddies. Denny has thought of everything! Will definitely return next time we are headed back to Gambier.

Such a beautiful home. plenty of space. very homey. popcorn machine is a awesome addition. Even the provided shampoo,conditioner and body wash smell amazing. would definitely love to stay again

Love this house and location.

We stayed at Bethany’s place off and on for about 2 months as we needed a home base to help care for my dad. Bethany was extremely kind, compassionate and caring to our situation. She offered us every assistance, checked in routinely, and was exceptionally helpful. The house was equipped with everything we needed for a short or long term stay. Everything worked, everything was clean and cozy. This is a lovely place, don’t hesitate to book with Bethany!

Marvin's place was nice and like it stated in the descriptions. Thank you for your quick responses, when we couldn't get there right away because of flight issues.

Great stay, and even better host. The place was clean and updated. The beds were super comfortable and the ping pong table was a plus too. Oh and Marc went over and beyond your typical host as far as stocking amenities and food for his guests. Marc also was very prompt in to replying to me, he even took time out of his day to answer my phone calls and return my phone calls when I was having issues with the app. 10/10 highly recommend!!

My family and I stayed at the property while we visited family nearby. The location was perfect for us, close to family but also close to a grocery store and restaurants. The arcade games in the basement were a big plus with our kids, giving them lots to keep them entertained. The decor and furnishings were very nicely updated.

We were the first to stay in the updated unit (#22) and were pleasantly surprised with how nice it was! Everything was spotless and the kitchen was well-stocked. This Airbnb was also well-stocked with towels, shampoo, conditioner and bath wash. We really enjoyed our time there. We were in Ohio for our daughter’s college graduation so we were very busy and didn’t have a lot of “downtime”. It was nice to be able to come back to a quiet condo to recharge and rest. The sunsets over the golf course are spectacular!

Comfortable bed, Hot shower, and cozy place with all things you need for your stay. It's the middle of everything college town. So many restaurants and Kroger (grocery store) is right across the street. Douglas offered a flexible check in, gave recommendations and even left treats for my service dog. We will stay here again!

Nice two bedroom space with 3 baths. Have stayed multiple times previously and will look at this property again when I am in the area
