Went to Knoxville for the Big Ears Music Festival and this place was in a perfect location with a beautiful view of the river and bridge. It is a basement apartment in an old building, so it lacks some light and has some of the quirks and noises to be expected. Was a perfect place to stay for our purposes; we would stay again.

Cute place with a great river view. Walkable to Market Square and the university. We were there to watch baseball and it was very convenient to walk to and from the games.

The location was very convenient for us, since we were in Knoxville for the 4 day Big Ears music festival. There was a shuttle stop right across the street. It was good to have a home base when we needed to take a break during the day. I have mobility issues with my right knee, so the steps were a challenge for me, especially with carrying luggage. My husband helped with that. Appreciated the king size bed. The bedroom is right above a very busy road and the windows are old and don’t provide any insulation. Earplugs are provided, but I ended up listening to my MP3 player all night, wearing earbuds, with the volume turned up. We made breakfast each morning, and purchased our own coffee, since we wanted something other than Folgers. There isn’t a toaster, so I used the oven, but ended up burning one batch. Set a timer to make sure you don’t make the same mistake. It was nice having a reserved parking space, but it was tricky to get in and out of. Works best if you have a small car.

Allie and Jamie are top notch in all respects. Their apartment is gorgeous, clean, well designed and very conveniently located in the center of it all. They go out of their way to be welcoming, responsive and are very generous with the extras. You would be hard pressed to find better accommodations/hosts in all of Knoxville...

We had a great stay in Knoxville over Christmas. The kitchen was well equipped and the location was perfect. We will be back!

The place is very clean and cozy. It’s in a very quiet area. The communication was great any questions we had she would answer quickly. The comments about the bedroom doors not closing all the way or bathroom not locking is true, but that wasn’t a problem for us. I would definitely stay there again.

We didn’t know we were staying over a college ball weekend. Kathy did not price gouge like so many do and we were able to stay for a great time at an affordable price! They were incredibly flexible on check in time which allowed us to drop our belongings and make our pup comfortable before checking out the city. We drove as well as used Uber and found our rides efficient and low cost. All of this would sell me for another trip BUT our just provided a top notch experience. They offered laundry supplies, bath supplies, entertainment options and more. This is a no brainer

Place looks exactly like the pictures shown! Feels like you are home! Place is clean, and comfortable. Definitely will be my new place to stay when coming to Knoxville.

The apartment was in a perfect location for exploring downtown Knoxville. Easy walk down Gay Street and to Market Square. It was also an easy walk in the opposite direction to Old City with great restaurants nearby. The apartment was easy to access and had everything we needed. We felt like locals after our four day stay. The people in Tennessee are the nicest I've ever met (and I'm from Kentucky)!

This was an excellent choice. We were in town for the UT football game and this was the perfect location. It was easy to travel to campus with no traffic. Private and secluded but easy to navigate to our destinations we visited while in town. Will definitely return here on a future visit.

We returned to Knoxville again for the Big Ears music festival. Scott’s place was a calm, cozy and pretty respite from the hubbub of downtown, and the high-stimulation of the fest. Loved the backyard space, comfortable beds and nice bedroom. Being walking distance to downtown was a big selling point, and we found the neighborhood to be historic, quiet and with added amenities for busy travelers (like a couple fancy coffee shops). Scott was super responsive and a great communicator, and even kindly repaired a Keurig machine for our use. Would definitely return to Scott’s place on future visits to Knoxville! Thanks for being a great host, Scott!

This place was great. I only stayed one night, but could have easily stayed multiple as it was welcoming and inviting. It’s close to many places of interests in the downtown area.

5 Star Hidden Gem! We LOVED Peyton's Closet. The location, the included parking, pet friendly, easy instructions, the attention to detail, super clean...the list goes on. Coffee for the morning, a basket of snacks - everything you need is in this sweet little space. I would HIGHLY recommend staying here. The hosts were super communicative and friendly. I will check availability every time I come to visit my son at UTK and will absolutely stay here again. It was perfect for my mom and I and our dog. Note: We kept our dog with us and found out there is UBER/LYFT with pet which was great not having to find parking everywhere. If you plan to leave your dog bring your crate. This place was perfect for us. Highly recommend! Thank you!

Mike’s apartment was an awesome location when visiting our daughter at the University of Tennessee.

Was very accommodating and close our Fanboy event at a really good price. The building was easy to get into, right next to UT campus, and very clean. Christie was a gracious host answering all of our questions before and during our stay, highly recommended.
