Great place for a stop on our road trip! Very homey and conveniently location.

We recently had the pleasure of staying at "The Nut Farm", a beautiful property in Seymour, Tennessee. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with a spotless, well-maintained home. The location was perfect, offering stunning views of the surrounding mountains and easy access to local attractions. The house itself was cozy and equipped with all the amenities one could need. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the living area was perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. We especially loved the outdoor space, where we enjoyed morning coffee while taking in the serene landscape. Kathy went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. They provided great recommendations for local restaurants and activities. We highly recommend staying at The Nut Farm property if you're looking for a peaceful and memorable getaway in Seymour, Tennessee. We can't wait to return!

This was our second time staying at Jaclyns home. It's beautiful and peaceful, quiet and comfortable. She is a gracious hostess and you feel like your home. We will definitely will be back.

The owner Michelle is very friendly and cooperative . The home is very comfortable and relaxing . . My family is very happy to have had a vacation in the mountains . We love Tennessee and hope to return very soon

The house was great! Emily was so nice and accommodating all the time. It was a great place to stay. We would love to come back as it was super close to where my daughter lives it Knoxville. Huge 👍🏻

We stayed in this cozy cottage on our recent trip to Knoxville for a UT college tour and football game. The location was very convenient for accessing the north side of Knoxville and avoiding most traffic related to the game. It was only about a 15 minute drive, but being on top of this hill in the woods of Fountain City made you feel you were worlds away. The views of the mountains in the distance were beautiful. And my teenage son enjoyed the tennis and basketball court. If we had had more time I would have loved to make use of the firepit. Oh, by the way, the bathroom is indeed tiny but the shower had great water pressure and was nice and hot!

Very nice place to stay! It was super clean and looked just like the pictures. Good location on a quiet street but close to a lot of things. We would definitely stay again if we are in the area.

Wonderful 2-night stay at the Salt House. Lisa responded very quickly to my initial inquiry allowing for a short-notice check-in which was very helpful. The place is constructed and furnished with superb quality and attention to detail and highlights Lisa’s impeccable taste. It is very quiet despite being right off a fairly busy road, and the surrounding fields and mountain views are beautiful. I enjoyed coffee outside each morning just taking in the peaceful countryside. Lisa was friendly and provided a couple of helpful recommendations. I very much enjoyed my stay. Thank you!

This was a wonderful place for us to stay. We were in town for a Memorial Service and our relative's home was a 5 minute walk from Brett's. It was an extremely comfortable place to rest - peaceful and quiet. Brett and his Family were wonderful hosts.

Such great hosts & such a great place to stay! Unbelievably friendly, very generous (had a flowers delivered that they kept in a vase of water until we got back to the place). The place was just what we needed for a nice getaway weekend for the wife’s birthday. Super comfy & just a beautiful spot to be. HIGHLY recommend

This was a great stay! I was in Knoxville for a week during the holidays, working from home. Internet was good and it's a quiet neighborhood. You can hear some interstate noise while inside but it's not unbearable. The entry was nice, no stairs to drag my luggage up or down on. The bathroom is a bit small but manageable for a short stay! Loved the in unit laundry! I appreciated all the extra items available for use that Mandee had placed in the kitchen, bathroom and throughout the place. It's the little things that can make a difference!

Amelia’s place was overall good and what was expected which is why I have 5 stars. The place was pretty clean and had everything you would need. Finding was easy since she has pictures of where to go and park. She also communicated well and made sure check in went smoothly. Location was good! Within 10 minutes of everything we wanted to do. I do hope she takes some of my feedback and applies to the place…the main area has a bunch on windows so at night it was a bit odd feeling like people could see inside. A few things to note prior to booking: there are skylights in the room so if you are sensitive to the light and sleep in, that may be a problem. The bed was also not the best, seemed like a quality mattress but very used. A few times the garage doors under the place opened/closed so you could hear it (was only a slight issue for us because we had a baby and they woke up to the sound of it) other than the baby sleeping it wouldn’t have been a problem at all but just so other parents

Rusty’s property is comfortable and spacious. The kitchen was gorgeous and has plenty of room for cooking and preparing meals. We felt safe in the Coach House and would absolutely recommend this to families traveling in the Knoxville area with kids!

We were in town for a quick weekend and Claudia's space was perfect for what we needed! We brought the two pups, so it was great that this space was pet-friendly. It is quite a steep drive, but nothing that any regular car can't handle. It is also close to quite a bit of places to eat and get coffee!

My family enjoyed our stay we were close to UTK which made our college visits easier. There were no comment or description mentions the trains. if you're a light sleeper you'll hear them a few times at night. Also, there is a family in the front home which extends over this apartment. We never saw them however we heard them quite a lot. At one point it sounded like they were going to come through the ceiling. Overall though, we loved our stay and I'd look into staying here again in the future.

We were visiting our son at UTK and loved our stay here. Cassidy was very nice and her communication was outstanding. The place is clean and perfect for our weekend stay. Roxy, the dog, was an added bonus. Roxy is very sweet. We would stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a place near Knoxville.
