We had a great stay at The Top of The World! The house is super nice, very spacious for multiple guests to stay. Plenty of bathrooms as well, the hot tub was a nice amenity that we used. Responsiveness from the host was great, answered quickly with any concerns/questions which is appreciated. My only complaint is there are SO many remotes and TVs that they are not labeled so finding the correct remote for the tv was difficult and there were no regular silverware forks for some reason lol. Thanks again!

Absolutely loved the place. I go to Gatlinburg every year and stay somewhere different for my birthday and this was hands-down. One of the best places I’ve ever stayed. It’s perfect romantic couple getaway loved the hot tub, love the decor very modern. The bed was super comfy. It’s comes with everything you need. We will be going back.

The cutest little place! I loved the outdoor area with the hot tub. We didn’t bring our fur babies but it would’ve been excellent for them! Will definitely stay again!

Nice quiet neighborhood! Close to everything that we wanted and needed to do.

We rented this place for my daughter’s 16th birthday. She had a few friends spend the night and they all had a blast. There were plenty of things to do to keep the girls entertained. Everything was very clean and aesthetic. Ian has everything labeled for your convenience, from light switches to remotes. I am hopelessly low tech, and even I could figure out most everything…except the sound bar in the theater room, which was labeled clearly, but I was too quick to repeatedly push the button which caused it to not register. I messaged Ian and he responded right away with friendly directions that got us up and running. Overall, it was a great experience and everyone remarked how great the stay was.

This place lives up to its “funky” name! Great house that accommodated our group well. The huge basement with games and tv was a hit. In a quiet neighborhood but just a few minutes drive to plenty of shops and restaurants. Would stay again!

Kaylea's place was exactly as described. A perfect place for a relaxing girl's weekend. The directions were perfectly clear and the house was exactly as described. We loved the blankets on the couches since we said we were going to mostly stay in the house and read. Kaylea was always helpful and responsive and the binder with recommendations was helpful. We'd love to come back annually for our girls trip! Make sure to listen to her about "attacking the hill!"

Beautiful view, beautiful cabin. Added bonus, cabin was decorated for Christmas. Host very responsive and courteous and informative. Santa visit was exceptional surprise. Steep climb, use appropriate vehicle. One bedroom does not have a closet. Pool was a lot smaller than picture shown.

The hosts were very kind and responded very quickly. Everything was exactly as pictured in the photos. This was such a beautiful and amazing experience and the cabin was the cherry on top! Will definitely be staying again!

Brandon was a phenomenal host for my friends and I on our spring break trip! The cabin was exactly as described and both check-in and check-out instructions were easy to follow. The driveway is steep as mentioned, so a car that sits higher is definitely a better bet. When the area briefly lost power, Brandon was quick to respond and offer advice. We appreciated the ample amenities provided and had a very memorable stay!

I loved my stay here!! I have no complaints and look forward to coming back soon!

Michelle was extremely responsive to any questions from check-in to check-out. Her place is so cozy and entertaining for the kids and family. The bedroooms were perfect, the basement spacious and bathrooms very clean. Everyone had their own space to decompress and there was a wonderful family room with floor to ceiling windows with gorgeous views for family time. We loved the deck that wrapped around and the rocker chairs. We played scrabble on the deck table and ate meals outside. The kitchen and dining table were perfect. Thank you for sharing your sweet cabin!

First time for me and the family in the smoky mountains and what can I say! This place was amazing David & Denise were Excellent Hosts! The views that this place had to offer pictures just don’t do it justices. Everything was cleaned and perfect. They had constant communication with us to make sure our stay was comfortable. Definitely will book with them again! I mean they offer a free ticket to an attraction that’s a win right there…. Only thing is make sure you take advantage and not forget like we did. I only blame myself lol. Nonetheless 10 out of 10!

We could not have asked for a better stay at the “Little Joe” cabin. My wife and I stayed for the weekend with our two dogs for the UT game and this place was the perfect spot for it. The location is private and peaceful, we felt right at home. The hosts are very proactive and helpful, making check in and check out a breeze (even at odd hours). The property has everything you need to have a relaxing cabin experience while also being 20 minutes from Neyland/downtown and less than 30-45 minutes from tons of East Tennessee attractions. We stay in Knoxville a couple times a year and will definitely be looking forward to enjoying this BnB again.
