This place met all our needs perfectly. We loved it and will definitely plan to stay again!!! A+ on amenities.

Overall it was an amazing stay! Benjamin was very clear with his procedures and desires for his guests. The house was a fantastic place to stay and lounge for a week of fun! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We stayed here for 2 weeks while waiting on home renovations to be completed in our own house. The neighborhood was very peaceful and quiet, and we loved the long driveway with extended area for additional parking. We appreciated have full use of the garage to park our cars out of the son and rain. The house was comfortable for our teenagers and two pets. Beautiful fenced in back yard that our dog loved. Kitchen was very nice for making meals and we appreciated the coffee supplies. King beds were very comfortable. Wrong time of year for us to enjoy the pool area, but would be super fun during the summer time and we appreciated the pool table/ping pong area for gathering friends during long, warm summer nights. The only draw back were the shallow bathtubs. Perfectly fine for bathing children, but if you’re a teenager or adult who enjoys soaking tubs, best save the soaking for the hot tub in the backyard. ;) All in all, it was a nice and comfortable stay.

Loved our stay! They were very responsive and proactive, making sure we knew how to check in an out. The home was very clean and comfortable. They even decorated for Christmas and had a little goody basket of snacks and drinks available to us in the kitchen upon arrival. Great experience!

This house was absolutely beautiful. Gives off warm & cozy vibes. Shanna was very accommodating for me and my family. She was great to work with! I would 10/10 recommend & would definitely stay here again.

The host was quick to respond and very polite. The location is nice and peaceful close to a main road with nice restaurants and some shopping if you choose so.

We had an amazing stay! Great home and a short distance to pigeon forge where so many things are available.

This home is awesome! It’s spacious, has an amazing fenced in backyard, plenty of space to park all your cars, whew!! the gym really allows for a great calorie burn and plenty of equipment for strength training, a hot tub, wood burning fireplace, nice sized rooms, a tuned baby grand piano, a patio with an outdoor kitchen, grill, sofa and tv all before venturing inside for an incredible kitchen with tons of space and appliances to have family time—-the island has 5 chairs around it!…come stay and experience this home clearly full of love, happiness and compassion! Best out of town Christmas location for our family!!

Fantastic place! Erin was communicative before, during, and after. The place was beautiful and spotless and the perfect gathering place. Kitchen had everything we needed. Just a wonderful place.

We were very happy with Stella's house. It had everything we needed plus more. We only stayed a few days but we hope to be back for a longer stay. It was near restaurants and grocery store for those who want to cook. Starbucks was easy to find. But Stella had coffee makers also.

Sherri's house was exactly as pictured. It really felt like home. It was comfortable and decorated well to fit the area. There was plenty of space for us to spread out and relax. Sherri was great to work with. I highly recommend!!

We were welcomed with a lovely care package upon arrival and checkout was such a breeze! Great location in town as well!!!!

Amy was a great host with an absolutely beautiful place to stay! Not only did we have a comfortable stay, but she allowed us to use the property as our wedding venue! Our guests loved everything about the home and how well Amy had preserved the character of the home through her design and furnishings. Amy was very kind and very quick to respond to our messages. We are already trying to figure out when we can come back for another stay!

The Pleasant House was exactly as described and absolutely perfect for my family. We had everything we needed and more. We felt right at home. It was very cozy inside and out. J and T even went the extra mile to personalize a welcome sign for us! They were helpful and the home was excellent.

Our long term stay couldn’t have been better. Hope was always available and very helpful. We wouldn’t hesitate to do this again.

No garage access would be the only note I’d add! We wanted to throw our bikes in there when not using them!

Just across the street from the grocery store, which was perfect right near East Knoxville only 10 to 15 minutes from downtown Knoxville

Holly is an amazing host and thr property is so serene and peaceful! Gorgeous furnishings and plenty of space for our group inside and put on the perfect deck with beautiful lighting. The property is secluded but still within a short drive to restaurants and the interstate. We came to watch the Vols play and were thankful for a serene environment before and after a big win over Alabama!

Felt like home. We were very comfortable there. The bed gave us great sleep with good support. We cooked meals at least once a day and did fine. The place has a comfortable, family vibe to it. There were only 3 of us but room for plenty more. We will book again when down that way.
