The cutest little place! I loved the outdoor area with the hot tub. We didn’t bring our fur babies but it would’ve been excellent for them! Will definitely stay again!

We truly enjoyed our stay at this air bnb! We really appreciated the comforts of home on this work trip while being pet friendly. the neighborhood was surprisingly peaceful and quiet. The color of the house made it very easy to find and we were easily able to navigate! We appreciated the attentiveness of the owners who checked in on us.

Felt like home. We were very comfortable there. The bed gave us great sleep with good support. We cooked meals at least once a day and did fine. The place has a comfortable, family vibe to it. There were only 3 of us but room for plenty more. We will book again when down that way.

This home was well kept, clean and a great use of space. Although the home itself is not very big, the bedrooms were spacious and we never felt crowded. My husband and I, along with our other 3 children, were visiting our oldest child, a student at UT. She stayed with us and commented that she had the best sleep she’d had in weeks. Although our stay was short, we were able to both make easy trips to campus for activities and spend a lot of time just hanging out together at the home. Deborah was very communicative and accommodating. Great property!

My friend and I attended a conference during our stay in Knoxville. Our time at Dustin's place was very welcoming. It felt just like home especially with the comfortable beds. If we're ever visiting Knoxville, I'll definitely book again.

Fantastic place to stay. We've been staying in AirBNB for years and this was our favorite location. The kids particularly enjoyed the mini-golf, bird feeders, and creek in the backyard. Attention to detail was excellent. Lots of fun things to do. The house in and of itself is a vacation. Would absolutely stay again. Bravo!

This home is an absolute gem… So many thoughtful amenities and personal touches that we were not expecting. Each room from the kitchen to the bedrooms to the bathrooms were stocked as if it was our own personal home. Our favorite was the large dining room table where we hosted a number of dinners for our UTK students… So many memories made in this happy home.

The space was clean, spacious, and really enjoyable to be in. The bed was comfortable and the shower was SUPER nice. Would definitely stay here again!

This place is a gem on the river in Knoxville. The view is beautiful, especially at night with the bridge all lit up. I walked, and I walked, and I walked…. There are restaurants and coffee shops everywhere and it is very close to downtown. It’s in a really cool historic building and we really enjoyed it. It was wonderful from start to finish!

We stayed here for 3 nights. Great location, nestled among trees. Easy access, set up for everything you need. Comfortable, cozy, and clean! Recommend staying here. Will be back again.

It really is one of the best listings I’ve stayed at on air bnb. I would book this location every single time I come to town & I do not mean that lightly. Great little house with everything you need. Nicely equipped kitchen were you can do real cooking. Neighborhood is quiet and safe. Short walk to a supermarket. We loved staying at the house and can recommend it.

This was a very comfortable place to stay. We only stayed one night but it would definitely work for a longer stay. Kitchen had everything needed, bed for comfy, separate room to watch tv and a nice screened in porch. Highly recommend.

I’ll keep it short. It’s like the descriptions and comments from the hosts and visitors. Two things that I can mention and add to the informations (even if they might sound negative, I was fully satisfied with my stay, just want to complete the picture) 1) there is a fire station close by so that firefighters with their cars are passing by regularly (simetimes with sirens) - even if this sounds bad, as the appartment is set back from the street, it did not impact me very much 2) and this is related to that I decided to not use a car, the place is 45 min by foot away from downtown and groceries are also not really able to reach by foot. The appartment is located in a rather quiet area, but some really good food spots and breweries are 5-7min away by foot. Should be aware of it I would book it again!

What a fun place to stay! The decor of the unit perfectly matched the vibrant vibe of this downtown spot. In the evening you step out the front door to jump into a hopping nightlife, and in the morning you step out to join the crowd shopping local vendors of the farmers market. In between, the loft offers billiards, streaming tv, kitchen amenities, and sleeping arrangements to meet your needs. Great spot!

Honestly one of the best airbnb experiences that I have had in a while. I really enjoyed the snacks and bottled water that provided by the host. The place had everything that I needed for a short getaway trip. The parking garage made this place extra appealing for me because I hate street parking. Will definitely use them again if I make plans to visit Knoxville in the future!

Beautiful home! Great location. Very comfortable bed! Lots of special touches through the home that made it charming and inviting place to be. Will definitely come back.

We had a little issue with check in but MaryAlice was so quick and responsive it caused no delay! The place was cozy, simple, and just perfect! Neighborhood is very walkable with lots of places near by and parking was great! - note if you have a tall vehicle ask host about parking garage height, my Subaru forester was tight in certain places in the garage- but we ended up making it without issue!

Allie and Jamie are top notch in all respects. Their apartment is gorgeous, clean, well designed and very conveniently located in the center of it all. They go out of their way to be welcoming, responsive and are very generous with the extras. You would be hard pressed to find better accommodations/hosts in all of Knoxville...

Ashleigh's condo was perfect for our needs! Great location, very charming and comfortable! She was very responsive when we had questions.

Our stay here was great! Very roomy and comfortable accommodations. We had everything we needed. Full disclosure, the home is in an older building yet very updated. You hear the creaks and squeaks if that is bothers you. We were just fine with it. They provided a sound machine and we slept perfectly! It has old city charm. We walked everywhere. Lots of great options to eat and drink and unique shopping. We’d definitely stay here again! Hosts were very responsive, although we didn’t really need anything as it was all in order!
