Timothy's place was amazing! It was very clean, cute, and private. It was in a great location as well. We really enjoyed our stay there and highly recommend it!!

This was a perfect space for a week long stay. The bed was very comfortable. We were provided with pretty much any appliance we would need, since we were traveling light. We were attending a music festival, which had us coming in pretty late in the evening. But, this didn't seem to be a problem because the entrance felt very private and we didn't worry too much about disturbing our hosts. Felipe made us feel very comfortable about requesting anything we might need, but we actually didn't need anything for the whole week. The space was very well stocked.

Jolene’s Hideaway was the perfect downtown Knoxville location for our wedding weekend visit. The place is spacious, spotless and very well stocked. We highly recommend the fun and happening AirBnb!

Anna's condo was exactly as advertised! Comfortable, squeaky clean, and close to UT and The Strip, as well as anywhere else in Knoxville you might want to go. But what stood out to me was how helpful and responsive Anna was when I had a few questions. A fantastic host makes the experience even better, and my family was grateful that we could spend time with them for the holidays. When we come back to visit, we hope to be able to stay here again!

The Ranger Station is a great stay! Gregory and Jayme were very welcoming and the place had everything we needed. Would recommend and stay again :)

I had a lovely stay at John’s house while in town for a music festival! He generously accommodated some friends of mine for a night, and was very responsive and kind. The main bed was comfortable and the space was simple, clean, and quiet - everything I needed for a short stay outside of Knoxville!

I have never felt more comfortable in an air bnb & I mean that whole heartedly. The location is fantastic. I could brag on this listing all day. It really is one of the best listings I’ve stayed at on air bnb. I would book this location every single time I come to town & I do not mean that lightly. Sharon‘s place is set in a peaceful and friendly neighborhood quite close to the interstate and downtown Knoxville. Her place is spacious with all the necessary amenities for a longer stay. While we stayed only one night we can heartily recommend this place for short and longer stays.

Was great for a single night stop between Florida and Canada. Hot tub was a great bonus to relax in between long drives. Thanks for accommodating us last minute!

We loved the stay we had this weekend. Being directly on Gay St made the whole visit perfect. Easy to walk to coffee shops, easy to walk to restaurants, just super convenient to everything we wanted to do. The place was well laid out, very comfortable, and had a tv in every room which gave space for everyone to relax on their own during downtime. I would rebook every time we visit if available and would highly recommend to anyone visiting Knoxville.

The apartment was so charming and spacious! Beds were comfy, showers worked great. We were there for the big ears music festival and the location worked well for that. The closest restaurant is a dopo pizza which is some of the best I’ve ever had - but make a reservation! The only things I would mention are that there is no dining table and with 4 people, eating together was a little uncomfortable. Also, a couple of times all of the parking places were taken. It wasn’t too hard to find a spot on the street though. All in all, totally recommend!

This spot is in a great location; close to coffee, restaurants, and downtown. That said, it's also a block from the train tracks, so pack your earplugs if you're a light sleeper. I really appreciated the flexible/late checkout. Thank you!

Beautiful loft in a great part of town—very walkable with a dog park right down the block. I am a heavy sleeper so I did not need the ear plugs but my companion did wake up twice due to the train whistle. I would definitely book again!

Kathy is a great host, The place is clean and spotless. Perfect for a short or long trip. Had no problems and if an issue did arise Kathy was on it and ready to help with a solution. As long as you respect her and the place, your trip will be amazing.

Great views of UTK. Close walking distance to campus and Cumberland Avenue. Easy to get to and comes with a garage to park your car. Clean place that’s perfect for a short stay for one person or a couple. Would highly recommend!

Ashleigh made my stay a breeze. She was informative and thoughtful about providing me with information knowing it was my first time in Knoxville. She was extremely responsive and flexible to accommodate my needs. Her place is conveniently located and in a lovely historic building close to plenty of attractions. I was able to explore the town on foot which I highly recommend. Thanks again Ashleigh for making my experience so memorable.
