My family just returned from our stay at Midnight Splash and we would definitely return! Nadia was super helpful and responsive. The house is absolutely stunning and we had a great stay!

We stayed here for 2 weeks while waiting on home renovations to be completed in our own house. The neighborhood was very peaceful and quiet, and we loved the long driveway with extended area for additional parking. We appreciated have full use of the garage to park our cars out of the son and rain. The house was comfortable for our teenagers and two pets. Beautiful fenced in back yard that our dog loved. Kitchen was very nice for making meals and we appreciated the coffee supplies. King beds were very comfortable. Wrong time of year for us to enjoy the pool area, but would be super fun during the summer time and we appreciated the pool table/ping pong area for gathering friends during long, warm summer nights. The only draw back were the shallow bathtubs. Perfectly fine for bathing children, but if you’re a teenager or adult who enjoys soaking tubs, best save the soaking for the hot tub in the backyard. ;) All in all, it was a nice and comfortable stay.

Our family vacation at Matthew’s place was amazing!! The views, spacious home, location and amenities helped create many wonderful memories for us!! Matthew is definitely a responsive host and we’re grateful for being able to stay at his spectacular home.

Smoky Staycation was a wonderful experience! Beautiful home with beautiful views. The home was immaculate and very well organized with fun amenities to go along with it. The host was amazing and responsive. My wife and I needed help deciding where to eat breakfast and the host responded diligently. The host also recommended many fun activities and places to hike as well as the best locations to experience the sunset! We loved our stay and would recommend to anyone looking for a beautiful vacation experience.

Amazing, cozy cabin! Took a little weekend trip and Dan & Jenna’s place was perfect for the 7 of us! Had all the amenities we needed and it was in a very convenient location if you are interested in visiting downtown Gatlinburg. Not to mention the Mountain View was stunning from the deck! Would definitely recommend this listing.

This place lives up to its “funky” name! Great house that accommodated our group well. The huge basement with games and tv was a hit. In a quiet neighborhood but just a few minutes drive to plenty of shops and restaurants. Would stay again!

We enjoyed our stay! The house was in a very convenient location.

We really enjoyed the quiet peacefulness of his cabin. We walked in and thought how beautiful the inside was. The hot tub was wonderful after a day of adventures. We loved he had roll down blinds on the back porch to give us more privacy. Robert was so responsive and communicated well with us. We would definitely stay here again.

We had a great time in Kevin's house. We were traveling with our dog to visit friends in Morristown. We wanted a place where we could all relax and cook a meal together. This house was just the thing. It is well stocked and really laid out well for informal visiting. We didn't even use half the house (the downstairs) and were quite comfortable. It was very clean, big fluffy towels and lots of pillows. The cabinets were well stocked with coffee and spices which was surprising and fun. I walked my dog around the neighborhood and felt safe. What neighbors we did run into were friendly. The only downside was that we were not able to figure out the ROKU. Kevin tried to help but we didn't get it. Not tv Savey. We have a fire stick at home. So, we read our books and enjoyed the quiet. We highly recommend this place and will definitely stay here again.

Fantastic place! Erin was communicative before, during, and after. The place was beautiful and spotless and the perfect gathering place. Kitchen had everything we needed. Just a wonderful place.

I booked the cabin to celebrate my daughter's 21st birthday. This home far exceeded my expectations and our host was very responsive to any questions or concerns that we had. They also kept us abreast of any alerts related to the weather during our stay. Great location for a couples stay, the individual large bedrooms each with it's own full bathroom allowed for privacy.

I enjoyed my stay! I stayed for about a month and was comfortable all throughout!

My friend and I attended a conference during our stay in Knoxville. Our time at Dustin's place was very welcoming. It felt just like home especially with the comfortable beds. If we're ever visiting Knoxville, I'll definitely book again.

This property was even better than the pictures. It was perfect for multiple families - plenty of places to gather and visit, but lots of places for privacy too. Great place for kids too. Kitchen was amazing with double appliances and well stocked. I wanted to live in the giant fridge. Bathrooms aplenty, and guest house a bonus. The hosts were super responsive and helpful when we needed them. Super close and easy to Dollywood. We all were impressed and very comfortable. There are a lot of stairs, though, for anyone who has trouble with those. 10/10 would recommend!

We loved our first visit at this part of TN and Lindsay’s place was the perfect location. The home was nice and comfortable. We had everything we needed for our short stay, but definitely a good set up for anyone looking for long term stays. The neighborhood was in a nice and quiet street. The house is in a good location for stores, gas stations, and a short drive to downtown Knoxville. The drive to Gatlinburg wasn’t bad at all, especially with stops at other cute little towns along the way. Lindsay was a very sweet and great host! Her communication was great! Thank you for sharing your home with us!

Amy was a great host with an absolutely beautiful place to stay! Not only did we have a comfortable stay, but she allowed us to use the property as our wedding venue! Our guests loved everything about the home and how well Amy had preserved the character of the home through her design and furnishings. Amy was very kind and very quick to respond to our messages. We are already trying to figure out when we can come back for another stay!

Jo’s place was just as described. She was super responsive to a couple of questions we had. Very quiet neighborhood. Would definitely come back.

This house was the perfect fit for us - we were bouncing in between Jefferson City & Morristown and had a very short drive either direction. Jason was very flexible & made the stay as low-stress as possible. Loved having a nice warm front porch & shaded back porch with seating! Great price for a 3 bedroom with all the basics.

Perfect if you don’t want the hotel or resort vibe nor the price. Was just off the main drag so was easy getting to and from before hitting the traffic closer to the towns. Farthest part of Gatlinburg was only 25 minutes away maybe. Quiet minus the helicopter rides but those stopped at 8 PM and then it was peace and quiet. But really they hardly made a difference inside the home. Really you’ll forget they exist. Others complained of no salt, pepper, or even toilet paper. All that was there as well as coffee. Minus the creamer but there are plenty of grocery stores around to get that and food. Great having a washer and dryer right there to minimize packing. Was a little bummed the hot tub wasn’t available but it wasn’t anything worth giving this a horrible review in any way. Honestly it was like house sitting for your grandparents but there’s no food cause they eat out all the time and collect antiques! Would definitely stay again!!

I highly recommend staying here if you want to be close to the strip and want to be near town. This place is great very clean and roomy. My family or 6 was very comfortable here and all had our own rooms. Love the fireplace and wooden interior.
