This is a beautiful property-the dock and patios are amazing! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Our party of 13 all agreed we would choose this house again if we return to Tennessee!

We stayed at the Loudon Lake Lodge for our daughter’s wedding at Castleton Farms, which is only 15 minutes away. It was a beautiful, peaceful place to take care of last minute details and recharge after each event. Paul and Michele have clearly poured their hearts into the home and it was fun to explore all of their memorabilia. They are truly kind and thoughtful hosts! We would stay here again in a heartbeat should we be back in the area. Paul and Michele, many thanks for making our big weekend even sweeter.

House was comfortable and great size for what we needed. Beds were comfy and loved having king beds and 3 full bathrooms! Plenty of space for the 8 people we were traveling with and conveniently located. Jes was very responsive when I had questions. It was awesome to have nice TVs in each bedroom. Kitchen was very nice.

This house met our needs perfectly! We were very happy with the quiet neighborhood and beautiful lake front view! Great home for our family to share the holidays together!

We had everything we needed for a fun weekend getaway!

We had a wonderful stay at the Lake House. Home was squeaky clean and had everything we needed for a wonderful stay in Knoxville. The kitchen had basic cooking supplies including spices. They even provided supplies to make smores on the fire pit. We used the Traeger grill and made smoked ribs. We did not have time to take advantage of the boat but fully enjoyed all the toys and games. We had the pleasure of meeting the owner, who was there to do some yard work. Highly recommend this home for anyone needed some space to entertain family and friends.

Lovely house. A bit out of the way for shops and restaurants but the view makes up for that.

Definitely a 10/10 stay would to recommend to anyone. It was a nice and quiet location.

Wesley was great, very communicative! The house was perfect for a large family gathering. Everything was just as photographed. So much to do at the house we barely had to leave. The fire pit was the best place to gather as a family! We would love to go back again! Amazing experience!

This place was just what we needed. Beautiful quiet comfy place to retreat to after touring UTK. Wonderful cabin experience outside, with the comforts of home inside. Great place!

We hope to return next year. It’s has very comfortable beds and pillows. Also the all the furniture through out were comfortable. Views through all the large windows were so beautiful. Enjoyed swimming in the pool at the campground too. People around were very friendly.

This was our second stay here and we all enjoyed it very much. It is clean, comfortable and has everything you could need for a short or long stay. We hope to visit again in the future! Thank you!

Adorable cottage like home in a very peaceful location. The home has a very large deck overlooking Cherokee Lake. Being a family of 6 that loves the outdoors, we spent most of our time outside, especially on and in the lake. Kayaks are provided, which we used a lot. The house was very clean and beds are very comfortable. Loved the outdoor shower. So appreciated that we could bring our dogs, who probably loved the lake more than we did. There are 3 entrances to the deck with no gates. Must bring your own to keep dogs and small children on the deck. The only drawback was that it only had 1 bathroom for our family of 6. And no dishwasher so bring disposable plates/cups/utensils if you don’t like to do dishes. Also, bring shampoo/conditioner which were not provided and extra toilet paper, as only a few are provided. Overall, our stay was wonderful and if you love the peaceful outdoors, this is definitely a great Airbnb. Our family loved it!! Thank you LT for sharing your home!!

Very nice home in a nice area. Was perfect for what we needed.

If you are looking for a private, tranquil spot with lots of peace and quiet, then this place is for you. Raquel was very attentive and friendly. We booked this home for a week long fishing trip. I brought our boat and was able to just leave it at the dock every night. The nearest public ramp is only a 7 minute drive away. The dock is excellent and has plenty of water depth. In the summer time it would be fun to swim off the dock. The house is a nice country style lake house that has trees all around for privacy. It is well appointed with everything you could need. There is shopping/dining within a 10-12 minute drive. Lots of wildlife around. We saw lots of deer, turkeys, rabbits, squirrels, etc. For birds, we saw a bald eagle, ospreys, hawks, blue jays, etc. One morning out on the boat we even saw a deer swimming across the river. If we are ever back in the area again we will definitely be staying here.

Cheryl’s house was extra clean and comfortable. It is a cute but spacious older house with most of the conveniences of home. The beds were comfortable. Don’t be deceived by the pictures showing a small kitchen—we were able to cook a complete a Thanksgiving meal in the space with the dishes provided. The neighborhood is old, but we never felt unsafe and it was quiet. Our dog had enough room to play outside. He was very entertained by watching other dogs in the neighborhood. Cheryl was pleasant to communicate with and had reasonable expectations for clean up on the way out. We would stay again should we find ourselves in the area in the future.

Such a beautiful cabin! Location is close to Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. The only (somewhat) downfall is the driveway. There are lots of potholes and it is steep. But as far as the cabin, it was wonderful. David was a very good host as well. He responded to everything in a timely manner. 10/10 would recommend!

I am a senior and came with my daughter and a few of her friends for a festival in Knoxville. Villa Melissa, our house, was perfect for our group. The house was spacious, clean and was supplied with anything you could need, plus. Melissa's kitchen was better supplied than mine is at home. Her home is in a nice quiet area, right across from a golf course, a short distance from downtown Knoxville. Our favorite area was the large screened in porch where we spent most of our time, day or night. It was especially nice when it rained. There is a large sofa and table with chairs, perfect for hanging out. It's quiet, and she has a number of bird feeders, so between the birds and squirrels, you get a nice relaxing outdoor place the whole family can enjoy. Melissa made the whole process super easy and was very welcoming. She checked up on us, and made the check out process very simple. We would love to rebook for next year.

Really neat place to stay with lots of space and privacy. Great atmosphere for a large group. High-end appliances and upgrades throughout the house. I would stay again and recommend to others. A few take-a-ways: The driveway is a little rough and could be difficult for a low car to navigate. (This could be due to excessive rain last month.) The backyard is more overgrown than it appears in the pictures. The water can be seen from the house but it is not in walking distance. Twice during our stay, we had issues with the automatic community gate opening when we pulled up to leave. after several moves back and forth, we were able to get it to open.
