Thank you to the lovely team at Villa Lila for their genuine hospitality during my stay! Everything was easy, from the initial communication to the smooth & hassle-free check in. The penthouse apartment was clean, tidy and very well presented. The Thai food at their pool-side bistro was delicious (especially the tofu panang curry) and I enjoyed the sunset view from the large balcony. Highly recommended for couples or families visiting Koh Lanta.

Absolutely loved staying here! the property has a huge balcony space overlooking the ocean where one can spend hours just relaxing. The house is close to the beach and many restaurants but still quite isolated for a peaceful stay. there is daily house keeping which was a blessing and the hosts are super sweet and helpful. we wish to visit again!

Wir waren für 2 Nächte hier und wären am liebsten länger geblieben. Die Unterkunft ist neben der wunderschönen Insel optimal gewesen. Sehr sauber, sehr höflicher Gastgeber. Alles super! Wir kommen beim nächsten Mal sehr gerne wieder.

Lovely stay at Freedom Estate! Rolf and Phen were super friendly and helped us with all our questions or minor inconveniences. The room was also very nice: nice view and a wonderful terrace to sit on in the evenings. You are in 5-10 minutes at Long Beach which is also the nicest beach of those close by. Thank zoo very much Rolf and Phen for our stay!

This is hands down one of the best airbnbs we have ever stayed in! The pictures don’t even do it justice! Rolf and phen were very helpful and warm. They even came and give us filtered water and clean towels daily! We had a great time staying with them and would definitely come back!

Great place to stay. The apartment is beautiful and very comfortable. Fully stocked kitchen. Bedroom is tight but we'll designed with two door entry and drawers to be very functional. Amazing views from the whole place where we could watch sunsets every night. The balcony was also really nice with the added fans to keep cool. The hosts are also very responsive and friendly. Gym is pretty good, did us well during our stay. It is definitely a little removed from the town but the free one way driver service is great (it costs about 100-150 baht to get back by tuktuk but you have to walk up the final hill). We were very conservative with our water and electricity. After our 7 night stay we ended up paying a total of 1334 baht for clean, electricity and water. The food at the restaurant was a little underwhelming. We ended up getting takeout from town a lot. The adult pool could be better maintained, I don't think it was vacuumed the week we were there. The view from there is unmatched.

We had a fantastic month at Malee Highlands. We budgeted about £250 for a month of utilities and that’s what it worked out to at checkout. The staff and residents at Malee Highlands are really amazing. It’s a lovely community with fantastic amenities for families with young children. The staff provided insight regarding where to go and what to do on Koh Lanta. Office staff will also help you book activities and transportation during your stay. The shuttle drivers were always available (we visited in October so not quite high season) and they dropped us anywhere we requested on the northwestern side of the island. We did spend at least 100 baht per day taking tuk tuks home because Malee Highlands is set on a hill, which is a decent walk back from the shops and restaurants. It was easier to get a tuk tuk home than push the little ones through a long walk home. Our only difficulty was the ladder to upstairs beds. I never quite got the hang of it, even after a month!

The villa was accurate as shown in the listing. Everything we needed was provided. The food and drinks at the reception/restaurant was great, as well as the pool. The staff were very kind and helpful, no language barrier.

Logement exceptionnel. Appartement très agréable, très propre. La résidence est à quelques mètres de la plage, le service de la réception (resto, accueil, boisson, lingerie) est parfait. La piscine est magnifique Le personnel est très sympa Nous y retournerons avec très grand plaisir.

Check in was easy there was a slight problem but the reception handled everything quick and responsive the reception team are friendly and service is very good if you want to book a taxi or excursion , The apartment is nice and spacious and decor very stylish, once you navigate all the light switches and dimmers - always the fun part in a new place the fridge is really big and good in the kitchen and has everything you need to cook if you wish , there are no condiments tho like salt, pepper,sugar etc.... The balcony was the star of the show for me very big and good sea views, there is a huge palm tree with nesting sea eagles that were a joy to watch, i did feel the balcony could use a ceiling fan and maybe an upgrade to the seating cushions as they are showing bit of wear, only used the master bedroom and the storage wardrobe was a really good nice with lights inside with a safety deposit box - excellent, I would stay here again

Had a great time here, Ben is a very friendly host that will make sure everything is good. The office is incredible with height adjustable chairs and desks, on top of the free drinkin water, good coffee and well prepared kitchen.
