Everything great! Quiet place

Wir waren vier Nächte in der Unterkunft. Diese war sehr sauber und gemütlich. Die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber war gut und er war immer hilfsbereit. Die Unterkunft liegt in der Nähe der schönsten Strände von Koh Lanta. Möglichkeiten für Frühstück& Abendessen sind vorhanden. Aus dem Küchenfenster hat man sogar einen Ausblick aufs Meer! Sehr tolle Unterkunft😊

We had an amazing month-long stay. The house is clean, has great WiFi (perfect for remote work), and an incredible sea view with the most beautiful sunsets. Just 10 mins to the beach — we loved Prae Ae and the coffee at Escape Cafe. Oliver is a fantastic host: super helpful, communicative, and even drove us to pick up our bike. Grateful for the early check-in, late check-out, and the beers in the fridge — such thoughtful touches. The friendly house dog kept monkeys away and was a sweet presence. Note: the hill is steep, so be confident on a motorbike. Monkeys can be around but weren’t a problem. Only the bedroom has A/C, and April was hot — just something to be aware of. Overall, this place is excellent value and we’d love to return!

Huoneisto oli erinomainen kahden henkilön majoittumiseen, viihdyimme erittäin hyvin. Huoneisto sijaitsee hyvällä paikalla, lähellä ravintoloita ja rantaa. Pete oli mahtava isäntä. Hän järjesti meille kyydin satamasta sekä skootterin vuokrauksen. Pete oli aina tavoitettavissa ja oli hyvin avulias.

Pip ist einer der herzlichsten Menschen den ich während unserem Urlaub kennengelernt habe. Sie hat sich stets bemüht unseren Aufenthalt so angenehm wie möglich zu machen. An einem Tag kamen wir etwas später zurück und sie hatte sich schon Sorgen gemacht und gefragt ob alles ok ist bei uns. Einen besseren Gastgeber kann man sich vermutlich nicht wünschen. Nun zur Unterkunft, das kleine Häuschen befindet sich an der Hauptstraße, jedoch versteckt hinter den Läden und das ist super, es ist schön grün und beachtlich ruhig. Die Einrichtung sieht sehr schön aus und das Haus an sich wirkt sehr neu. Alles war sauber und hat einwandfrei funktioniert. Der Strand ist gleich um die Ecke und auch Restaurants gibt es genug(Empfehlung: The Sisters!!!) Das Bad war sehr sauber, es gab einen Wasserkocher und einen großen Kühlschrank in einem Nebenraum. Wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen. Klare Empfehlung!!

Logement conforme à la description. Très beau cadre avec la piscine et accès/vu sur la plage. Bar, restaurant et massage présent. Je recommande

We had a pleasant stay at the beach house. Only disadvantage has been the non existent aircon :)

Die Unterkunft ist absolut traumhaft, sehr sauber und gepflegt. Es ist ruhig und privat obwohl die Villa super zentral und nah beim Meer ist. Cheryl hat sich immer sehr schnell gemeldet und ist sehr zuvorkommend. Der Service in den Alanta Villas ist sehr gut. Wir haben uns auf Anhieb wie zu Hause gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder.

Exceptional place. Perfectly equipped and Furnished, lacking nothing. As a yearly perpetual traveller finding places that actually feel like home are rare...this is one of them. Daniel and staff are great, super communicative and attentive to any needs we have had. This will be my perma-lanta place next time we come. I just hope it's actually available! thanks again daniel, really love this place. 10 on 10.

Es war eine saubere Unterkunft in einer ruhigen Gegend. Der Host war sehr freundlich und bei Fragen immer erreichbar.

Wir haben den Aufenthalt in Haus, Terrasse mit Hängematte, Kontakt zu den Tieren und Blick in die Natur sehr genossen! Charlotte war sehr hilfsbereit und wir konnten sehr gut miteinander kommunizieren. Die Gegend ist weniger touristisch, das fanden wir sehr angenehm! Mit dem Moped kommt man prima überall hin. Wir können sehr empfehlen!

Had an amazing few days here! Pattama was helpful and so responsive. The house was great had everything we needed, loved having the pool and garden. Beach is just a short walk as well as a travel desk and bike shop. Rooms, aircon all worked amazing. Beds are on the harder side just as a note but still really comfy place to stay. Had a great stay, thanks again!

We stayed at Khem and Sam’s place with our two daughters (2 and 5 years old). We always felt welcome and Khem was super helpful and warm. We cooked together which was a fantastic experience. The location is beautifully located in the nature with lots of things to explore for kids, but also just a short walk to the town. We had a wonderful time!
