Ko Samui District : locations de vacances dans des maisons de ville

Très bon séjour chez Michel. Sirine est très sympathique, arrangeante, disponible et de très bons conseils. L'appartement est très agréable. Deux très bons restaurants en face de l'appartement avec de très bons prix. La piscine et l'accès à la plage sont très apprécié ! Nous étions une famille de 4. Je recommande le logement de Michel aux autres vacanciers.

Andy ist ein wirklich toller Gastgeber, der einem bei Rat und Tat zur Seite steht. Alles hat ohne Probleme geklappt, die Unterkunft war sauber und nicht weit weg vom Strand. Wir würden wieder kommen :)

Super expérience Airbnb chez Andy qui est un hôte adorable. Très réactif et très aidant. Un appartement avec une vue paisible sur les cocotiers. Un parking pour la voiture. Plein de bons restaurants à proximité et accès à la plage à pied. Une piscine très agréable dont on était finalement seul à profiter. Un plaisir de séjourner ici!

I have stayed at Benjamins place a few times, he is always responsive when I need something. The townhouse is great, roomy and has a community pool, gym, sauna on location. Will be back.

Auns place was lovely! So clean he was so lovely and even helped me sort a bike and transport from the pier! Highly recommend staying here, amazing location, beautiful views from the room and I really loved it!

Das Airbnb war schön groß und sauber!

Uns hat alles sehr gut gefallen, die Gastgeber/in war sehr net, zudem eine tolle Lage. Außerdem ist das Airbnb mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht. Zusätzlich war der Check-in und Check-out sehr einfach und schnell, wie auch die Kommunikation im Vorfeld und während des Aufenthaltes. Also Alles Super 👍

Wir hatten einen super Aufenthalt! Alles hat reibungslos und tadellos funktioniert. Sehr gute Kommunikation und schnelle Reaktionszeit.

Der Eigentümer war sehr hilfsbereit und offen für Fragen und hat mir aus eine kleine Notsituation raus geholfen ( Moped Unfall) . Die Villa war perfekt und genau so wie beschreiben/ auf den Bildern zu sehen. Kann ich jedem nur weiter empfehlen.

We really enjoyed our stay. Perfect location for us as close to the beach and sea which was beautiful. Pretty surroundings and we loved eating at hug Samui a little walk along the beach. Quiet area which we wanted. The apartment was great, clean and comfortable. The steps going up could be slippery when wet so we were careful. We loved the outside lounge area and the little private pool was much bigger then I thought and we loved it. We did not meet Roberto personally but were looked after by other representatives. Very happy with our stay here.

Absolutely loved my stay here. New & modern style room. Close to everything you need. Also, there is a VERY cute puppy that lives nearby that always comes to visit. His name is Lucky. If you stay here, please send me pics of him in the future. @wayneos_adventures on Insta.

100% recommended, big room, strong wifi, big terrace. Well situated, 2 min beach walking distance. Good bed, host always available.

Wir haben uns bei Tania sehr wohl gefühlt und wurden beim ersten Treffen sehr herzlich empfangen. Die Wohnung lag sehr zentral umgeben von mehreren Restaurants und gleichzeitig ein paar Meter fussläufig vom Strand entfernt. Tania bot uns direkt an, dass wir ihren Roller leihen könnten, was wir auch getan haben, sogar über unseren Aufenthalt bei ihr hinaus war das möglich und lief alles total unkompliziert. Sie hat sogar unser Gepäck zur nächsten Unterkunft gebracht, damit wir noch den Tag nach dem Checkout mit dem Roller verbringen konnten. Eine wirklich tolle Gastgeberin. Wir hatten insgesamt einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt und würden jederzeit wiederkommen!

I had a wonderful stay at this townhouse Airbnb! The location is excellent, with the beach just a short walk away. The townhouse is spacious, very new, cozy, and clean. I felt extremely comfortable throughout my stay!

Beautiful house - really spacious (much bigger than looks on the pictures) - and lovely, modern decor. There was everything that we needed. The pool area was really nice too. Also, there's a nice bakery/ cafe 5 mins walk away and some local supermarkets. The beach with loads of restaurants is an easy 15 mins walk. Would also recommend "My cafe and restaurant" which is very close and was so nice we went twice. David also has some local Thai people who helped with organising transfers, which was great. The only point I'd mention is that there is a pack of (friendly!) stray dogs that live close to the apartment. They were not a problem at all, but I bring it up in case you are nervous around dogs. Overall a brilliant apartment and fantastic value for money. Would stay again.
