Michael’s Villa is an ideal place for any family or group of friends visiting Phuket. Ideal location, walkable distance from Kata beach and market. Very clean and spacious villa with a beautiful swimming pool, jacuzzi and outdoor sitting area. We had an amazing time during our 3 day stay. Michael is very cooperative as well as proactive with local recommendations and arranged all transportation for us which was a very big help. All in All, it was our one of the best Airbnb experience. Would recommend Michael’s place to everyone visiting Phuket.

What a beautiful place, the home has the most fantastic position with a lookout seating area over the scenic seascape. We had a quiet bbq celebration for my boyfriend’s birthday with close family members and Alice and the team went above and beyond for our stay. The house is very comfortable and private, perfect for swimming on the beach, in the pool and then chilling out and relaxing. Alice and the team were responsive and communicated well and on the last day I had forgotten my iPad which they had kindly organise to send to my next location. Thank you so very much, the place is stunning and the team hosting is utmost professional. We would recommend this place highly and would come back again in a heartbeat!

Wir hatten einen angenehmen Aufenthalt und haben uns direkt wie zu Hause gefühlt. Das Haus ist geräumig, sauber und bietet viel Platz. Das WLAN war ausgezeichnet. Die Schlafzimmer sind groß und komfortabel. Eine Überraschung war jedoch der Ausblick vom zweiten Stock auf ein heruntergekommenes Gebäude, das scheinbar als Unterkunft für Obdachlose dient. Die Lage ist okay – etwa 15 Minuten vom Strand entfernt, allerdings muss man eine große Hauptstraße ohne Fußgängerstreifen überqueren, was mit Kindern mühsam sein kann. Positiv ist die Nähe zu mehreren Supermärkten. Der Preis von ca. 4500 Baht für 10 Tage für Strom und Wasser zusätzlich, entsprach der Beschreibung, wir fanden ihn aber etwas hoch. Die Kommunikation war aber sehr gut und wir waren auch sonst grundsätzlich sehr glücklich mit der Auswahl. Parkmöglichkeiten vorhanden, Waschmaschine auch sowie funktionable Küche. Pool war super mit Kindern und hat auch viel Spass gemacht.

I recently stayed at this villa and loved everything about it. The space was incredibly spacious and comfortable, providing everything I needed for a relaxing stay. The staff were very helpful and made sure all our needs were met. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a great getaway!

Stop searching! This property is absolutely breathtaking! The whole neighborhood is new. The security team is awesome. The house itself is huge. I believe it can easily accommodate eight people if needed, it was just my girlfriend and I and we lost each other a few times in the home lol. I’ve used AirBnB quite a bit and this house may be my favorite. He was communicative, understanding, and very proactive. He provides all of the asses to ensure you have a fantastic time in Phuket. I will definitely be back and I will definitely be staying here probably with a few friends. Thanks Andrei!!

die Unterkunft war sehr schön, die Zimmer waren besser als auf den Bildern, der Pool war sehr sauber. ich würde empfehlen neue bilder zu machen und die Bettensituation besser darzustellen.

Die Unterkunft entsprach der Beschreibung und den Bildern. Die Anlage war sehr schön allerdings auch mit strengen Regeln (Essen und Trinken am Pool nicht erlaubt). Vielen Dank an Miles und vielleicht sehen wir uns noch mal.

Wonderful stay! This location was perfect - very close to all the shops and walkable distance to patong beach and all main attractions Host provided beach towels and other small essentials needed for the stay. Very clean space and wonderful views from the balcony

I used to live in Phuket and DCondo Mine was my accommodation while living and teaching here. So, I was familiar with the location and accommodation beforehand and that's why I chose this location for my first 3 nights. Lupthawit's accommodation was just as described. The apartment was clean, the bed had plenty of pillows and was comfortable (which is important to me). There was an air con which helped with cooling at night. I didn't cook and ate out for all meals but there was a full fridge, microwave, cutlery, and plates, cups, etc. There are places to eat, get massages, etc within walking distance but with the heat, it's better to have a mode of transportation. I can't wait to be back, I hope it's sooner as this is my first time back, since leaving in 2018. Thank you for your hospitality. The check in and check out process was seamless and I really appreciate that I was able to checkin early. Khap Khun Kha

It was my fourth time staying in Phuket over the years. This was my first time not staying in a tourst trap area. The location is very walkable to seven eleven and a little lotus store that has everything you need for cooking. We had a 3-year-old, so we needed to do some cooking. The night market is about a 10 minute walk from this place. Getting there was a bit difficult because I gave the taxi the wrong information. If you use "Plus Condominium 2" it will show up on google maps and other apps. It's a good central location to stay in to visit different parts of phuket. The host is up front though that it is not on the beach. You can't just walk there, but getting there is not that big of a hassle. I'd stay here again.

Все было просто отлично! В квартире было очень чисто! На кухне было все необходимое, на балконе есть стиральная машина и сушилка для белья. Территория комплекса просто прекрасная: много бассейнов, парковка (всегда были свободные места), охрана. Локация просто супер! До пляжа 7 минут на байке, до 7/11 и WeCafe - 1 минута на байке. Кондоминимум полностью новый, чистый, ухоженный. Единственный минус, что в кондо нет комнаты для хранения багажа. Если выселение в 12:00, а вылет в 21:00, необходимо все это время быть с багажом. На ресепшене даже за деньги не хотели присмотреть за чемоданами. Но мы оставили на свой страх и риск и 2 часа погуляли)

Beautiful and spacious condo, with great views from the balcony on the pool, the sunset and partial sea view. We really enjoyed our time. Lucinda is very kind and helpful. I love the location, kalim is calm and not far from Patong. Free parking was nice too. Thank you for everything.

We had a great stay at Peter’s apartment. It is spacious and very comfortable. Peter and his wife thought of every single detail in the rooms, bathrooms and the kitchen. The surroundings are beautiful. You could hear birds singing. You can jog in the morning and take peaceful walks in the evening. The plane spotters will be very happy here as well! The club restaurant is 5 mins walk and serves good food and cold draft beers. We couldn’t have thought of a better place for our stay in Phuket this time. Peter was very kind and offered to meet us at the airport and helped us with the luggage. I will definitely come back!

Before our stay, Fred and Aom were extremely helpful during the days leading up to our stay. On arrival, the staff were ready and proactive to respond to our every request in a timely manner. Not only is the villa everything that we hoped for, but even more than we expected. We appreciate Ja and the rest of the staff that helped us during our days there. Absolutely will be staying with them again. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We had a such a wonderful time in Himmapana Villas with our two little families. The villa is amazing, very modern and a stunning pool. It’s pretty kids-friendly and quiet during the day and night. Cleaning and reception service are 10/10, very responsive, caring and friendly. There are a few local restaurants and shops close by, but for the main area and beach you need to take the shuttle that is included and will drive you. Shuttle service was very reliable and almost always available when needed.

We've stayed in the Villa for 2 weeks. The place is absolutely amazing. Pool is great and our kids loved it. Margaret is a great host, very responsive and also have a great team locally that is always ready to to help you with any of the queries. Also Villa services like cleaning, gardening and pool maintenance were spot on. Location is super family friendly - away from the Patong craziness but close enough to Bang Tao beach and local restaurants and shops. Every room have a separate bathroom and 2 of them have even an outside private shower which is amazing ! Villa is very well kept and maintained with a highest standards. The option of free airport transfer is also a very welcoming addition. If we ever go back to Phuket we will be coming back to this place as it ticks all the boxes for us and even exceeds some of our expectations. Highly recommend !

We had the most amazing stay here. Nicely decorated place, extremely spacious and we loved the secluded pool! The location was perfect, close to everything yet quiet and peaceful, we slept very well, and the bed was comfortable. The spaciousness continues even in the bathrooms, and the fully equipped kitchen made cooking a pleasure.

The villa was as shown in the pictures, spacious and even larger than expected. The view was fantastic! While a car is necessary to get around, it’s well worth it for the location and scenery. The support staff were attentive, helpful, and communicated quickly. We stayed as a family and had a wonderful time. Highly recommend!

Прекрасная вилла! Просторная и красивая! Заботливый хозяин. Шикарный бассейн! В пешей доступности большие продуктовые магазины. Такси легко находит. Приватность на высоком уровне - тихо, нет посторонних людей. Есть охрана. Удобные кровати. Завтраки очень вкусные! Шеф-повар прекрасно готовит. В один из дней мы заказали барбекю. Это было очень вкусно! Все было замечательно! Я и мои гости очень довольны! Большое спасибо!!
