Had an amazing stay at this villa in Koh Tao! The location is perfect—peaceful and secluded, offering a breathtaking view of the island. It was the perfect escape for relaxation, with stunning sunsets and a tranquil atmosphere. Highly recommend for anyone looking to unwind in a beautiful setting!

We really enjoyed our Stay at Alissia’s Place. She was very quick to reply and incredibly friendly and accommodating. We booked very last minute and she was so very accommodating. Great place to stay!

Die gesamte Unterkunft und vor allem die Aussicht ist wunderschön. Sie ist allerdings wirklich schwer anhand des Standorts zu finden, aber Yeonathan hat angeboten, ein Taxi (im Preis inbegriffen) zu organisieren, was wir jedoch abgelehnt haben weil wir Roller gemietet haben. Anderen Gästen würden wir dieses Angebot allerdings ans Herz legen, dann erspart man sich die Suche :)Alles andere war top und wir haben die Unterkunft sehr genossen.

Die Villa entspricht der Beschreibung. Das Personal ist nett und bietet auch einen Wäsche Service an. Die Getränke aus dem Kühlschrank haben faire Preise. Die Villa liegt auf einem Berg, man sollte am besten einen Roller haben.

Great place, very clean, very welcoming and helpful whenever necessary, quiet location but within walking distance from restaurants, grocery stores, ... We would recommend it 100%

Great home in Jitsin Village. It was exactly what we wanted for being closer to Sairee. Not fully in the thick of it, but just a few neighborhood roads away. Private but not secluded. We’ll def be back next time we want to stay in this area.

Logement très bien placé avec piscine dans un quartier calme. Le logement mériterais cependant quelques améliorations pour le prix de la location. Femme de ménage qui ouvre la maison pendant que faisions la sieste, juste prévenir de son passage aurait été plus agréable. Le logement reste tout de même très bien mais un peu chère pour les prestations.

We had a great week staying at the villa. It's spacious and comfortable, but the highlights have to be the terrace where we had most of our meals and lounged on the hammock, and the pool with a great view. As mentioned access to the villas is very, very steep, but it is walkable. We also hired a scooter and a couple of taxis. Plus lots of restaurants deliver to the villa, so there are lots of options. The staff were lovely, especially Gaynor who greeted us and made us feel so welcome, had recommendations and was super responsive. We left a passport behind and she rushed it onto the next boat to meet us in Koh Samui, so we didn't have to get the boat back. We are so grateful for that! We'd definitely return :)

Incroyable logement c’est juste magnifique la vue le cadre et le calme tout est propre le staffe vient faire le ménage chaque jours la piscine est très peu utilisé donc c’est très calme et un couché de soleil incroyable je recommande à 100%

As a group of 7 adults a toddler and a baby the villa was perfect for us! So many wonderful recommendations and walking distance to so many amazing spots on Koh Tao. We really enjoyed our stay.

Hosts were excellent, both for the stay and for our wider activities during our stay. Great location, it was walking distance from the best restaurants in Koh Tao and the beach. Couldn’t recommend enough.

We had a great stay! The place was really nice with a beautiful view. Communication was easy, and the check-in process was smooth. There was always someone around to help if needed, and everyone was super kind and welcoming. Would definitely recommend!

Wir hatten hier einen großartigen Aufenthalt! Leider waren wir nur 4 Nächte hier auf Koh Tao, gerne wären wir noch länger geblieben! Die Unterkunft entspricht exakt den Fotos, alles war sehr sauber und so eingerichtet, dass man sich sofort wohl gefühlt hat! Die Lage ist super, mitten in der Natur gelegen und mit Meerblick vom Schlafzimmer aus! Auch die Kommunikation war top. Antworten des Gastgebers erfolgten sehr schnell und mit vielen Tipps. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder! Vielen Dank für die schöne Zeit!⭐️🤩

We enjoyed our stay so much!!! The villa was so beautiful and had a lot of space, it was clean and the location was amazing Above all Faii was an amazing host, she took care of every need we had very fast and she was Available 24/7! It really felt like she cared for the best stay we can have, the staff took care of any request without interruptions. We had the best stay we could ask for

We stayed in Philips Villa for 5 days during our trip to Thailand, and I must say this was by far the most beautiful and relaxing accommodation we’ve had. The view is absolutely unmatched and the service from Philip and the staff was super helpful. We got assistance with renting scooters and getting taxi’s, getting our laundry done, and the place got cleaned every morning. 100000% worth your money. Thank you Philip!

Beautiful place, breathtaking view! We'll definitely come back again. The pictures actually don't do it justice, it looks much better than advertised! I had no contact with Preeyanut, but Mo and Steve who take care of the house are extremely friendly and helpful. The house is up the mountain close to Sairee, but it is not accessible by foot, nor by motorbike I think though I haven't tried. So to go out to eat, party or visiting, Steve will drive down and back up the mountain free of charge! He picked us up twice at around 1am after partying without any problems! 🙏 And lastly they accept dogs, which makes it our favorite place to stay in Ko Tao so far!

We had a wonderful stay. Great communication from booking to after checkout. The place is clean, well-maintained, and as pictured/described. Having free rides to town and beyond was very helpful and saved us money as the taxis on Koh Tao tend to charge per person and can be overpriced. Hosts were responsive to all our needs and even met us after check out to bring us something we left behind. Highly recommend! Thank you.

Nothing negative to say, View was great, location was private but you could still walk to the pier if you are in good shape. I even enjoyed the 70 steps to get to the villa. Host was very responsive. Two minor issues during the 3 months that were taken care of within the day. The place was cleaned spotless once a week. The neighbors were quiet and kept to themselves. Bed was comfortable. It took a few days to get comfortable riding the motorbike up the steep hill, but it was worth the view once I got to the top. Air conditioner and WIFI, worked flawlessly which were my two biggest concerns. If you are not willing to rent a Motorbike(200 baht/day or 4-5000 baht/month), this place probably is not for you, otherwise everywhere on the island is a 3-7 minute drive. It is also a 5 minute walk down the hill and through a field to an outdoor sports facility with paddleball courts and other venues...I did not use this facility, but I thought it was a nice addition.
