We came for a couple of nights and finally stayed 8 nights because we couldn’t leave this area and this apartment because it was so nice and cozy. and we love it. definitely will visit it again.

Мы чувствовали себя как дома :) Отдельно хочется отметить персонал - отзывчивые работники, готовые помочь при любой проблеме. Небольшое пожелание - купите в квартиру хотя бы самый дешевый и маленький пылесос. Если гости остаются больше, чем на неделю, он им, вероятнее всего, понадобится :)) Если вы, как и мы, остаетесь надолго, пылесос можно попросить на первом этаже)

We stayed at this place for 7 nights with our 2 yo daughter. We loved the location, facilities and the host. The condo is located in the marina. We really liked the location as it was quite close to everything. The nearest supermarket holds a good selection of international items and The central festival is also only 15 mins away by car. The condo is spacious, well equipped and safe. We were happy to have a fully equipped kitchen to cook for our daughter. The swimming pool was very clean and always not crowded, we spent a lot of time there. It was also very nice that the car parking is located underground which kept the car away from the sun and heat. The parking is connected to the condo by the direct elevator and it was very convenient and felt safe. The host was very attentive and was always quick to respond to any questions we had during the stay.

Absolutely loved my stay here! The host was incredibly kind and responsive, always quick to help with any queries. The location is just perfect — walking distance to the downtown market and the airport bus stand, which made commuting super easy. There are tons of food options around, including local eateries, a 7-Eleven, and a Tops supermarket nearby. The apartment itself felt just like home — cozy, clean, and equipped with every amenity you could possibly need. The view from the place was a lovely bonus, and it was so peaceful despite being close to everything. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Phuket — I’ll definitely be staying here again next time!

We stayed at the Phuket Avenue Condominium apartment for 7 nights. It was an excellent base to explore the south of the Island. The apartment is located on the fringe of the old town, takes 10 minutes to walk into old town. The apartment was spacious and immaculately clean. There was everything that we needed for our stay including the washing machine. Beds were comfortable and bed and bath linen were clean and comfortable. The Wifi was excellent. We didn’t use the pool area. Communication with Onusa was excellent and checkin/out was seamless. With regards to location of the apartment it’s a 5 minute walk to the Phuket Indy night market and to Tops daily Limelight Phuket Supermarket. We took the Food Tour with Viator and we’d highly recommend. We ate in some incredible restaurants including One Chun Cafe & Restaurant, 128 Bistro & Cafe, Lock Tien - Phuket local food center. We explored Phi Phi islands and James Bond Island with Viator. Recommended a hike up Monkey Hill!

I had an amazing experience staying at Phyll Phuket Condo! The apartment was exactly as described in the photos super clean, modern, and well-equipped with all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. Everything was well-maintained, making it feel like a home away from home. A special thank you to Peter, the host, who was incredibly helpful, responsive, and accommodating. He even arranged a late check-out, which made my departure much more convenient. His hospitality truly enhanced the experience. If you’re looking for a comfortable, stylish, and hassle-free stay in Phuket, I highly recommend this place! Would definitely book again.

What a gem and so close to so nang the villas were beautiful and the pool was the icing on the cake

I had an amazing stay at Villa Sai Khao—one of the best villas I've experienced in Thailand! The villa itself is spacious, beautifully designed, and perfect for relaxation. The pool was fantastic, and the outdoor seating areas made it even better. Mem was incredibly helpful and responsive, ensuring everything was smooth and comfortable. The location is peaceful yet close enough(10-15mins) to beaches and attractions. Highly recommend for a luxurious and relaxing getaway!!!!!

Хозяйка дома очень внимательная и гостеприимная. Отличное расположение дома с собственной парковкой и приветной территорией. Дом очень чистый, все было без нареканий, все работало. Кухня большая и снабжена всем необходимым. Все комнаты были просто огромными и ещё раз повторюсь, чистыми. Для нас локация была очень хорошая, мы были на машине, рядом есть большой торговый центр и прямая дорога на все важные для нас локации. Очень рады, что посетили дом Ли, мы ей очень благодарны.

We stayed with our two-year old son and everything from the villa itself to the location was perfect. You are close to everything, although we rented a car which we would definitely recommend, with plenty of restaurants nearby and a short drive to the old town. The villa itself is beautiful but retains a homely feeling. The pool is great but small note that it’s about 5ft deep so if you have young children they will need full supervision. We couldn’t recommend the villa or host enough and look forward to hopefully coming back in the future

It was probably one of the best places I've stayed at. Very quiet very nice neighbors everybody was super friendly. It was very clean. If I needed anything she was always there to help I would highly recommend.

The most beautiful view you could ever have! And the most gracious host possible! This is a gem of a place, a very special opportunity to see another world and escape into nature and away from the crowds. The host organized a perfect day boat trip for us and another day trip close by to some natural springs for swimming. The prices he gave us were extraordinary, so much value for so little! We felt so touched by our hosts welcoming manner! The highlight of our whole stay was Baw’s cooking. Best food we have had yet during our 2 months in Thailand. Fish was incredible and made with such care and expertise! Don’t miss it! One thing to know for longer stays, is there is not an easy place to regularly swim and there is only one restaurant (though very good) within walking distance). All in all, a top notch stay in a magical place. Don’t hesitate to come here! Our kids loved it too!! Thank you Baw!!🙏

A great place as expected. However, the host and his/her team are super accommodating during checking in and out. Mr. Paisan was even kind enough to help sending some of our stuff back via EMS. The place is very convenient for us to commute into downtown for local food and vibe and close to a few picturesque points.

非常好的入住体验。第一天入住就准备了欢迎水果，体验非常好。房间每日打扫，极其干净。泳池正对大海，我的孩子们每天都要跳进去好几次。服务员每天早上来做早餐，让人感动。 带孩子入住的话，建议退潮的时候可以下海边去抓螃蟹，我们至少抓了几十只，非常开心。 唯一的建议就是如果早餐能够更丰富一些，比如每天有些变化，就更好了。

Классное жилье. Все отлично. Только немножко пахнет сыростью но это везде в Пхукете из-за климата.

Kwan Was the best host ever. she addressed all of my needs promptly and assisted when I was pickpocketed for my telephone and had no means of communication. I had to cut my trip short by 2 weeks and she was nice enough to take me to the airport and help out in every way imaginable. I recommend anyone going to Phuket to stay at Kwan's place, Laticia Mansions. I went to bed looking at the mountains and woke up looking at the mountains and I had an opportunity to experience the true Thai culture. lots of restaurants and 7-Elevens and shopping near her place.

Right across from Central Mall gave us access to a variety of food options. Koy was helpful in answering our questions.

The place is much better than the pictures allude to. And the view was quite remarkable. The area had a great number of restaurants and cafes nearby.

Great place for traveling as a group, we really lucked out with it being available! Amazing views from the balcony and tons of places to eat around an amazing beach less than 3 min walk away. Great stay all around!

The condo is small but it's really nice and peaceful. it has an amazing city view and the swimming pool in the last floor which brings you right away to the fantastic city view. I would go book again next time I want condo. The issue is a little far from beachs.

Thomas provided outstanding service. The home was beautiful, within walking distance to the beach, and when we had an issue with the TV late at night, Thomas messaged me first thing in the morning. By 7:35 a.m., we had a new TV. He had clear communication, replied quickly, and even provided transportation to the airport for a small fee. Highly recommended

Overall it's exactly what I expected it to be. No surprises which is very important for an airbnb experience. One negative thing that stood out is potential fatal danger if you stay there with small kids. The rails of hallway outside of the unit right in front of elevator got very big gaps that people or kids up to 30 kg who aren't careful can easily get through the gaps and fall off. When coming home or leaving home adults must always be vigilant and keep the kids close and away from potential disaster. Please bring this up to management of the building and close those dangerous fatal gaps
