Edo was an excellent host and the house was very clean, well kept, and we had everything we needed. We would definitely recommend this home to anyone else and know that Edo will do what he can to take care of you. In addition, there were plenty of dishes for our large family, dish detergent, laundry detergent, coffee, tea, an expresso machine with the capsules, and two dishwashers.

Жилье очень близко к морю. Удобный, современный, красивый дом. Останавливались 3 пары (у каждого был своя спальня) + мы были с собакой (корги). На территории был свой бассейн! Очень удобно и классно.

Absolutely amazing place. Very private, far from noisy roads. A lot of space, and you can see beach and sea from the window. There are many green trees around. And beautiful pool. Mikheil is great host. He helps me with each step. We talked much about different topics with pleasure. And yes, coffee was fantastic 😀 I strongly recommend to stay in this beautiful place. And yes I hope to come here again many times

From the first minute after arriving we felt like at home. During our stay me and my wife got sick unfortunately and Eto‘s family took care of us right away with delicious Georgian food and raspberry jam. We felt like being taken care of by our own parents and it is unbelievable. We are really thankful for the hospitality we experienced in this house. This was our best stay in Georgia for sure. The location is great and you will find everything you need within five minute walk. If you get a chance to stay here, please do so and you will never regret! If I get a chance to come back to Batumi, this will be my favorite.Спасибо вам огромное за все и привет из Германии☺️

The place is great! Very spacious, well maintained! And the photos are not going it justice its better in reality 😄. Awesome place for big groups! But a little far from the center that’s it. Everything else is 10/10

Puikus privatus namas su uždara teritorija ir erdvia svetaine bei virtuve, keturi atskiri kambariai su kondicionieriais, buvo visi reikalingi indai ir įrankiai, kieme naujai įrengtas baseinas buvo didžiausias vaikų džiaugsmas, kiekvieną vakarą leidome įstiklintoje pavėsinėje kurioje įrengtas kondicionierius, TV ir nedidelė virtuvė, labai draugiški ir paslaugūs šeimininkais kurie pasitiko mus su vynu ir vaisiais. Atstumas iki centro didesnis nei tikėjomės bet šalia yra nedidelė parduotuvė taksi kuri labai greit atvažiuodavo, o svarbiausiai kad jūra buvo visai šalia . Šalia esantis oro uostas pradžioje truputi gąsdino, bet lėktuvų tikrai nėra tiek daug (2-3 per dieną) kad erzintu ir naktį jie neskraido arba mes jų negirdėjome. Mūsų dviejų šeimų kompanijai su vaikais šis namas buvo puikus ir labai patiko.

Our group of nine people, including both adults and children, felt completely at home from the moment we arrived. The house itself is incredibly spacious, clean, and well-equipped, making it perfect for large families or groups. Each room was thoughtfully designed, offering both comfort and privacy for everyone. The surrounding area is nothing short of magnificent. We were in awe of the breathtaking views and the beautiful nature that enveloped the property. Whether we were enjoying our morning coffee on the terrace or taking a peaceful stroll around the area, the serene environment truly made our stay special. The hosts were also fantastic, providing us with all the information we needed and ensuring our stay was as enjoyable as possible. Lena is very nice and helpfull host. Apartment was very clean. Nice place for summer holidays becasue of 3 swimming pools to choose. Nice local restaurants in close area. You need car to reach this place. Good place to see Batumi and stay for week or two. Recommended.

Lika is a great host, check-in and check-out went smoothly, also she additionally provided everything we need. The apartment has beautiful sea view and you can walk to the beach in just a minute. But on some days at night, loud music from restaurants on the beach is possible until about 1 a.m.

Прекрасная квартира с отличным видом на горы и море, в квартире есть абсолютно все для комфортной жизни и отдыха, парой, одному или с детьми. Хозяева квартиры были к нам очень добры, внимательны и гостепримны, наверное лучше придумать просто невозможно. Однозначно рекомендую!

I had an excellent stay at Lena's apartment! It is beautifully decorated, clean, comfortable and in a great location. Not even 1 minute's walk to the beach! There is also a pool and rooftop bar in the building. I had great communication with the host. There are many great restaurants, cafes and shops around in the area. I will definitely visit again! The host did everything to make it a wonderful experience for me. Thank you Lena!

Провели в этой квартире неделю. Очень понравилось. Вид из окна - потрясающий! Пляж - ближе не бывает. В квартире очень комфортно находиться. Завтракали на балконе с видом на море. По вечерам иногда бывает шумно от музыки, но в основном это приятный шум волн и стрекот цикад. В следующее свое посещение планирую рассматривать эту же квартиру.
